“Courtney was amazing when we were in a bind! Our petsitting plans fell through last minute, it was the weekend after Halloween, and we have three rescue animals with their own quirks. Courtney replied right away and immediately jumped into action, even preparing to stay overnight at our place on short notice. She was super creative in getting our elderly dog to take his meds (we found out that he can be stubborn with new people!) and even noticed that our younger dog had different exercise needs, so she walked them separately. She also took great care of our cat and left our home spotless. Courtney kept us updated the whole time and went above and beyond for all three of our pets.
