About: I've pet-sat for dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, and guinea pigs since 2001. My sittings have ranged from a few hours to two weeks. I've sat for family, friends, and many parents here on Rover. My family has included two cats, Cleopatra and Caesar, and dogs Valentine, Athos, and Teddy. My goal as a sitter is to offer stability and enrichment while their parent is away. I'm available for drop-ins and overnights and happy to care for your home during the stay, watering plants, etc. My schedule is very flexible outside of my 9-5 at Yale. Before accepting a new client, I like to meet the pet and the parent(s) to make sure we're all vibing. I determine routine/schedule/likes/dislikes with the parent(s) in advance and stay in touch if something needs to deviate, which is rare.
