About: I’m a teacher who enjoys caring for animals and giving their humans peace of mind. I’m certified in Pet First Aid/CPR. My son, Brett is trained as a Veterinary Assistant. My husband, Jerry enjoys getting to know the dog’s play and relaxation styles. We have experience in caring for pets with medical needs and senior dogs. We have experience with pure bred, mixed breed, and rescue animals. We also have experience with dogs who use crates, if that is what works for yours. We are lifelong dog owners and currently live with Sailor, our 8 year old rescue beagle mix and our turtle Coco. Between the three of us, someone is usually home, but there may be times when we will be out of the home. Let us know what you need and let’s see if we can make it work! When you book with us, we lock your rates in so you pay the same rate for future bookings. Your dog will be treated like one of the family! Our home is located in a wooded neighborhood with part of the yard fenced and land trust trails just around the corner.

“This was my first time using Rover.com. I had picked up my German shepherd, Evie, from a shelter in North Carolina last November. Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. My wife and I wanted to find someone to board her with where she would be happy when we're away. We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. We were looking for a home where Evie could spend time with and play with other dogs and Evie made a new friend, Sparkles, Najeska's little dog. Nadjeska has a fenced yard which provides a safe place for them to run around in the fresh air. Evie seemed to enjoy the day, Nadjeska obviously loves dogs, and we will be repeat clients in the near future.”

About: I have had pets since I was a young kid including both dogs and cats. I have been a dog sitter for friends & neighbors for over 10 years. I recently moved to the Bay Area and am seeking a full time job. In the meantime, I am thrilled to work full time or part time dog sitting! We have a dedicated area in our basement with turf, toys, and space for pets to safely play and stay active. I will always be present to supervise and monitor them, whether they’re playing indoors, spending time outside, or going for walks around our neighborhood, which has plenty of sidewalks and nearby trails for safe, enjoyable exercise.

About: Having cared for 13 dogs and 4 cats (yes, we keep count), we've seen it all. Daily exercise and even bathing is quite familiar to us. Leo has hands-on experience with animal shelters, and I have biological based experience with both nutritional needs and animal anatomy, and we both can provide basic training. We currently have a year-old golden retriever and a tabby! We've dealt with a couple lovable (but difficult) pets and can deal with issues like stubbornness, biting, and basic potty training. Leo works from home, and I'm a commuter-basically, there's always someone home! We are both the "outdoorsy" type and frequent the devil's hop yard, as well as hike through our property. As STEM majors, animals keep us sane! We can also transport your pets (we have the seating and everything). Our property has a spacious (but secure) 100-acre forest, perfect for supervised walks and exploration! At home, our pets—a friendly Golden Retriever and a sweet Tabby—ensure your furry friend will never feel lonely. We can also provide crate time if needed for safety or comfort, and (given our flexibility) tailor care routines to meet each pet’s needs!
