“Brittany is very sweet; my dog liked her right away. So did my husband and I! She is extremely accommodating and flexible. When we went to meet her she showed us her yard and took us inside to see her house and meet her dog. While we were away she sent daily photos which was wonderful. From them we could tell our dog was having fun. Brittany send home a very happy pup along with gifts of a new bandanna and a bag full of treats. In all ways she went the extra mile. She was warm and kind - obviously a dog lover - and she made a connection with our normally shy dog right away. She asked a lot of questions about Kai's habits - she wanted to make sure she followed his normal daily routine so that he would be comfortable in her home.. Her house is beautiful and she has a large, fenced in back yard that allowed Kai to run free in a safe environment. Laura took him for a 3 mile daily walk, and sent many pictures and updates the whole 6 days she had him. He became a part of her family❤️ I cannot say enough about how happy we were to have found her. She gave us peace of mind that Kai was well loved and cared for so we were able to enjoy the wedding without any worries. I would HIGHLY recommend Laura to anyone looking for a sitter!!”

About: I’ve had a dog since I was 6 years old, ranging in all different sizes. I find it imperative to treat all dogs as if they were my own. I’m currently a full-time fourth grade teacher who is looking for a part-time job during the week days, weekends and whenever I have a holiday break. “This was my first time using Rover.com. I had picked up my German shepherd, Evie, from a shelter in North Carolina last November. Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. My wife and I wanted to find someone to board her with where she would be happy when we're away. We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. We were looking for a home where Evie could spend time with and play with other dogs and Evie made a new friend, Sparkles, Najeska's little dog. Nadjeska has a fenced yard which provides a safe place for them to run around in the fresh air. I worked in Portland Oregon on a farm in 2022 called Trisklee farm where i cared for all the animals on the property as farmer seven, i did weekend tours of the farm and helped run kids summer camp.I am very good with all ages and types of animals. About: I have always had animals since I was a young girl, both cats and dogs. I showed a special interest in them, leading to me attending multiple summer camps for FIDELCO seeing eye dogs. As I got older I began attending conservation summer programs. I have worked on sea turtle conservation efforts in North Carolina. I have also spent a month in Sumatra and Bali, Indonesia contributing to coral reef restoration as well as preserving the local orangutan population. I have watched numerous pets of family friends as well as my own family during vacations. I attended University on the island of Oahu. There I began working at a feline-specialty veterinary office as a vet assistant for a year and a half. Upon moving back to Connecticut in June of 2026 I have begun working at an Urgent Care for pets. I also have two cats, who I consider my children! I work M-F 9am-6pm. I do my absolute best to ensure my calendar availability is up to date and accurate. My calendar is typically updated a month out. While I do not offer in-home pet sitting at my residence, I ensure your pet will be taken care of just as well I would mine in my own home.
