About: I’ve had 8 dogs over the past 30 years, so caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs through every stage, from energetic puppies to seniors who need a little extra patience and attention. I’m comfortable with dogs with a wide range of personalities, routines, and care needs, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, and senior care. I understand that every dog is different, and I’m happy to follow the routine that works best for yours. Most importantly, I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else’s care. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, comfortable, and loved and give you peace of mind while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your dog(s) plenty of attention and keep their routine as consistent as possible. Whether I’m caring for your dog in my home, staying in yours, stopping by for a visit, or taking them for a walk, I’ll do my best to follow the schedule they’re already comfortable with. I’m available for weekday and weekend care and can often accommodate morning, daytime, and evening needs. For boarding and house sitting, I’ll make sure we discuss your dog’s normal routine ahead of time — including meals, walks, potty breaks, medications, bedtime, and any special needs, so their days feel as familiar as possible while you’re away. Your dog’s safety and comfort will always come first. Before caring for a new dog, I like to learn as much as I can about their personality, routine, health needs, temperament, and any behaviors or situations I should be aware of. I’m also happy to do a meet-and-greet beforehand so both you and your dog can feel comfortable. I’m comfortable with everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs who may need a slower pace, medication, more frequent potty breaks, or extra attention. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep your dog’s environment safe and secure, and never force an interaction or activity they aren’t comfortable with. When your dog is staying with me, I want them to feel like they’re at home, not at a kennel. I also know how reassuring it is to see that your dog is happy while you’re away. I’ll stay in touch with regular updates and photos, and I’ll always reach out if I have a question or notice anything unusual. My goal is simple: you should feel completely comfortable knowing your dog is safe, cared for, and getting plenty of attention.

“Kate was absolutely amazing with our two large breed dogs and a cat. She stayed at our home and took care of our pets for a long weekend. Kate kept me updated on how the pets were doing and what was going on at the house. She gave one of our dogs oral medication every 12 hours and sent texts when the medications were administered. Kate gave all my pets love and attention, walks, belly rubs, and even made a fun video of the pets while she was here. I felt so happy and relaxed leaving my fur babies with her. I now currently watch my family’s pets for them as well as have my own dog and cats. I can come in at most 5 times a day to check on your pet or I can walk your dog throughout the day. About: Ever since I was a kid, I've always had a dog in my household. I enjoy the excitement and fun times that I share with them. I am a very loving, trustworthy, and respectable person to others and especially animals! Without having a dog in my everyday life I feel incomplete. I am known to consider animals feelings over people in my life, simply because animals are harmless creatures that just need to be loved and taken care of. I'd love to share my free time helping out others in the community by taking care of their own fury friends when they are unable to. I have two dogs myself and they are a very big part of my life. One goes to work daily, while the older boy stays quiet at home. I take daily walks for some good exercise and fresh air. I have a fenced yard and two very friendly dogs to keep your fur baby comfortable. I can easily crate if need be. I have plenty of space for exercise and separate areas for feeding.

He sent us pictures and videos regularly so we have peace of mind as one of our dogs had leg injury. He left the house clean and took the trash bin out to the curb on trash pickup day for us. I work Monday through Friday , 8am - 5pm. I am able to be somewhat mobile during those days, specifically during the lunch hour! Weekends are normally free as well! About: I have had now 5 rescues of my own, including our recent rescue of our kittens, all from different sectors of the US, different backgrounds, ages and breeds. I truly wouldnt be who I am today without my furbabies. I have raised my youngest dog from a few months old as well as provided senior care and sick care to my oldest dog. My goal is to give every dog/cat the same amount of love I give my babies. I am familiar with all sorts of behaviors, bigger dogs, dogs who don’t love and dogs that need special attention. I'm very patient and would love to help care for your dog/cat. This is because I understand the struggle to look for a trusted sitter, especially when life and the unexpected happens. I want you to leave knowing that your dog/cat is in safe hands and will get the love they always deserve! If your dog/cat needs some fun activity, needs a friend on the couch, or just wants a lot of belly rubs and snuggles then you can count on me! While I do have a full time job, I am able to adjust my schedule that not only works so much better with my day to day but also having some flexibility while caring for your pets. I have recently made a career change for the time being. My true dream of owning an animal rescue and adoption center one day might be a bit farther of a dream but doesn’t mean I can’t help with others in need. Even with my work schedule, I can adjust my schedule to match yours as close or exact as possible. Please don't hesitate to reach out. My babies have their own little home/crate they are in while we are not home. As soon as we are home, they have our entire finished lower level to run around and play as well as our back yard.
