She even gave us a little parting gift! Would definitely recommend Karen if you are in the New London/Mystic area!”

“Mary Jo took great care of millie on our long weekend up north in NY. Millie needed medicine administered during her stay and Mary Jo took good care to be sure she received it. We had forgotten to bring our dogs food and Mary Jo had spare food she graciously provided. Millie is happy and well brushed by her family. Thanks for caring for our Millie! Will use Mary Jo again:) Nice walking neighbor hood , large house, and large unfenced yard:) Great family! Rebecc and Bill”

“Our son was getting married in upstate NY so we needed a sitter for our dog Kai while we were away. We have always left Kai with either family or friends, but since everyone we knew was attending the wedding I reached out to Laura. We set up a meet and greet -I knew from the first time I met her that she was a perfect match. She was warm and kind - obviously a dog lover - and she made a connection with our normally shy dog right away. She asked a lot of questions about Kai's habits - she wanted to make sure she followed his normal daily routine so that he would be comfortable in her home.. Her house is beautiful and she has a large, fenced in back yard that allowed Kai to run free in a safe environment. Laura took him for a 3 mile daily walk, and sent many pictures and updates the whole 6 days she had him. He became a part of her family❤️ I cannot say enough about how happy we were to have found her. She gave us peace of mind that Kai was well loved and cared for so we were able to enjoy the wedding without any worries. I would HIGHLY recommend Laura to anyone looking for a sitter!!”

“Serenity offered to meet our pups prior to their stay with her. She sent regular updates to let me know how they were doing. When we picked them up they seemed at ease. I will definitely reach out to her again when needed.”

“Elizabeth took great care of my dog Hazel and sent a lot of pictures and updates. She also took her on nice walks and Hazel had plenty of outside time. She administered Hazel's medication each day as well. Overall, Elizabeth did a great job with my dog.”

“Our puppy had a great time staying at Brittany’s house for the day. I felt he was in good hands while we were gone for the day. We will definitely use her services again. Thank you Brittany!”

“Nina was great and we will definitely use her again. She had no problem managing our playful puppy, sent pictures throughout the day, and took great care of her. She was great at communicating and our puppy returned to us happy and healthy.”

“Jill and her husband Doug were great hosts for our young, active Border Collie. They went out of their way to meet our needs. I had mentioned that Louie liked to chase a Frisbee, and when we arrived Jill had added one to her big bucket of dog toys. I was happy about the big play yard, but while we were away I received some pictures from Jill of Louie and his pals running at the beach. What a great place to leave my pet!”

“I can not say enough about Beryl! She made me feel at ease immediately and welcomed our pup with open arms! She sent us pics and sweet messages while we were away and made us feel our pup was king of the castle. Our little guy was clearly comfortable and happy upon drop off and pick up. I 💯 recommend Beryl.”

“I’ve booked with Francis a couple of times now, and they are an incredibly reliable family. They’ve been able to accommodate last-minute requests, which has been such a huge help. They also send lots of photos and updates, so you never have to worry about how your pets are doing. Most importantly, my dogs absolutely love staying with them! I always feel comfortable leaving them in their care and will definitely continue booking with them.”

“Super accommodating with the short notice booking I requested! Steph is bright and friendly. She let me know if there were any issues with my pup. Would book with her again!”

“Catherine was an excellent boarder for our dog Forest. She is a true dog lover, and her home is welcoming and with a large yard, ideal for our active dog Forest. During his one-week stay, she provided regul;ar updates and photos. Forest came home a happy pup! My wife and I highly recommend Catherine.”

“Sara was terrific!! She is communicative, takes lots of photos, and she's funny! Plus, she went out of her way with my plants, one of which got some mold and she found the Neem oil to treat it. From mail to putting out the trash, she really goes above and beyond just pet care. I felt like the house was safe, our cat was happy, and we could enjoy our time away. Thanks so much, Sara! Bill and Diane”

“Erica, Thomas and the kids were great with Lenny. When I went to pick him up, he looked happy and was definitely tired from a full day of fun. Erica was very flexible with drop off time, I had to drop Lenny off really early to leave for work, and I also had to book his stay last minute, and they were able to accommodate it. I received photos and updates from Lenny all day during his stay. Lenny will definitely stay with Erica and her family again.”

