“Britanny is wonderful. My dog was very unsure and combative when I took her to be boarded. We were not sure that we would be able to leave. Brittany was very reassuring and knew just how to sooth her (and me). It worked out so well and Kiwi really settled in and we were able to enjoy our week secured in knowing all was OK. Photos and texts daily were very reassuring. Thank you Britanny and family!”

“Laura did a fantastic job with our 8-month-old Great Dane, who was anxious about being left alone. She provided plenty of updates and reassurance while taking excellent care of our pup!”

“Carolina was amazing with Mucci!! She communicated well, sent updates and pictures, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. He looked relaxed and happy with her and her family and I appreciated how attentive she was to his needs. Thank you again for taking such good care of him. I would definitely book with you again.”

“I dropped off my 11 month old, highly energetic, golden doodle for her first time away from home with some trepidation. She instantly became part of the family and made new puppy friends too! Frequent updates put my mind at ease. I think she's a bit bored now she's home!”

“Maggie had a great time staying with Shannon and her family! She had a great time and came home exhausted from all the playtime she got with the other pups. We'll definitely have Maggie stay here when we go out of town again!”

“Jill was amazing! We met before our booking so we could make sure my dog would be comfortable and fit in at their home. She sent me pupdates throughout the weekend and did so many adventures with our dog. I'm so happy to have found her!”

“We had a great experience! My dog Jager had a wonderful time staying at Ariel’s house. She has a great fenced in yard where dogs can safely play and explore. I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her!”

“I had a family wedding to go to and wanted to find a safe and comfortable place to leave Winston, my young dorgi (half dachshund, half corgi) who had never been away from me since I was lucky enough to get him. Laura and her family turned out to be the perfect people and place. With a beautiful, safe home out in the country, a deck and fenced in yard where he could play, a open-plan house where he was visible at all times, Laura’s place was perfect. And the bonus: three little girls who adored him and lavished attention upon him, much to his delight. Laura, herself, was wonderful, caring, professional, delightful. She took him on long walks which he loved, texted me photos and updates on this progress during the stay, saw to his every need and even made some recommendations to me as to feeding bowls which might slow his eating down (he snarfs up his food in seconds!). I was afraid he wouldn’t want to come home. But I think he knows he can go back and stay in this home away from home which he will definitely be doing the next time I need to go away without him. I can’t tell you the peace of mind that all this brought me, knowing that he was happy and being well-cared-for and loved.”

“Karen kept me informed and communicated promptly. My dog absolutely loved his stay and would recommend Karen for anyone looking for someone to watch your beloved pets.”

“Nadjeska was so great with our puppy, Georgi! This was the first time leaving him, so was a bit nervous but she kept us up to date with tons of photos and let us know how he was doing! We will definitely bring Georgi back for our next trip!”

“Millie was well cared for by Catherine and her family. We had a weekend away and she was able to accommodate our drop off and pick up time slots. There were numerous photos which made us feel confident in her care. Great setting with a large yard and only other pet was their cat. Our spaniel does not always grt along with other dogs. Well done! Will viait again:)”

“My Golden had a great stay with Connie and family. She sent photos, gave updates, and we met before at a dog park to make sure our dogs got along. He was well cared for, and even sent him home with a goodie bad with some treats. They are much more like professional caretakers and couldn’t recommend enough.”

“Torie was great with our two morkies, one of which has PLE and has some intense dietary restrictions. She was very communicative and quick to respond during the stay! Thank you Torie!”

“Our pup was in great care with Elisa and her family for a week while my family and I traveled. Elisa provided updates showcasing our pet’s happiness, comfort, and playfulness in her home. After sharing that our dog has congenital knee issues, Rob, her partner, even installed another step on their dog ramp for our dog to climb up comfortably. We hope to rebook with Elisa again when needed!”

“We were very nervous to leave our Zeus with someone we haven’t met before but Cassandra made us feel so at ease in her beautiful home. Zeus did so great and it was great that Cassandra sent updates and picture and video of our boy. Highly recommend!”

“We cannot think Julius and family enough for watching our two dogs over the holidays! It is always challenging for us to leave them behind, but Julius and family took great care of them. They were happy, and well-cared for. Looking forward to booking them again.”

“Eva was great. She sent multiple pictures, walked her numerous times and Ellie was more comfortable with Eva that she was asking for b(Ellie) rubs :) I'd recommend Eva to all my friends who have dogs.”

“As always Brittany is amazing with my very active Husky! He loves being with her and her family and gets plenty of love and attention. My pup feels right at home every time. He cant wait to go back for his next stay.”

