About: I have extensive experience caring for dogs, including my previous dog, an 80-pound Golden Retriever. She could be reactive toward other dogs while on leash, so I became very comfortable handling strong dogs, staying calm in challenging situations, and maintaining control even when she was pulling. In addition to caring for my previous dog, I have regularly looked after neighbors’ and friends’ dogs by walking, feeding, and ensuring they were well cared for while their owners were away. In my personal life I love going on long runs up to 6 miles so if you have a higher energy dog that would like to join me I would love to take them with me! I am currently a university student, and I have off of school until the spring semester begins in February. I am free most weekends, and weekdays Monday-Friday. I am comfortable your dog or dogs in any environment. I have taken care of dogs that used special harness’ or prong collars so I know how to work those if needed. I love to run and hike so I can also bring your dog along if they are extra energetic!

About: I’ve been a pet and animal owner my entire life. We have 3 young kids who love to play and one energetic 4 year old dog who also loves to play, so your pet would get a lot of play time at this house! I have lots of availability this summer, so reach out to me for specifics. Once fall hits and I’m back at school, I’ll be available for weekends. We have one friendly dog to keep yours company. Our yard is not fenced in, but we take frequent walks throughout the day. Our dog sleeps upstairs in the bedroom with us, but we do have a crate available if needed.

My cat went straight to V from the first visit, where as with most people and previous sitters he will ovoid and hide even people who have been to the house many times. On one occasion Victoria had to go the emergency room with her child and I could not believe that after being there for hours - she and her family came to our home around midnight to feed and play with our cat. Though my hours are very flexible and I am able to take breaks during the day to check in on your pet! Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
