“Moby, a clinger, was in a total comfort zone amongst this loving family. Care was complete + a boot camp of healthy activity. Other 🐾 campers alongside was great for his social abilities. Now, our go-to when we have to be away!”

“This was my first time using Rover.com and I HIGHLY recommend Shannon for overnight weekend stay. She treats my pup as if they were her own. She is reliable, trustworthy and goes above and beyond. My pup adores her whole family and that means everything to me. It is apparent from the moment you see her interact with your dog that it is not just a business to her, it is her love. In addition, her knowledge regarding all aspects of canine care are extensive and helpful. The peace of mind in knowing that my pup is well cared for is priceless. I was surprised that her scheduling system is easy to use and she provided very personalized care- easy to reach and gives updates pictures of his stay. We will reach out to her for more day sitting to help Leo learn to interact more with other dogs. Thank you!! God bless!!!”

“Sabina saved my life! I needed a last-minute sitter and she was responsive, communicative, and understanding of my up-in-the-air plans as the big snowstorm barreled into town. She has a very calming energy, which I think my dog picked up on immediately and he warmed right up to her and her adorable dog. I cannot express the peace of mind she gave me knowing my dog was safe and happy if my travel plans were delayed. Would happily rebook!”

“Carolina and her family opened their home to Godfrey for 5 nights. This was Godfrey's first time being away from me and he was in the best of hands. Carolina stuck to his routine and gave me plenty of updates. Godfrey is a very special dog and his personality was able to shine through with Carolina! I am so happy with the experience and would recommend her to anyone!!”

“We felt very comfortable leaving our Sheltie Winston with Brittney (and family!) and the daily updates and pics were great so we never worried while away. Definitely will use her service again!”

“We were very happy with Sophie’s time with Joe, Kelly, and their sweet young son. We arranged a quick visit ahead of time for Sophie to meet them and to see their home and space. They communicated effectively and sent pics during our vacation. We will definitely use them again, should we need care for Sophie.”

“Our son was getting married in upstate NY so we needed a sitter for our dog Kai while we were away. We have always left Kai with either family or friends, but since everyone we knew was attending the wedding I reached out to Laura. We set up a meet and greet -I knew from the first time I met her that she was a perfect match. She was warm and kind - obviously a dog lover - and she made a connection with our normally shy dog right away. She asked a lot of questions about Kai's habits - she wanted to make sure she followed his normal daily routine so that he would be comfortable in her home.. Her house is beautiful and she has a large, fenced in back yard that allowed Kai to run free in a safe environment. Laura took him for a 3 mile daily walk, and sent many pictures and updates the whole 6 days she had him. He became a part of her family❤️ I cannot say enough about how happy we were to have found her. She gave us peace of mind that Kai was well loved and cared for so we were able to enjoy the wedding without any worries. I would HIGHLY recommend Laura to anyone looking for a sitter!!”

“Eva was wonderful with Tiana! I highly recommend her. She took Tiana on many walks and just loved her. It is so comforting while you are away to know that your pet is being so well cared for.”

“Mary Jo was absolutely wonderful! We had never left our puppy before and we were a little concerned but truly had nothing to worry about. We absolutely will use Mary Jo again in the future!”

“Nina provided great care for our dog Max and was very communicative when there was an issue during his stay. She is very friendly and kind. She also has the cutest puppy in the world!!”
“This was my German shepherd, Evie's, first overnight stay with Laura, or anyone else for that matter. I was hoping it would go well and happily Evie had a great time running about and playing with three other dogs. Good to know I have a safe place to drop Evie off when I'm away.”

“Great experience. Lots of pictures. Took great care of our small 8lb puppy. Separate place in the house for small dog and slowly introduced her to their other dogs that were bigger. Would recommend!”

“Brittany was so great! She sent lots of photos of all the fun our dogs were having, keeping my mind at ease. She walked the dogs and made sure they had plenty of exercise, and from the looks of it- a ton of fun. Absolutely phenomenal!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have been caring for them for as long as I can remember. Friends and family regularly rely on me to walk, feed, bathe, and look after their dogs when they’re away. I’m comfortable with different personalities, ages, sizes, and routines, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I have a flexible schedule and am available through the week and weekends, with varying availability throughout the mornings and afternoons which can depend on you or your dogs schedule and routine. I provide attentive, personalized care based on each pet’s routine and needs. In my clients’ homes, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get proper exercise, and receive plenty of attention and affection. I’m happy to follow specific instructions for walks, playtime, medications, or special care. When caring for pets in my home, I maintain a safe, clean, and calm environment where they can feel comfortable and relaxed. I prioritize consistency, supervision, and regular potty breaks, along with playtime and rest. My goal is always to make pets feel secure and cared for while giving owners peace of mind.
About: I have had pets my entire life and have been taking care of them for as long as I can remember! I grew up around dogs, taking care of my own family dogs as well as pet sitting for friends and neighbors. Once I was out on my own, I had my first dog for 10 years which gave me experience with senior dogs. I now have a 3 year old dog so I am freshly familiar with the puppy stage and young adulthood. I have a large fenced yard and I go out with the dogs each time, so they are always supervised. I work full time from home, so I am always home to care for your pup! I’m available weekdays, weekends, all upcoming holidays and can be very flexible with pick up and drop off times. Updated vaccine records and a meet and greet are required before boarding to ensure our pups get along and that we keep both of our pups safe and healthy. One thing I’ve always felt uneasy about when using other pet sitters myself was the lack of communication with updates and photos, as well as having a not so clean space. Because I know how important this is in easing the mind, you can expect to receive LOTS of photos and updates as well as know that your pup is being welcomed into a very clean home that is kept clutter free. There are no children present in the home. We do have an elderly cat who keeps to herself but we do ask that your dog be friendly with cats. I have a large fenced yard and a friendly 3 year old Golden Retriever to keep your fur baby company. Your fur baby will be allowed on the couch and beds but I can also easily crate your pup if needed. I only dog sit one pup at a time in addition to having my own pup here in order to provide the least stressful environment for all. The only time I would take an additional pup is if you have a pair.
“We love Julius and so does our pup! We've used his family so many times and each time has been easy and no problems at all. It's so nice having peace of mind that our pup is loved and well cared for.”

“Archie had a great time with Suzanne and helpers! He was happy to se us but was sad to have today goodbye for now. We will continue to come to Suzanne as long as she continues to be there for us. She’s the best snd Archie gives her and kids a BIG HIGH FIVE!🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾”

“We can visit our kids in CA without worry because Melisa’s here for our two Coton de Tulear puppies. They come back happy and well cared for. Melisa was also flexible when our flights were delayed because of snow. When we have to leave our puppies behind, Melisa and family are always our first choice.”

“We’ve boarded with Nadjeska and family several times now and they’ve always been nothing but wonderful with our high energy GSD. Always with updates and photos throughout to put our minds at ease. Definitely highly recommend to all!”

We set up a meet and greet with Shannon to watch our 8 yr old boxer Moxie for 9 days. Right before meeting Shannon, Moxie suffered from a hemorrhaging tumor. Thankfully we were able to stabilize her and she has recovered remarkably. Moxie was still sick though and the tumor could rupture at any moment. But Shannon agreed to take her in knowing I had full confidence. If I could give Shannon a million stars I would. She was a true blessing to our family in caring for her. Not only did Moxie adjust to her home, she thrived!! Thank you Shannon, I would recommend her to anyone!!