“Sarah has been amazing to work with. She’s incredibly reliable, very communicative, and just an all-around friendly, positive person. My dog loved her instantly and now gets so excited every time she sees her, which says everything. She takes her on long walks and always sends great photo updates, so I feel completely at ease knowing how well she’s doing. It’s clear she genuinely cares. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and attentive to care for their pet!”

About: I am a cat person at heart. I initially started volunteering at my local animal shelter so I could be around cats because I was unable to have a cat of my own due to my family's allergies. Little did I know that would start a lifelong love and passion for kitties. Now, as an adult, working at a luxury cat boarding kennel has allowed me to pursue my passion as a career! I have had the unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of cats spanning from enormous Maine Coons to sleek Bombays and spry kittens to leisurely elders. I am experienced in medication administration (oral, transdermal, injectable), grooming, meal preparation, and cleaning up messes! As both a professional and a cat mom, I understand that every cat is unique, and I take the time to learn each cat's routine and preferences. My goal is to provide reliable, compassionate care and give pet parents peace of mind while they're away!

About: I have taken care of cats ever since my first stray named Whiskers came into my life 40 years ago! My sisters and I begged our parents to let us keep him and that started my love of animals. I have had cats as an adult consistently for 25 years. I have experience administering medications and have cared for elderly cats as well.

“I couldn’t be happier with the care my two cats received! Serenity was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure they were not only well fed and safe, but also loved and comforted while I was away. She provided regular updates, photos, and was incredibly responsive and kind. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in such great hands. I would 100% book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter!”

“Absolutely the best care possible. Adriana and Christopher went above and beyond to care for our pet and home. They are extraordinarily loving, considerate and trustworthy and leave you with the comfort and knowledge that everything is being looked after.”

“Cayton was my first time using rover and she was fantastic! My 2 cats warmed up to her very quickly and I never felt uneasy about being away. She made sure they were well attended to during visits and Ioved getting a daily report card/photos. I will be booking her again!”

About: During my childhood, I experienced a significant feline encounter that resulted in a prolonged aversion to cats. However, my perspective shifted profoundly after my adoption by Harry, who introduced me to the remarkable qualities of felines and their unique communication. Harry, who lived with FIV and diabetes, required meticulous care, including pre-meal blood glucose monitoring and precise administration of oral medication and insulin. I am deeply committed to providing your feline companion with the highest standard of care.

“Vinny is a great sitter! We were away for an extended period of time and he spent extra time with our cat than was expected. He was attentive to our cat’s needs and gave us detailed updates daily. I would highly recommend him as a sitter and will be booking him again.”

“Roger is a fantastic cat sitter. He is super reliable, communicative, flexible and great with felines. He took really good care of my cranky and cantankerous (and sweet) 15 yr old kitty. Roger went above and beyond to accommodate her while we were away for a week. He also knows kitty CPR which made me feel extra secure! I recommend him highly!”

About: I've taken care of aniamls since I was 3, I take of my friends and neighbors animals, to give feed them and walk them and bathe them. I don't work because I live on a small farm and take care of them and all my dogs and birds and cats and I can work with anyone's pets after school. I have a dog fence with a doggy door for in and out and it's all fenced in and I have very friendly dogs that will Play and keep company.
“JoAnn is the ideal cat and home sitter. My cat hung out with her and slept on her bed--and she is usually shy with new people. JoAnne was also very flexible and stayed an extra two days when something came up.--And although I didn't request this...my house was cleaner than I left it! I would definitely recommend JoAnne!”

About: While I don’t currently have cats of my own, I’ve had them throughout my life and have extensive experience caring for them. My last two senior cats passed away about six years ago, and since then I’ve primarily focused on dogs. That said, I still understand cats very well; their unique personalities, behaviors, routines, and the patience and care they require.
About: I’ve shared my life with both cats and dogs since I was a youth. I am equally comfortable with tiny lap dogs and large, powerful breeds. I understand the different energy levels and handling requirements each size needs. Whether your pet is a playful pup or a senior cat who prefers a quiet companion, I adapt my care to fit their unique personality. My schedule is highly flexible, allowing me to make pet care a top priority throughout the week. I am currently available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting, ensuring your pets receive consistent attention and exercise. My routine is built around being present and active, so you can rest assured your animals are getting the dedicated care they deserve. Safety is my absolute priority. During visits and walks, I maintain a vigilant eye on your pet’s surroundings and behavior. I ensure all doors and gates are securely locked upon entry and exit, and I always double-check that water bowls are full and the environment is hazard-free before I leave. I provide frequent updates and photos so you can see firsthand that your pet is safe, active, and happy. I treat every animal with the same care and attention I give my own two dogs.

