My dogs love Doreen. She is wonderful with them. She is so patient, Macy can be a little challenging when meeting new people, and takes her a long time to warm up, but it only took a few minutes. That right there speaks volumes. I highly recommend Doreen and will use her again soon.

Sara has been incredible with our dogs. There are three of them, all big, two with substantial anxiety, and none of them is really leash trained. In other words, they're a handful. We have been floored by Sara's insight, skill, patience, and warmth. She has charmed our dogs and left us feeling confident that they are in capable, kind hands. Sara is the first non-family member we have trusted to care for our dogs, and we are so grateful to be working with her.

About: Your dog(s) will love coming over to play and exercise while you’re away from home. I will love and care for your fur-babies as if they’re my own. My four year old rescue, Miley, aka “Potato” is extremely social and absolutely loves puppy play dates. We have yet to meet a dog she doesn’t get along with, or any other living creature for that matter! Our Golden Retriever, Dug, perfectly matches his namesake from the Disney movie UP. My husband grew up on a farm and has cared for animals his whole life. We are both animal lovers. I especially love pit bulls and support the national ‘Punish The Deed & Not The Breed’ campaign. I can’t wait to begin caring for and helping with your fur-babies! I am a full time Realtor. I create my schedule around the needs of my pets. Please reach out with any questions you may have. Our home and furniture is pet friendly. Please feel free to reach out via message with any additional questions you may have about your pet's care.

About: UPDATE: 11/09/25 Just wanted to let everyone know that I won’t be providing any services from the 1st of December 2025 until the 27th of December 2025. Thank you all very much Dear dog parents, I'm a big dog lover and I'll assure you I'll love and care for your dog as if it was my own! I'm well educated about dog care as I took some animal classes in high school and a vet assistant course . I have taken care of my own fur baby for 11 years before she passed, she was the cutest feisty chihuahua. I see dogs as a blessing and they truly are angels that become such a wonderful part of our lives. I know and understand how important your fur babies are to you so Im very dedicated to providing the best care possible for them. Sincerely Your friendly dog walker/sitter I'm available most of the time, especially in the mornings but also in the evenings on certain days Please don’t hesitate to contact me for more info. I have a small front and back yard in my apartment and i like going to parks for the walks. The apartment is spacious enough for any dog

About: I’ve taken care of pets in many settings, including messier households! (Not a neat freak so it does not bother me!) I trained my Doberman on Couch to 5k, running through all the trails in RI. I’ve taught my cat how to shuffle cards, play piano, and spin in a circle on command, and my mom’s old cat would always practice Pilates with us at 6 in the morning. Recently I dropped in for a friend’s 2 cats, even the shy one eventually warmed up to me! They required medication in their food so she left detailed, neatly handwritten notes on the table, which helped a lot! She allowed me to eat lunch there so of course I’d always ensure the kitchen was clean and the way I found it. My aunt’s sister’s cavapoo loved fetch, although I think she had ADHD like me, but I always got her to refocus! I also used to bathe my mother’s rag doll cat Dory every now and then and I would help trim minor mats in her fur. Even my photographer’s cat sat in my lap randomly during our meeting when she had to step away for a call! Growing up, I often took care of family and friends’ cats and dogs, playing fetch with them, and of course, playing music for them. I usually help my mom trim my cat’s nails. Growing up around my friend’s horses, I’ve always had a connection with animals. I always tell people, I sold my first CD because a German shepherd fell in love with it, and wouldn’t let his owners continue walking until he heard the end of the song. (I play acoustic guitar, piano, and sing). We taught my friend’s Dobermans how to sing, and made sure he didn’t eat anything he wasn’t supposed to as he was a troublemaker! We also always took my dogs to nice restaurants and kept them well-mannered and quiet. Outside of pet sitting, I enjoy walks in nature, going out to eat, teaching music lessons in the evenings, and watching comedies. My cat’s latest hobbies include watching the birds, and he apparently likes the music channels as he cries when I turn them off. On Sundays I often visit my boyfriend’s mom’s German Shepherd, Bruno. His hearing is sensitive (even reactive to splashing in the pool!) so we make sure to approach him very gently and warmly, and he loves fetch and “chase the ball!” I also am used to visiting people’s homes, both when I was a case manager as well as an independent music instructor. Outside of work, I very much enjoy meditation, reading about nutrition, writing music, yoga, and painting. My cat Fin Fin also loves to try to help me paint, often nearly dipping his whiskers in as he says hello! Nowadays we tend to simply cuddle on the couch. If you choose me for your pet’s care, I intend to give them an amazing experience per your expectations and frequent photo check-ins, just like our pet sitter did for us. I’m very adaptable and have flexible availability, just ask! One of my favorite activities is running, I can always walk or run with your pet, or if you prefer us to lounge, I have lots of great pet-friendly shows on our nice TV. I love driving so I’m happy to drive to you if it’s further away - as I am regularly back and forth between Westerly, RI and Uncasville, CT. Outside of teaching in a formal studio, I’ve worked in client’s homes for therapy-related meetings as well as for music lessons - and believe it or not often times there are pets who love to sing along to the music! I usually stay home in the morning so I can easily take care of your pet between 7 am and 2 pm. I used to have an office job but found it too sedentary and draining; I discovered I thrive in outdoor and home environments. I’m excited to enter this new chapter and care for animals! I have a partially fenced yard so I would generally take pets out on a leash but it is a non-busy road and very safe - the lawn is freshly mowed and we have a playground your dog can weave around! I also have a cute little neighborhood that we can circle around that is far from the highway and if your pet loved car rides, we can always go to the park and get ice cream! Occasionally our neighbor’s dog likes to come over unsolicited but he is always very gentle and friendly! My cats are also used to my mom’s boyfriend’s rambunctious dogs coming in and out from time to time and we have plenty of doors and rooms in the house and baby gates if we ever needed to keep pets separate! We also have a spare pet bed if needed that was gifted to us - we always want to make sure your pet is comfortable sleeping at night!

