“This was my first time using Rover.com. I had picked up my German shepherd, Evie, from a shelter in North Carolina last November. Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. My wife and I wanted to find someone to board her with where she would be happy when we're away. We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. About: I have been taking care of pets since I was born with my first Golden Retriever “Missy”. My family has had a wide variety of animals from dogs and cats, to hamsters and bunnies, all the way to horses. I am often called on by my fiends to pet sit as I am known as the friend with a surplus of pets. I currently have a small dog named Munchie with many different health problems such as anxiety and epilepsy which gives me experience in caring for dogs with specific needs. I also currently have a large dog who is a Shepard, Boxer mix named Leo who gives me experience in caring for large dogs and their active and rambunctious needs.