“My puppy had a great time with Mary Jo and her family. She was amazing and accepted our last minute booking to save the day! She kept me posted on how he was doing too which was so nice. I wish I knew lots of people in the area so I could recommend her personally. I am so grateful to her and her family for taking such good care of my guy!!”

About: As a devoted animal lover who recently lost my beloved senior boy, I am yearning to fill that void by showering other people’s pets with the same love and devotion. Because I work from home on five acres of land, I am able to offer your dog constant companionship and a peaceful, spacious environment. My hands-on experience spans all life stages—from energetic small puppies to elderly dogs needing gentle, specialized care. Having also adopted and rehabilitated dogs and cats with trauma, I understand the deep patience, calm energy, and compassion required to help every pet feel safe, secure, and right at home. I run my own business from home, and I have very flexible hours. Which allows me to provide constant companionship for your pet. Because I am always around, pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine, ensuring your dog will never be left alone for long stretches and will receive all the playtime, potty breaks and attention they need throughout the day. Whether caring for your dog in your home or mine, safety and emotional comfort are my top priorities. At my house your dog will enjoy peaceful, leashed walks exploring my 5 acres of land, and I bring that same careful attention to walks in your neighborhood. Because I have experience with delicate elderly dogs, tiny puppies and rescues with trauma, I am highly attentive to safety. I always ensure leashes are completely secure and provide a calm soothing presence so pet feels protected. I do have a cat in my home, however they can be separated if needed. I also have a 22- and 12-year-old daughter and 9-year-old boy who miss their dog and will love on your pet as well.
“Jill did a great job taking care of our Border Collie, Buddy. Jill’s a pleasure to work with, responsive and caring, can tell she really loves dogs and made sure Buddy felt right at home. We received regular pictures and a video. Great environment for our Buddy!”

“This was my German shepherd, Evie's, first daycare with Laura. Evie was a bit anxious at first but Laura got her to a calm state quickly and Evie enjoyed playing with her pug, Winston. Laura kept me updated and sent several pictures. Good experience overall and will be back”

“Very happy and relieved! I had to book last-minute for my pup when a neighbor had to cancel, and Adriana & Christopher were able to take Lucy at their house for the day. I worry about her because Lucy is a bit of an anxious mess when somewhere new (especially when I’m not around), and she was shaking like a leaf when I left. I felt terrible! But she was very interactive and played with their dog so much that she passed out and slept for hours when we got home! So, so happy and delighted with this experience for my little Lucy!”

About: I’ve had animals my entire life and have always been an avid animal lover with experience caring for both cats and dogs. I currently have two miniature pinschers of my own that I’ve spent a great deal of time training, so I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and individualized care for every pet. Because I work remotely when I’m not traveling for work, I’m able to provide attentive care, companionship, walks, playtime, feedings, potty breaks, and plenty of love throughout the day. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, playful, or needs extra attention, I strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for like family. Your pets will be treated like my own with love, attention, and reliable care you can trust. When I’m not traveling for work, I work remotely from home, which gives me flexibility throughout the day for pet care visits, walks, feedings, and companionship. Every day can look a little different, but I keep my calendar updated to ensure accurate availability and reliable scheduling. We have a dedicated area in our basement with turf, toys, and space for pets to safely play and stay active. I will always be present to supervise and monitor them, whether they’re playing indoors, spending time outside, or going for walks around our neighborhood, which has plenty of sidewalks and nearby trails for safe, enjoyable exercise.
“This was my first time using Rover.com. I had picked up my German shepherd, Evie, from a shelter in North Carolina last November. Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. My wife and I wanted to find someone to board her with where she would be happy when we're away. We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. We were looking for a home where Evie could spend time with and play with other dogs and Evie made a new friend, Sparkles, Najeska's little dog. Nadjeska has a fenced yard which provides a safe place for them to run around in the fresh air. Evie seemed to enjoy the day, Nadjeska obviously loves dogs, and we will be repeat clients in the near future.”

“This was my first time ever leaving Ange. I was a little nervous, but everything went great over all. Carolina text me through out the day and made me feel so comfortable with me leaving Ange. I will definitely use Carolina in the near future.”

