About: I've cared for so many kinds of pets for folks...They trust me to care for them when away and feel relaxed to do them! I will care for many kinds of pets for people in need of a kind, loving genuinely interested in your pet safety, attention, feeding, walking, and everything in between! They are my daily routine! Dedicated to the job! I am open to working whenever I am needed for pet care and home care! They can feel safe with me! At home I have a fenced in yard for my dog, my sister's dogs, and we work this out very well. At others homes, i am mindful of their needs through whatever means the owners have for the pets and act accordingly.

“Emily house-sit our dog Amber for 4 days. I cannot recommend her enough and cannot wait to work with her again. First of all, she was able to stop by earlier in the day than I initially set the sitting for, and let Amber out midday and come back later to start the actual sitting. I hugely appreciated this since I made a mistake in the reservation start time. She was great with photo and text updates. From all the photos I could tell how happy Amber was. Her food and medication schedule was kept the same and she had lots of fun with Emily. And I have to say that the house was left immaculate. She went the extra mile to unload the dishwasher that I accidentally left in full, and took out all the trash. None of which were her responsibility but she truly went above and beyond and we appreciated all of it. We cannot wait to have her take care of Amber agan.”

About: I’ve owned and have taken care of different breeds of dogs. My family and friends have relied on me to walk, feed and care for their animals. I have a full time job but I am available after work, overnight and on weekends to walk, feed, play and care for your animals. I take the dogs out for walks and potty breaks before work, crate them if needed, and walks and potty breaks after work and before bed.

When I was younger I did 4-H; after the age of 12 you become a "senior 4-H member" and at that time I worked with the Junior members teaching them how to train and do General care for their pets. About: I love every kind of animal and think they deserve the best treatment. I have had dogs and other animals in my life since I was born. I grew up with animals ranging from small rodents to reptiles, a rescued squirrel, to the normal dog and cat. They take up my entire heart. I have been taking care of other people's pets since I was a child. These animals include: dogs, cats, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, chickens, alpacas, snakes, lizards, hissers, frogs, and bunnies. Family friends, neighbors, and family themselves come to me when they are in need of someone to watch their animals while they are gone. I have taken care of pets from daily check-ins to staying a week or more at their house. I would have no problem watching any animal for an extended period of time. I would not hesitate to take your dog with me where ever I went so they can get as much playtime and exercise as possible, unless of course they were a senior dog or special needs dog that must rest up a lot, or if you preferred otherwise! I am more than happy to come take care of any animal after 5pm on Mondays-Thursdays. Sometimes earlier on Thursdays! Fridays I have completely free and would love to get out there and be active, giving me something to do which I love. My weekends are iffy, but do not hesitate to ask. I'm more than happy to work things out with you! All animals will be cared for in whatever manner the owner(s) would like. I follow directions to a T. If there is ever something I am hesitant about or unsure of I will make sure to ask right at the beginning. I will not hesitate to ask questions or to contact in an emergency. These animals are not mine which makes me even more protective over them. Most of all, if they want it, the animals will get all the love they can ask for.

“Let me start by saying I have always love to travel, but haven’t done much of that in the past couple years. I haven’t traveled because I have been too nervous, leaving my dog in a kennel or with a sitter. A friend suggested I check out Rover to find an in home sitter. I was very skeptical. I picked Terry because she had so many great reviews and repeat customers. We had a meet and greet with the dog and I immediately felt comfortable with her. I decided she was a good fit but still was super nervous about leaving my baby with her. She calmed my nerves through the whole trip. Terry listened to my concerns and needs and took them seriously. Terry sent numerous pictures of my girl. She sent updates and pictures all day long and always let me know when she was leaving my home and when she would return. When I returned home from my trip I expected my dog to overly excited to see us and to my surprise it was just as if I had left her and went to work. That tells me that she felt loved, safe and cared for while I was gone. Which is exactly what I wanted. I am excited to be able to travel again now that I have a trustworthy reliable sitter. I will definitely be using Terry again.”
