About: I have a ten year old chihuahua I adore. Growing up, I’ve always had cats and dogs in the home so taking on the responsibility of pet duty’s comes naturally. I feed my dog twice a day with some treats in between. On an extended leash, my dog, Chassé runs out in the open front yard. On a nice day we will go on a hike or a leisurely walk in the neighborhood. I keep my home pet safe. Keeping all snacks off the ground and anything they might get into. I check the garden and yard for plant/mushroom that might be toxic to the pet. And of course, if anything goes wrong, I call the vet.

We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. We were looking for a home where Evie could spend time with and play with other dogs and Evie made a new friend, Sparkles, Najeska's little dog. Nadjeska has a fenced yard which provides a safe place for them to run around in the fresh air. About: I rescued my own dog from a shelter, and she required a lot of special training and patience. I worked with her on socialization, leash walking, and reducing pulling and barking around other dogs, and I have successfully helped her improve in all of these areas. Since she was a puppy when I adopted her, I also have experience with the patience, consistency, and care that younger dogs require. In addition, I care for a senior dog, so I am experienced in recognizing when a dog has reached their physical limit during walks and understanding how to adjust care based on their needs. Having experience with both younger and older dogs, as well as both large and small breeds, has taught me how to handle dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and training levels with confidence and care. I am currently in school but there are only three days a week I am completely booked with classes. About: I have a ten year old chihuahua I adore. Growing up, I’ve always had cats and dogs in the home so taking on the responsibility of pet duty’s comes naturally. I feed my dog twice a day with some treats in between. On an extended leash, my dog, Chassé runs out in the open front yard. On a nice day we will go on a hike or a leisurely walk in the neighborhood. I keep my home pet safe. Keeping all snacks off the ground and anything they might get into. I check the garden and yard for plant/mushroom that might be toxic to the pet. And of course, if anything goes wrong, I call the vet.