“We were in town visiting from Virginia and needed to find someone to watch our baby Jax for a day. So glad we found Elisa! She was very responsive to our request and was able to accommodate our change in pick up time. I can tell her and her family treated Jax like one of their own because he adapted so quickly! And I can tell he had a lot of fun because he instantly went to sleep. We’ll definitely book Elisa again if we need another sitter when we’re back in town!”

“Joe and his wife were very friendly. They watched Shiloh for about 5 hours while we visited with friends in the area. At pick up, we could tell Shiloh enjoyed her visit and playtime with the family's dog.”

“Sarah and Steve took such great care of our puppy! We are so happy that she was in such good hands while we were at work. Sarah is super friendly and nice to work with. She sent updates, photos, and videos, which put us at ease throughout the day. Our pup was excited to see Sarah, and came home very tired at the end of the day. We would highly recommend Sarah and Steve!”
“Karen was a great dog sitter for our little guy. She sent photo updates, was kind, & we knew our dog was in good hands. We would definitely book with Karen again. Thank you.”

“Mary-Ellen took care of our blind Shih Tzu, "Peanut" for the day in her home this past weekend and was just AMAZING with her! She was so interested to find out all the little details ahead of time to ensure that they had a fun and comfortable day. Because of Peanut's special needs, my boyfriend and I are very nervous about leaving her with sitters, but after meeting Mary-Ellen, we felt sure that she would be in the best of hands. Mary-Ellen sent updates throughout the day along with several photos so I could see what fun they were having. Mary Ellen's home is adorable and sparkling clean, and as an added bonus, her daughter and Peanut really hit it off and had a wonderful time together. We would highly recommend Mary Ellen to others and will definitely book her again in the future.”
About: Having cared for 13 dogs and 4 cats (yes, we keep count), we've seen it all. Daily exercise and even bathing is quite familiar to us. Leo has hands-on experience with animal shelters, and I have biological based experience with both nutritional needs and animal anatomy, and we both can provide basic training. We currently have a year-old golden retriever and a tabby! We've dealt with a couple lovable (but difficult) pets and can deal with issues like stubbornness, biting, and basic potty training. Leo works from home, and I'm a commuter-basically, there's always someone home! We are both the "outdoorsy" type and frequent the devil's hop yard, as well as hike through our property. As STEM majors, animals keep us sane! We can also transport your pets (we have the seating and everything). Our property has a spacious (but secure) 100-acre forest, perfect for supervised walks and exploration! At home, our pets—a friendly Golden Retriever and a sweet Tabby—ensure your furry friend will never feel lonely. We can also provide crate time if needed for safety or comfort, and (given our flexibility) tailor care routines to meet each pet’s needs!
“Truc watched our Russell terrier Ozzie for the day when we were in the area on vacation. Ozzie left happy and tired, and had a great time with her lab Calvin. Truc was very responsive and easy to communicate with, took special care to ensure Ozzie adjusted well, and even took him on a special adventure in town. Would highly recommend. Thank you Truc!”

“Lourdes “Luli” was a stellar and responsive caretaker of my 8 mo, high-energy Australian Shepherd puppy. I was a bit nervous to be her first Rover client, but felt immediate comfort on the meet and greet. She and her delightful, well-behaved pup, Tito, were exemplary hosts. She took all my concerns in stride and made sure that my puppy had a safe, enriching and engaging experience. She sent lots of photos documenting his play and nap time with his new buddy. Luli was flexible about the drop off when my schedule unexpectedly changed and was always quick to return texts. My dog came back happy and relaxed and literally pulled me to her doorway each day of our stay. Her home was immaculate and puppy safe, with a small secure, enclosed yard for play. I have nothing but the highest regard for Luli, and her professionalism and warmth towards both me and my dog! She clearly is a dog whisperer and my dog, very attached to us, but eager to be left with Luli, confirms this. I have no reservations about emphatically recommending her!”

About: To be honest, when I was a child I had a deadly fear of dogs. That was until my mother forced me to go to exposure therapy (yes she made me go to a club where they sat you with over ten dogs. Here, I fostered a love for them, and learned a lot about them. They need activity and they also need rest. They need a lot of attention but they reciprocate with fierce loyalty and unwavering love. I would love to help a family continue to give their dog the attention it deserves so they can also live their lives! I am a new college graduate looking for a full time remote position. The job market is competitive and I expect to be unemployed for at least a couple months. I have full time availability and will always have weekends. Let me help full time workers right now while I am figuring out life! My anxious dog requires a lot of attention and ensuring comfort. He gets lots of outdoor time and plenty of exercise in the morning, lunch, and night. He is fed twice a day with a mix of dry and wet food. I work on his tricks with him at least once a day! I also have cared for cats throughout my whole life. Fostering kittens, feeding them, cutting and administering pills for my disordered baby! Additionally brushing my animals, playing with them, and knowing when to give them space. I love my animals and have spent my life ensuring their care!!

