About: I’ve had animals my entire life and have always been an avid animal lover with experience caring for both cats and dogs. I currently have two miniature pinschers of my own that I’ve spent a great deal of time training, so I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and individualized care for every pet. Because I work remotely when I’m not traveling for work, I’m able to provide attentive care, companionship, walks, playtime, feedings, potty breaks, and plenty of love throughout the day. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, playful, or needs extra attention, I strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for like family. Your pets will be treated like my own with love, attention, and reliable care you can trust. When I’m not traveling for work, I work remotely from home, which gives me flexibility throughout the day for pet care visits, walks, feedings, and companionship. Every day can look a little different, but I keep my calendar updated to ensure accurate availability and reliable scheduling. We have a dedicated area in our basement with turf, toys, and space for pets to safely play and stay active. I will always be present to supervise and monitor them, whether they’re playing indoors, spending time outside, or going for walks around our neighborhood, which has plenty of sidewalks and nearby trails for safe, enjoyable exercise.

At my house your dog will enjoy peaceful, leashed walks exploring my 5 acres of land, and I bring that same careful attention to walks in your neighborhood. Because I have experience with delicate elderly dogs, tiny puppies and rescues with trauma, I am highly attentive to safety. I always ensure leashes are completely secure and provide a calm soothing presence so pet feels protected. I do have a cat in my home, however they can be separated if needed. I also have a 22- and 12-year-old daughter and 9-year-old boy who miss their dog and will love on your pet as well.

“This was my first time using Rover.com. I had picked up my German shepherd, Evie, from a shelter in North Carolina last November. Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. My wife and I wanted to find someone to board her with where she would be happy when we're away. We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. We were looking for a home where Evie could spend time with and play with other dogs and Evie made a new friend, Sparkles, Najeska's little dog. Nadjeska has a fenced yard which provides a safe place for them to run around in the fresh air. About: I have a strong speciality working with felines and canines. Throughout the years, having pets of my own and pet sitting, I gained hands-on experience providing safe, effective, feeding, bathing, cleaning, and enrichment (including exercise) to varying animals through positive reinforcement. I like to keep their routine as close to normal as possible — same walk times, meals, and plenty of play and cuddle time. “Lourdes “Luli” was a stellar and responsive caretaker of my 8 mo, high-energy Australian Shepherd puppy. I was a bit nervous to be her first Rover client, but felt immediate comfort on the meet and greet. She and her delightful, well-behaved pup, Tito, were exemplary hosts. She took all my concerns in stride and made sure that my puppy had a safe, enriching and engaging experience. She sent lots of photos documenting his play and nap time with his new buddy. Luli was flexible about the drop off when my schedule unexpectedly changed and was always quick to return texts. My dog came back happy and relaxed and literally pulled me to her doorway each day of our stay. Her home was immaculate and puppy safe, with a small secure, enclosed yard for play. About: Having cared for 13 dogs and 4 cats (yes, we keep count), we've seen it all. Daily exercise and even bathing is quite familiar to us. Leo has hands-on experience with animal shelters, and I have biological based experience with both nutritional needs and animal anatomy, and we both can provide basic training. We currently have a year-old golden retriever and a tabby! We've dealt with a couple lovable (but difficult) pets and can deal with issues like stubbornness, biting, and basic potty training. Leo works from home, and I'm a commuter-basically, there's always someone home! We are both the "outdoorsy" type and frequent the devil's hop yard, as well as hike through our property. As STEM majors, animals keep us sane! We can also transport your pets (we have the seating and everything). Our property has a spacious (but secure) 100-acre forest, perfect for supervised walks and exploration! At home, our pets—a friendly Golden Retriever and a sweet Tabby—ensure your furry friend will never feel lonely. I absolutely love animals and am very flexible. Tell me your needs and I will do my best to accommodate them. Whether I am walking your dog in your neighborhood or they are at my house for the day or a doggy vacation, they will feel at home! My House is “puppy proofed” and full of toys so they are sure to have a blast all while being safe. And at the end of the day, they are free to curl up on the couch for some belly rubs :) I work per diem as a nurse so I have a lot of availability during the week. I will do my best to accommodate your furry friends! I have a safe, fenced in back yard if you choose to bring your dog to me.
