“Lauren was amazing. She was very easy to contact both before and during the stay. We have never left my dog ever. She comes with us on trips. However, this was my son's wedding and everyone was staying at an air b&b where there were no dogs allowed. I did not have to worry at all. Lauren sent updates including pictures every day. I am definitely going to call Lauren in the future. I highly recommend her to be your go to sitter.”

About: I have a special connection with dogs and have been around them my entire life. A greater part of my childhood was spent on my step-mothers farm. This is where my love of animals began as I took care of horses, goats, bunnies, cats, and dogs. I learned a lot about what a huge responsibility a pet can be but also how rewarding it is to care for one. I have no fear of getting messy, whether its hair, drool, or mud. I treat other peoples pets as I would my own. I currently have two cats named Elrond and Lewis. They are very spoiled. My animals bring a lot of joy and entertainment to my life. While my availability does vary I tend to be very flexible. I will go the extra mile to make sure your pets are taken care of. I would be glad to play with them and bath them if at all needed. My schedule is currently wide open! My husband is military so this is a great way for me to temporarily make money, while on the hunt for a full time job. I will make sure your pets are comfortable with me when I initially greet them! I know how my pets can be unsure of strangers and I want them to feel safe.

“I've had the pleasure of booking Carley twice now, and both times have been fantastic! She is reliable, attentive, and clearly loves animals.”

About: I don’t have my own pet anymore as he passed from old age. I like to take care of other people’s pets when they are on vacation and care for them with as much love as if they were my own. I will stay at your home if needed , schedule potty break services as well. I work at an elementary school so let out before I go to work and right after, evenings and bed time. I will take care of pets in clients home with care plan that fits the pets needs. Give them plenty of attention and care to take away any worries when you are away.

“Terry is amazing. She has now watched our dog in our home several times most recently for 7 nights that turned into 8 nights when our flight home got canceled. She went above and beyond helping us out for the extra night and goes above and beyond in her care and her communication and shares many updates and photos. She is kind, personable, and professional and clearly adores the animals she cares for. I would not hesitate to leave my pet with Terry again and again. She has made it so we can go away and not worry at all, knowing he is in good hands and being taken care of and loved.”

“Anna watched our puppy for two days while we were away. I felt confident that she was providing the care and attention that he is accustomed to. She took him for walks daily and sent us several photos throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Anna!”

About: In my family, a dog was an absolute necessity! That being said I have 18+ years of pet care under my belt. So with me, you can rest assured that your furry friend will be on their own vacation while you’re on vacation! At the moment in an incoming sophomore in college with way too much time on her hands this summer! I figured the best thing I could do was make myself available for families who need some extra help or time for themselves and take care of their dogs for them! I have my own dog aswell! His name is Tank, he’s a Newfoundland who is obsessed with laying around and making friends with anything that breathes, in order to take care of him properly, I have to take him to vet appointments, take him out to use the bathroom routinely, buy food that caters to his special diet and give him as much attention as I can! With your dog, you can expect nothing less!

About: I've lived with dogs nearly my whole life, and cats for half of it. I have taken care of said pets for years and been an in-family pet sitter on numerous occasions. My mother frequently cares for other pets through apps like this/through friends, and I assist her with that when needed. At the moment, I care for my mother's pets when she leaves town for any length of time (1 small/medium dog, 1 cat). Otherwise, I'm a free agent. Some of the services listed on the app have the potential to overlap (such as a visit and a walk), I don't consider the price to be totally compounding, just let me know and we can figure out what works best. I'd imagine this is on a situational basis. I'll pet/feed/walk them and am able to follow directions as well as any human, should your pet require specific, or unique, handling. I can usually read pet body language pretty well, but have no specific training in it. If there are any areas of confusion for me, I'll be sure to ask questions to make sure your pet is cared for properly.

“Kim was awesome. She had a great attention to detail and asked questions to make sure Abby was well taken care of. She kept in contact while we were away. This was great as we did not worry at all! She also made sure our fish and chickens were cared for as well!!”

About: I started my own dog-sitting business at 18, putting myself through college while caring for pets of all breeds, ages, and needs. For years, I built lasting relationships with clients who trusted me to care for their furry family members. Now, as a registered nurse, I’m excited to return to the pet care world, bringing the same dedication, responsibility, and love to every dog and cat I meet. As a registered nurse with a flexible schedule, I have several days off during the week and am available for morning, afternoon, or evening walks to fit your pet’s needs! I primarily offer dog walking, but depending on location and availability, I’m also open to house sitting! While I don’t currently provide care in my own home, I’m happy to ensure your pet feels comfortable and cared for in theirs.

“Thank you so much. We always feel safe leaving our animals and home in your care. Definitely recommend you to friends and family.”

“Fantastic pet sitter! Vincent took amazing care of my dog providing updates and lots of walks and affection. Paula directions exactly will definitely be using again”

“Samantha is WONDERFUL! She watched our dog Lola while we were out for the evening. Lola absolutely adored Samantha and loved the time she got to spend with her. Samantha was responsible, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. She is great with dogs. We highly recommend Samantha and can’t wait to use her agai. :)”

About: Ever since I was a child I've always had a dog in my household. I enjoy the excitement and fun times that I share with them. I am a very considerate, trustworthy, and respectable person to others and especially animals! Without having a dog in my everyday life I feel incomplete. I am known to consider animals feelings over people in my life, simply because animals are harmless creatures that just need to be loved and taken care of. I'd love to share my free time helping out others in the community by taking care of their own fury friends when they are unable to. I have two dogs myself and they are a very big part of my life. One goes to work daily, while the older boy stays quiet at home. I take daily walks for some good exercise and fresh air. I have a fenced yard and two very friendly dogs to keep your fur baby comfortable. I can easily crate if need be. I have plenty of space for exercise and separate areas for feeding.

“Kylie did a wonderful job taking care of our senior Jack Russell and the house was nice and neat when we got home!”

“Sarah was a wonderful house-sitter for our dog. She replied immediately to our booking request, was on time to our meet and greet, and responded promptly to my messages while we were away. When we returned home, our house was in perfect condition and our dog was relaxed and happy. Would absolutely have her pet sit again in the future.”

About: Hello! My name is Olivia, and I have grown up taking care of both dogs and cats! I lovingly cared for my great pyrenees dog for eleven years. I have experience with various breeds and sizes of dogs and am a trusted pet sitter for many of my family and friends. My home base is in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, and I work part-time Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 3:30 pm. My schedule is flexible and changing. I love to play with animals and shower them with affection! I can crate your pet as needed and provide a safe and loving environment while you are away.

About: I have over 15 years of pet-care experience. I've had many pets of my own- including dogs, cats, a bunny and a fish- but I also babysit for families with multiple dogs, which often requires I feed, play with and give potty breaks for the pets. I just genuinely love spending time with animals! I babysit and dog sit most days of the week but I am looking for more work during the weekdays. Preferably between 8am and 2:30pm. I can follow any guidelines you give me for caring for your pet. I know pet playtime is important, especially for working pet owners, so I will always show up with energy, but I also understand that some pets need a more calm presence, so I can be flexible and adapt to your pet as needed.