Having had animals my entire life and experience working with rescues, I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for a beloved pet.
About: I have been taking care of pets since I was born with my first Golden Retriever “Missy”. My family has had a wide variety of animals from dogs and cats, to hamsters and bunnies, all the way to horses. I am often called on by my fiends to pet sit as I am known as the friend with a surplus of pets. I currently have a small dog named Munchie with many different health problems such as anxiety and epilepsy which gives me experience in caring for dogs with specific needs. I also currently have a large dog who is a Shepard, Boxer mix named Leo who gives me experience in caring for large dogs and their active and rambunctious needs. Along with my two dogs I have four cats who give me experience in the joy of caring for cats. As a pet owner I know the struggle of finding a good and trustworthy pet sitter. That is why I want to be able to be that pet sitter that will allow you to enjoy your vacation or go to work with the peace of mind knowing your pet is being taken care of. I am currently a student at Marist College in Poughkeepsie. Due to my class schedule I have blocks of time in which I am not in class or doing homework that I would love to be able to fill with hanging out with dogs:) Due to the fact that I am a college student I do not have the home environment to be able to care for your dog at my house. But I will give them the love and attention they need during my drop-in visits with lots of pets, playtime, walks and treats!
“Cayton was terrific. My dog is normally very anxious and she was wonderful with Lucy. They went on a nice long walk and Cayton sent me pics and lovely feedback. This was their first walk together but there will be many to come!”

About: Hello! My name is Sam and dogs have been my passion for as long as I can remember. I have been pet sitting since I was a teenager, and have always had a hand in caring for my family's pets. Within the last year I have had the opportunity to help whelp two litters of Bernese Mountain Dog puppies and it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I love getting to know new dogs and cats, and have been known to leave my table at a restaurant to pet a dog I see through the window. I am the person at the party seeking out the pets so I can talk to them, rather than talk to the humans! I attend obedience classes with my own dogs weekly, and will be attending handling classes soon as well. Nothing brightens my day like being greeted by a dog, and getting to take care of them. We currently have three dogs and three cats in our home. Nothing is more important to me than your animal's comfort and safety.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been dog sitting and walking for the past 8 years. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, including puppies and senior dogs. I’m attentive to each dog’s unique needs, whether that’s sticking to a routine, providing exercise, or offering extra patience and care. I treat every pet like my own and prioritize their safety, happiness, and comfort at all times. I have a flexible schedule and am able to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pet. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and boarding on weekends, as well as weekday afternoons and evenings. I make sure each pet gets the exercise, playtime, and care they need, and I’m happy to accommodate specific routines or requests whenever possible. I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for every pet in my care. I have experience with dogs of different personalities and needs, and I always prioritize their safety and well-being. I follow any instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, and routines. I also make sure pets feel comfortable and secure, whether in my home or a client’s home, and I keep owners updated for peace of mind.

About: Hi! I’m Dina, a lifelong animal lover based in Niantic, CT. I recently moved to the area with my husband, Collin, who works at Millstone, and our very spoiled fur baby, Leo the cat. Although I’m new to Rover and still fairly new to the area, I’m definitely not new to pet care. I’m 33 years old and have been pet sitting since middle school, caring for both dogs and cats through long-term stays, drop-in visits, walks, feeding routines, litter changes, and playtime. I’m patient with shy or nervous pets and always let them warm up at their own pace. One of my favorite moments was when I got a skittish dog to come over and say hi, and my niece asked if I could “speak Dog.” I can’t officially confirm, but I do have a pretty good track record with tail wags. 🐕 My background is in photography and marketing, but I recently stepped back from that field to chase my dream of becoming an author. I’m currently working on my first YA fantasy novel while earning extra income doing something I genuinely love: caring for animals. I also have plenty of references available upon request. As an added bonus, I offer mini pet photo sessions during visits for an additional fee. I shoot with a Nikon mirrorless camera, and pets have always been one of my favorite subjects. My cat Leo is basically a celebrity in my camera roll, and I’d love to capture sweet, funny, frame-worthy moments of your pets too. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry family members! My schedule is currently very flexible since I’m working on writing my first YA fantasy novel full-time, which allows me to dedicate plenty of attention and care to pet sitting throughout the week. I’m especially open for bookings this summer, including weekdays and many weekends, with the exception of some limited availability from mid to late August. Because I work from home on my writing, I’m often available for: • Midday walks and check-ins • Flexible drop-in visits • Morning or evening care • Longer stays and extended care routines • Extra photo/video updates throughout the day I know pets thrive on consistency, attention, and companionship, so having a flexible schedule allows me to be more present and responsive to their needs rather than rushing in and out between appointments. Feel free to message me with your dates or pet care needs. I’m always happy to see if we’re a good fit! 🐾 I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets while you’re away. I always try to create a calm, safe, and comfortable environment where pets can stick to their normal routines as much as possible. Whether that means quiet companionship for anxious cats, extra playtime for energetic dogs, or simply giving nervous pets patience and space to warm up naturally, I tailor care to each animal’s personality and needs. During visits, I pay close attention to details like secure doors and gates, clean food and water areas, safe walking practices, and making sure pets feel relaxed and cared for in their home environment. I also love sending photo and video updates while you’re away because I know how much people miss their pets. Sometimes all it takes is one picture of your dog smiling on a walk or your cat dramatically stretched across the couch like royalty to make being away a little easier. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pets are safe, happy, and getting lots of love and attention while you’re gone.

