“Cayton was so great with my pup, Kala! We just moved to the area and have been looking for a dog walker. We booked a drop-in appt for Sat evening and Sun morning and Cayton made a trip out prior to the drop-ins to meet us and Kala, which was something we very much appreciated! Kala has always been a good judge of character and she loved Cayton, so we knew she was in good hands. Cayton gave us detailed updates with pictures for both drop-ins, which was great. Kala was very well taken care of and we plan on using Cayton in the future.”

“Kathryn is my sister and I frequently leave my ferret, Milo, in her care. Milo has a heart condition and therefore requires medication every 24 hours. Kathryn is always on top of this and ensures Milo gets her meds every night at the regular time as well as ensuring she is fed and has fresh water. I know that when Milo is in my sister's care, she is loved, entertained, and safe. There are few people I would trust to take care of my baby, but Kathryn is one of them. She's reliable, trustworthy, and loves all animals. I remember a time she fed an injured vulture in our neighborhood every day until animal control could come to help it. She also has multiple bird feeders and baths she tends to every day. She's the best.”

“My wife and I have always had high energy/large dog breeds (german shepherds/huskies mostly), that can be tough to handle for boarding companies if we try to go on vacation, or traveling for work. Our current dogs range between 65-95 lbs, and having Gabby to care for them while we can't has been a total life saver! Being a dog owner herself you can feel the love and attention emanating from her whenever she interacts with our fur babies, and her thoroughness in her care has erased any feelings of uneasiness we have had about not being immediately there for our 4 legged family members. We were distraught when we heard she was moving but cannot recommend her enough, if you are lucky enough to work with Gabby you will find yourself breathing easier :D.”

About: I grew up with dogs and cats my whole life typically at least 2 dogs and 2 cats. I am a natural animal lover and caretaker. I trained corgis for almost 10 years. I now have two cats and a dog of my own. I usually pet sit for friends or for my parents. I work in Hartford on a hybrid schedule so I am pretty flexible during the week with my days. I will always take my work schedule into account before accepting anything. If in need of dog boarding, your dog would have to listen well to be in our unfenced yard (i would leash or put them on the long line) and they would have to be ok with cats. If I were to go to your home, I understand this is a super personal space and a bit nerve wracking having someone there, trust me I feel the same when I have someone take care of my pets! I will treat your space with respect and make sure to follow your instructions.
