About: I've been taking care of pets since I was a kid, having grown up with two dogs and being part of their care from puppyhood through old age. I've looked after both dogs and cats for neighbors and families to whom I've provided childcare, and for the past year, I’ve regularly walked dogs housed at a county animal shelter. This has been such a rewarding activity and has increased my comfort in interacting with animals with a variety of temperaments. I'm an active person, so I’d love to get outdoors and moving as long as your pup is up for it! If necessary, I can bathe your pet and administer oral medications; if instructed may also be comfortable with injectables. I’m so excited to meet a new furry friend! I’m a medical student looking to establish some house/pet sitting relationships while I attend school. My daytime availability during the week is therefore limited, but I’m happy to provide evening care for your pet or stay overnight in your home. On weekends, I have more flexible availability for drop in visits and/or daytime walking. About: I’ve had a dog since I was 6 years old, ranging in all different sizes. I find it imperative to treat all dogs as if they were my own. I’m currently a full-time fourth grade teacher who is looking for a part-time job during the week days, weekends and whenever I have a holiday break.
