We had a family trip in Ohio we couldn’t miss and Elizabeth watched our new/rescue 11 month old American Bully Huey! Elizabeth was wonderful from the time we met and even when I dropped him off crying my eyes out with anxiety! She sent photo updates constantly, they treated him as if he was their own, giving him all the love and attention!! He got to play with their two pups, kids, and enjoy there wonderful fenced in backyard! They walked him and even spoiled him with a car ride to get a pup cup! Huey pretty much was on his own fun filled vacation! Elizabeth even went as far as to drop him off at our house and safely crate him the night we flew in, so he could be home when we got home. This was wonderful! She even offered to take our other dog out for a potty break when she came over to drop Huey off. She is absolutely wonderful, I have nothing but the most amazing things about her and her family! I truly can not thank you enough!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Hopefully we will be seeing you soon and Huey can visit!”

Laura and her family turned out to be the perfect people and place. With a beautiful, safe home out in the country, a deck and fenced in yard where he could play, a open-plan house where he was visible at all times, Laura’s place was perfect. And the bonus: three little girls who adored him and lavished attention upon him, much to his delight. Laura, herself, was wonderful, caring, professional, delightful. She took him on long walks which he loved, texted me photos and updates on this progress during the stay, saw to his every need and even made some recommendations to me as to feeding bowls which might slow his eating down (he snarfs up his food in seconds!). I was afraid he wouldn’t want to come home. But I think he knows he can go back and stay in this home away from home which he will definitely be doing the next time I need to go away without him.