About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and currently have an 8-year-old French Bulldog of my own. I helped train her from a young age and attended dog training classes with her, which gave me experience with obedience, patience, and understanding different dog behaviors. In addition to caring for my own dog, I also have experience helping friends and family with their dogs through walks, playtime, and companionship. I genuinely enjoy being around animals and will always make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I just graduated from college and am working part-time over the summer, so I have plenty of time to care for your pups! I am available during the week and weekends in the morning and early afternoon. I live in a safe, walkable beachside neighborhood with plenty of open space for dogs to enjoy walks, playtime, and fresh air. The area is very dog-friendly, and I’m surrounded by other pet owners, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for pets.

About: Set your mind at ease knowing I will treat your pets as my own! I am detail oriented and always on time. Whether you’re going out of town or just going to work for the day, you can count on me to be there for your babies! I know what it’s like to worry about them while you’re away so I will be happy to send you photos and spend time giving them love and care. Skills and Experience: - senior dog care - high-energy dog care - administering cat inhaler - administering pills to cats and dogs I also have experience as a volunteer wildlife caregiver at Quogue Wildlife Refuge as well as two years of farm animal handling experience (goats, chickens, horses, and llamas). I believe all animals deserve empathy and respect!

“Mary Jo is an excellent pet sitter!! She took care of my dog and 2 cats for a week, coming to my house 2x per day. Mary Jo is reliable, conscientious and kind. She also stayed in contact which I really appreciated. Next vacation I'm definitely booking Mary Jo again and highly recommend her!!”

About: I’m certified in Pet CPR & First Aid through PetTech. I have a depth and variety of experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I’ve worked at a doggy daycare, where I handled multiple dogs at once in group settings, giving me valuable experience with a wide range of breeds and personalities. I’m familiar with reading canine body language and making sure play stays safe and respectful. I’ve also cared for both puppies and senior dogs, so I’m comfortable adjusting my care to their unique needs. Whether it’s helping with early training for a new pup or making sure an older dog is comfortable and supported throughout the day. I’ve owned and cared for dogs my entire life, which has taught me to be attentive, patient, and genuinely connected to each dog I spend time with. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine. My schedule is currently very flexible and accommodating, which allows me to take on regular walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting as needed. I truly enjoy spending my time with your furry friends, so fitting pet care into my day feels natural and fulfilling, whether it’s a quick walk or an overnight stay. I only offer care in my client’s home, and I always do my best to make sure your pet feels comfortable and safe in their familiar environment. I pay close attention to their behavior, routines, and any specific needs they may have. Whether it’s feedings, walks, playtime, or medications, I follow your instructions carefully and treat your pet and home with respect and care.

“As always amazing! I will leave a review every single time Mark and His family watch our dog. They’re so good with him I’m sure he looks at them as his family now lol. Left our puppy with them for 10 days while on vaca and Mark checked in and of course had no issues. Thank you as always Mark and Family.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sherry was absolutely amazing while taking care of my dog, Levi, for 10 days while I was away. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely safe and at ease, which means everything when trusting someone with your pet. She was incredibly loving and attentive with Levi, and it truly showed in how happy and comfortable he was in her care. Sherry kept me updated constantly with messages and updates, which I really appreciated and looked forward to. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% trust her again. Highly, highly recommend!”
