“Allie has been the best “cat aunt” to my baby Evie this last year and a half. Being roommates, she has spent copious time with her playing and cuddling, and has even occasionally taken in responsibilities such as feeding, grooming, and cleaning the litter box, which is just one example of how Allie goes above and beyond with her pet care. Being an experienced cat owner, she has a natural familiarity with my cat, and often provides her with comfort whenever I am gone for extended periods of time. She has also stayed in Allies room for extended periods when I am out of town, and has been completely comfortable - she actually seems to prefer her room more than mine! I could not recommend Allie enough if you are looking for someone who will treat your pet as their own. She is communicative, helpful, and frequently goes above and beyond without you even having to ask. I have also seen her with two dogs she cares for, Benzo and Teddy, and have been extremely impressed with how she caters to the dogs’ special needs. If you’re thinking about booking Allie, do it right away! Id assume she’s in very high demand :)”

“My son, Eddie struggled with asking his Dad to write a testimonial for Rover thinking I'd have a biased opinion or recommendation. And while that may be true in some aspects, I've watched Eddie care for his dogs throughout his life. He has always been a compassionate, sensitive personality when it comes to animals in general, but since he's been surrounded by dogs (mostly rescues of many different breeds) he has put the dog's needs ahead of his own. Whether it's taking care of a medical issue the dog experienced, walking the dog at all hours, cleaning up accidents during housebreaking, he has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of pets and an intuition into behaviors dogs exhibit when they are frightened by a thunderstorm, hungry, sick or just looking for some extra attention. He's responsible, intelligent and accountable, and would exercise these traits in a role with Rover. He also knows how to exercise discretion when dealing with customer information....he has many experiences dog-sitting and dog walking throughout the years for family and friends, never looking for compensation other than the opportunity to spend time with the dogs and care for them. “Bailey is the best rover we have ever had! She was communicative, reliable, trustworthy, and most importantly great with our dog Jack. She sent updates everyday (including pictures!!). When we got home our house was in perfect order, and she had even left us a little report card on how Jack had eaten, etc every day that we were gone. Jack was happy and clearly well cared for.