About: Hello! My name is Marissa and I am a current graduate student. Because of this I have a lot of time in my schedule that I want to fill with puppy play time. I currently have a 1 year old Shih-Poo named Mocha who loves meeting other dogs. I will treat your fur babies as if they were my own. Your dogs will enjoy long walks outside, fetch, and head scratches they could only wish for. I am the responsible, caring, and energetic dog lover that you can trust your pets with. Oh and you want cute pictures of your happy pets while you're away. No worries I got you! Any other questions just send me a message! I can't wait to meet you and your puppers! I currently work full time but I have a flexible schedule. This allows for day time walks or check ins on your home. Additionally if we have your pup over the weekend we will ensure we are home. We have a large yard and live on a quiet street. In our home we have lots of space and can crate your pup if needed.

About: Growing up with two dogs, a cat, and fishes my house was always filled with laughter and love. I may not have any professional experience but I have been babysitting and pet sitting since I was a young teen. I have a passion for taking care and tending to others and this does not stop at humans! I love animals and would love to help take care of your fur babies! I work at New London High School as a Special Education Paraprofessional as well as the Girls Varsity Head Lacrosse Coach during the school year (August-June). I also am studying to get my bachelor’s in Elementary Education! I am free throughout the summer (mid-June to mid-August) and love to get daily excercise during the beautiful summer months so your babies will get outside for daily walks and play. Vitamin D is the best medicine! Unfortunately I cannot bring your pets to my home as I still have two dogs, one cat, and fish that do not do well with new interactions but I can definitely come take care of your pets in their home environment to provide most comfortability as possible.

About: I have had pets all shaped sizes in ages my whole life. My dog also just recently passed away from kidney disease, so I am knowledgeable on giving medicines of all forms. I love exercising and will love taking your pets on adventures. Or we would also love to just stay in home and cuddle all day if that is their wish. I do work full-time, but I work four days and I have three days off, which is mostly when I would book unless I am working a short shift. I currently have no pets in my home but I did just recently lose my dog and so I do have a lot of supplies. I have comfy beds, food bowls, a kennel, and toys. I also have a fenced in backyard and love to go on walks.

Always lovely to have her help take care of my dog! Super sweet and keeps me updated on how he’s doing. She goes above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable and well taken care of even though he is a super shy guy. Helped me when I needed to extend my trip another day as well. Will always come back to her for help when I am out of town. I am very thankful for Tina :)
