I scheduled a couple of doggy daycare days to help Amethyst acclimate and during those times, Mark was patient and responsive with communications. By the time our trip came, I was very comfortable leaving Amethyst with Mark and his family. The communication was great and he sent a few pictures of her enjoying her time with them. I came home to a happy and healthy dog who had clearly been well-cared for.