About: Having cared for 13 dogs and 4 cats (yes, we keep count), we've seen it all. Daily exercise and even bathing is quite familiar to us. Leo has hands-on experience with animal shelters, and I have biological based experience with both nutritional needs and animal anatomy, and we both can provide basic training. We currently have a year-old golden retriever and a tabby! We've dealt with a couple lovable (but difficult) pets and can deal with issues like stubbornness, biting, and basic potty training. Leo works from home, and I'm a commuter-basically, there's always someone home! We are both the "outdoorsy" type and frequent the devil's hop yard, as well as hike through our property. As STEM majors, animals keep us sane! We can also transport your pets (we have the seating and everything). Our property has a spacious (but secure) 100-acre forest, perfect for supervised walks and exploration! At home, our pets—a friendly Golden Retriever and a sweet Tabby—ensure your furry friend will never feel lonely. We can also provide crate time if needed for safety or comfort, and (given our flexibility) tailor care routines to meet each pet’s needs!
“Joe and his wife were very friendly. They watched Shiloh for about 5 hours while we visited with friends in the area. At pick up, we could tell Shiloh enjoyed her visit and playtime with the family's dog.”

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by and caring for all kind of animals (even monkeys). Family, friends, colleagues, and strangers, have relied on me to care for their dogs, cats, and more for years; Knowing that I will love their pets like I love my own, my clients have confidence and trust when booking with me! As a full-time stay-at-home mom, I’m home the majority of the day and able to provide consistent care and attention. I intentionally only accept one additional dog at a time so each pet receives plenty of supervision and individualized care I have one dog, Ollie, that loves to play and keep every guest company. I am in a two story duplex with a small unfenced yard, but have an outdoor lead for potty breaks and plenty of areas for walking in my neighborhood. If necessary, for separation/calm down time, I have a baby gate available that can break up my kitchen and living room and I also have a spare room upstairs. There will be no instances where our pets are left alone unmonitored for the safety of both parties.
About: I’ve loved and cared for animals my entire life, from farm animals to beloved pets. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs after caring for my Pomeranian, Coco, in her old age.🪽I’m calm, patient, reliable, and experienced with all personalities, routines, and medication needs. I treat every pet like family and every home with respect. I’m a full-time student online, so I have plenty of time to spend with pets. I’m active and love getting dogs outside for walks and hikes, and I also make sure they get enrichment through play, structure, and mental stimulation. I practice a lot of this with my own dog, Brownie. I’m experienced with dogs of all ages. I’ve cared for my own dog, Brownie, from her puppy days and know how important patience, guidance, and consistent routines are. I follow the routines you’ve set for feeding, walks, playtime, and enrichment, and make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved in their own home. I treat your home with respect, keep things tidy, and pay attention to the little things that make pets feel relaxed and happy while your away.

I run my own business from home, and I have very flexible hours. Which allows me to provide constant companionship for your pet. I always ensure leashes are completely secure and provide a calm soothing presence so pet feels protected. I do have a cat in my home, however they can be separated if needed. I also have a 22- and 12-year-old daughter and 9-year-old boy who miss their dog and will love on your pet as well.

I’m very dependable and I know how important communication is, I’m happy to send photo updates during visits so you can feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. I’ve had animals in my life since I was five years old and have cared for a wide variety of pets over the years. I’ve always had my own dogs and cats. I’m very comfortable with different personalities and care routines. In my thirties I also worked with dog rescues, helping care for and support dogs in transition. Having had animals my entire life and experience working with rescues, I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for a beloved pet.

I'm well educated about dog care as I took some animal classes in high school and a vet assistant course . I have taken care of my own fur baby for 11 years before she passed, she was the cutest feisty chihuahua. I see dogs as a blessing and they truly are angels that become such a wonderful part of our lives. I know and understand how important your fur babies are to you so Im very dedicated to providing the best care possible for them. Sincerely Your friendly dog walker/sitter I'm available most of the time, especially in the mornings but also in the evenings on certain days Please don’t hesitate to contact me for more info. I have a small front and back yard in my apartment and i like going to parks for the walks. The apartment is spacious enough for any dog
“Sara has been incredible with our dogs. There are three of them, all big, two with substantial anxiety, and none of them is really leash trained. In other words, they're a handful. We have been floored by Sara's insight, skill, patience, and warmth. She has charmed our dogs and left us feeling confident that they are in capable, kind hands. Sara is the first non-family member we have trusted to care for our dogs, and we are so grateful to be working with her.”

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I am the person people go to for pet care and assistance. Neighbors, family, and friends have asked me to walk, feed, and house sit for them for decades! I work at a restaurant 3-4 nights a week, therefore am available all day every day to care for your pets. I am also available on certain evenings as well, if needed. I have two cats of my own who require lots of love and attention (not that I mind!). I spend a lot of time grooming and playing with them, as I will with your pets when I visit them.

“We recently left our dog, Ivy, with Brittany, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she received. Ivy absolutely loved being there!
