“Harper enjoyed her stay with Brittany and her family...and of course Inara. Brittany kept me informed of via photos and comments. Harper loved the kiddie pool in the backyard and snuggling with her son Weston on the sofa. We will gladly use Britanny's services again.”

“Our pup had a great time. It was clear that they enjoyed taking care of him. They provided pictures and updates and we could tell he was having fun and was spoiled.”
“Jill and her husband Doug were great hosts for our young, active Border Collie. They went out of their way to meet our needs. I had mentioned that Louie liked to chase a Frisbee, and when we arrived Jill had added one to her big bucket of dog toys. I was happy about the big play yard, but while we were away I received some pictures from Jill of Louie and his pals running at the beach. What a great place to leave my pet!”

“Absolutely pleased with Rolf’s care. From pictures we could see he was a happy dog. And he got to play outside in a child’s pool and a hosing! His favorite activity. He really didn’t want to come home!”

“Serenity offered to meet our pups prior to their stay with her. She sent regular updates to let me know how they were doing. When we picked them up they seemed at ease. I will definitely reach out to her again when needed.”

“This was my German shepherd, Evie's, first overnight stay with Laura, or anyone else for that matter. I was hoping it would go well and happily Evie had a great time running about and playing with three other dogs. Good to know I have a safe place to drop Evie off when I'm away.”

“Mary Jo is kind, caring, and so responsive—everything you want in someone watching your dog. She took excellent care of my dog (so much so my dog was so calm and happy when she was picked up!). Couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of my girl.”

“Absolute peace of mind. Leaving older dogs can be stressful, but Elisa made it completely worry-free. She took incredible care of our two dogs and treated them like family. She paid close attention to their medications, supplements, meals and senior routine. We received daily updates and photos. We highly recommend Elisa and will absolutely book her again!”

“Our son was getting married in upstate NY so we needed a sitter for our dog Kai while we were away. We have always left Kai with either family or friends, but since everyone we knew was attending the wedding I reached out to Laura. We set up a meet and greet -I knew from the first time I met her that she was a perfect match. She was warm and kind - obviously a dog lover - and she made a connection with our normally shy dog right away. She asked a lot of questions about Kai's habits - she wanted to make sure she followed his normal daily routine so that he would be comfortable in her home.. Her house is beautiful and she has a large, fenced in back yard that allowed Kai to run free in a safe environment. Laura took him for a 3 mile daily walk, and sent many pictures and updates the whole 6 days she had him. He became a part of her family❤️ I cannot say enough about how happy we were to have found her. She gave us peace of mind that Kai was well loved and cared for so we were able to enjoy the wedding without any worries. I would HIGHLY recommend Laura to anyone looking for a sitter!!”

“Torie was great with our two morkies, one of which has PLE and has some intense dietary restrictions. She was very communicative and quick to respond during the stay! Thank you Torie!”

“We love Julius and so does our pup! We've used his family so many times and each time has been easy and no problems at all. It's so nice having peace of mind that our pup is loved and well cared for.”

“They were attentive to my dogs needs. They cared for my beagle’s well being. They sent me regular updates of how he was doing and pictures. I do recommend them and will go back again.”

“Brittany was so great! She sent lots of photos of all the fun our dogs were having, keeping my mind at ease. She walked the dogs and made sure they had plenty of exercise, and from the looks of it- a ton of fun. Absolutely phenomenal!”

“Ariel was great. Her home offered everything we were looking for. Place to play or lay around, and where she could lay wherever she was comfortable. Communication was easy and Ariel sent photos regularly so I could see how my girl was doing.Overall a very pleasant experience.”

“Millie was well cared for by Catherine and her family. We had a weekend away and she was able to accommodate our drop off and pick up time slots. There were numerous photos which made us feel confident in her care. Great setting with a large yard and only other pet was their cat. Our spaniel does not always grt along with other dogs. Well done! Will viait again:)”

“Nadjeska watched out 8 month old doodle for a couple of days and was amazing. Communication before and during his stay was great. We got a lot of pictures and updates and Cody seemed to enjoy his stay!”

“Elizabeth was amazing! Her and her family made our dog feel so warm and welcome despite being a nervous Nelly around new people. She sent us regular updates and photos, so we always had peace of mind!”

“I received so many updates and pictures of my dog. I knew she was getting the best care while we were out of town. Will definitely use again!!! We had a very happy puppy!! Thank you!”

Our lab absolutely loves her time with Renana! She came home exhausted (and she's hard to exhaust!), so definitely had lots of activity and fun. Renana is very easy to communicate with and sent photos throughout our time away. I'm sure our dog is already looking forward to her next visit!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
