When we did the meet and greet, Shannon spent about and hour with Spencer and I, giving us the opportunity to see how he interacted with her daycare dogs as well as with her personal dogs. She has a huge, fenced in yard, which is very well gated off and contained. She took the time to get him used to her outdoor area, as well as her home. I was very comfortable knowing he would be safe, and well cared for. During his overnight stay, she texted me several times, with photos and let me know he was doing well. Spencer came home from his visit tired from playing with doggie friends, and well cared for. I have already booked future visits and I highly recommend!”
“I highly recommended Sherry, she’s an angel! She had our Finn finn for 6 days and it was our first time to get a dog sitter. We are a bit uneasy at first coz our dog still needs training. (Not friendly with other humans and dogs he just met) also there’s the barking situation. She’s an angel bcos she was able to gain our dog’s trust at a very short period of time and our dog didn’t give any problem at all. A Complete turnaround to what we were expecting. (Big Sigh of relief ?) We enjoyed our vacation and didn’t even worried about our dog bcos she never fails to update us. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely book her again. P.S we came back to get his crate and our dog was sooo happy to see her and he let her pet him, no sweat. Their house is perfect for dogs as they have a small doggy door. My dog followed Sean right into his house upon seeing him outside so he must have felt a good vibe haha. About: I have been taking care of pets since I was born with my first Golden Retriever “Missy”. My family has had a wide variety of animals from dogs and cats, to hamsters and bunnies, all the way to horses. I am often called on by my fiends to pet sit as I am known as the friend with a surplus of pets. I currently have a small dog named Munchie with many different health problems such as anxiety and epilepsy which gives me experience in caring for dogs with specific needs. I also currently have a large dog who is a Shepard, Boxer mix named Leo who gives me experience in caring for large dogs and their active and rambunctious needs. Along with my two dogs I have four cats who give me experience in the joy of caring for cats. As a pet owner I know the struggle of finding a good and trustworthy pet sitter. “This was my first time using Rover.com. I had picked up my German shepherd, Evie, from a shelter in North Carolina last November. Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. My wife and I wanted to find someone to board her with where she would be happy when we're away. We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. About: To be honest, when I was a child I had a deadly fear of dogs. That was until my mother forced me to go to exposure therapy (yes she made me go to a club where they sat you with over ten dogs. Here, I fostered a love for them, and learned a lot about them. They need activity and they also need rest. They need a lot of attention but they reciprocate with fierce loyalty and unwavering love. The job market is competitive and I expect to be unemployed for at least a couple months. I have full time availability and will always have weekends. Let me help full time workers right now while I am figuring out life! My anxious dog requires a lot of attention and ensuring comfort. He gets lots of outdoor time and plenty of exercise in the morning, lunch, and night. He is fed twice a day with a mix of dry and wet food. I work on his tricks with him at least once a day! About: Since I was 5, I have always had pet dogs and was independently caring for them since high school. I have had dogs weighing 6 lbs through 90 lbs, including my current dogs, a rescued pit bull, rescued puggle, and rescued Great Pyrenees mix. I have been caring not only for my own dogs but friends and neighbors dogs as well. I am a teacher on summer break and would love to spend my time playing with pups! “I've already re-booked! The entire process with Shannon was seamless, from the meet and greet which we did in advance to Spencer's first overnight! HIGHLY recommend. When we did the meet and greet, Shannon spent about and hour with Spencer and I, giving us the opportunity to see how he interacted with her daycare dogs as well as with her personal dogs. She has a huge, fenced in yard, which is very well gated off and contained. She took the time to get him used to her outdoor area, as well as her home. I was very comfortable knowing he would be safe, and well cared for. During his overnight stay, she texted me several times, with photos and let me know he was doing well. Spencer came home from his visit tired from playing with doggie friends, and well cared for. I have already booked future visits and I highly recommend!”
“I highly recommended Sherry, she’s an angel! She had our Finn finn for 6 days and it was our first time to get a dog sitter. We are a bit uneasy at first coz our dog still needs training. (Not friendly with other humans and dogs he just met) also there’s the barking situation. She’s an angel bcos she was able to gain our dog’s trust at a very short period of time and our dog didn’t give any problem at all. A Complete turnaround to what we were expecting. (Big Sigh of relief ?) We enjoyed our vacation and didn’t even worried about our dog bcos she never fails to update us. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely book her again. P.S we came back to get his crate and our dog was sooo happy to see her and he let her pet him, no sweat. We never saw our dog that happy whenever we go to our sis in law’s house and every time they tried to pet him, he will dodge. ? It’s just amazing experience overall.”
