“From the very first moment we met Nadjeska, we knew she was the perfect person to care for our beloved dog, Forest. Leaving your dog with someone else can be stressful, but Nadjeska immediately put us at ease with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for dogs. Forest spent 11 wonderful days with Nadjeska and her family, and the level of care and affection he received was truly exceptional—far beyond what we could have hoped for anywhere else. Nadjeska treated Forest as if he were her own, ensuring he felt safe, loved, and happy every single day. What impressed us most was her commitment to keeping us connected. We received regular updates and daily photos that captured Forest’s joyful moments and his amazing interactions with her family and dogs. These thoughtful touches gave us complete peace of mind and showed just how dedicated Nadjeska is to her work. I can usually get helpful tips and techniques on short notice, which I have used to successfully train puppies on basic commands (sit, stay, etc). I work from home so I spend a lot of time caring for my pet which includes 3 mealtimes, plus play/enrichment time, and relaxing downtime each day. For dog care, I have a small fenced in yard and live in a nice area, so dog walks and outdoor potty breaks are very convenient at most times of day.

“This was my first time using Rover.com. I had picked up my German shepherd, Evie, from a shelter in North Carolina last November. Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. My wife and I wanted to find someone to board her with where she would be happy when we're away. We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. We were looking for a home where Evie could spend time with and play with other dogs and Evie made a new friend, Sparkles, Najeska's little dog. Nadjeska has a fenced yard which provides a safe place for them to run around in the fresh air. Evie seemed to enjoy the day, Nadjeska obviously loves dogs, and we will be repeat clients in the near future.”

“Sarah and Steve took such great care of our puppy! We are so happy that she was in such good hands while we were at work. Sarah is super friendly and nice to work with. She sent updates, photos, and videos, which put us at ease throughout the day. Our pup was excited to see Sarah, and came home very tired at the end of the day. We would highly recommend Sarah and Steve!”

“Truc watched our Russell terrier Ozzie for the day when we were in the area on vacation. Ozzie left happy and tired, and had a great time with her lab Calvin. Truc was very responsive and easy to communicate with, took special care to ensure Ozzie adjusted well, and even took him on a special adventure in town. Would highly recommend. Thank you Truc!”

I’ve taken private training sessions, courses in puppy training, intermediate training, and adult obedience training. I’ve dealt with dogs who get anxious, and puppies that want to chew everything in the house. I’m comfortable with crate trained dogs, and those who want to sleep next to me in bed. I’m accustom to giving regular baths, and grooming. I thank you, for taking the time to read my bio, and hope you consider reaching out with any questions. I am a stay at home mom, who would really love to just get to know your pet, and build a long term friendship with them, so you will have someone you can trust for a long time. I am home attending to your pets needs, and making sure they feel safe and loved. My husband and I have a large fenced yard. I have one very sweet 2 year old schnoodle, who works with me to take care of children, whom have special needs, in our home two days a week. I also have two grown children who love to spend time with the dogs, when they are home to visit. We all love dogs, and we all contribute in caring for them. Throwing a ball, belly rubs, walks around the neighborhood and lots of love.

“Mariana is amazing. Izzy loves her daycare visits and enjoys spending time with her and her two dogs. She sends lots of photos so you know your dog is having a great time.”

“We took Frances to daycare as a first step before considering boarding. From the very beginning, Raeven was very kind and welcoming. It was our first time using this service, and it couldn’t have gone better. Now we feel at ease knowing that our pup will stay in a place we trust.”

“She is the best!!! Very calm and the best in to communicate with us. Many and many pictures. You will feel your dog safe in her hands. She is paying attention of all details.”

“Mary-Ellen took care of our blind Shih Tzu, "Peanut" for the day in her home this past weekend and was just AMAZING with her! She was so interested to find out all the little details ahead of time to ensure that they had a fun and comfortable day. Because of Peanut's special needs, my boyfriend and I are very nervous about leaving her with sitters, but after meeting Mary-Ellen, we felt sure that she would be in the best of hands. Mary-Ellen sent updates throughout the day along with several photos so I could see what fun they were having. Mary Ellen's home is adorable and sparkling clean, and as an added bonus, her daughter and Peanut really hit it off and had a wonderful time together. We would highly recommend Mary Ellen to others and will definitely book her again in the future.”

About: Animals are a man’s best friend and I strongly believe in this proverb. I have volunteered multiple years for different shelters and agencies primarily with Dog Days; loving, caring and giving much vital attention to dogs in need. Fostering dogs has been one of the most rewarding experiences that may not pay in cash but the endless amount of love and the fulfilling feeling that leaves a mark on your heart making a dog feel loved and safe is priceless. I strongly encourage anyone who is interested in adopting a dog or becoming a dog owner to foster. I have helped nurtured dogs with behavior issues, training, and socializing, and I have also pet sat for creatures of all sizes from fish to horse. I have given medication to multiple animals and I am large animal rescued certified. I care for many of our special needs pets with ease because my kindness, patience and attention creates a bond that has pets loving me immediately. I am caring and compassionate to all of the pets in my care.
“Andrea was just wonderful. It was my first time leaving them with a sitter. I knew I could trust her with my babies right off the bat. She’s sweet and caring and communicated with me the whole time because I was anxious being away from them. It’s easy to see that she is a dog person to the core. Highly recommend!”

“My colleague recommended Howard to me as “the dog whisperer” and I can’t agree more! I was a little nervous to drop my pup off for daycare less than a week after rescuing her, as she is quite wary of strangers. She jumped right into Howard’s arms and apparently spent the rest of the day happy as can be cuddled on his lap. She came home happy, tired, and ready for dinner & bed! Howard also does a wonderful job of sending updates and photos throughout the day. The first day she went to Howard’s, my pup hadn’t pooped in 2 days and it was something I was worried about. He sent me a text as soon as she went so that I would have peace of mind. She has since been back to Howard’s a few times a week and I can not recommend him more!”
“Brianna was fantastic! Accommodated a very last minute request, was super sweet with our pups (especially our skittish one), and when we picked them up, they were obviously well taken care of and loved on! We will definitely used her again!”

“Mark and his family were beyond amazing. Our dog was loved and cared for wonderfully. Mark checked in with me daily to give me updates and let me know how she was doing. He even sent a few pictures of her playing in their backyard. Our dog was able to sense how kind Mark and his family were immediately. She had no problem going with them and was very happy throughout her stay. I would highly recommend Mark. We will definitely be reaching back out to him when we have to go away again. It is so soothing to know that our dog has a safe and loving place to be when we can't be home with her. Thank you, Mark!”

About: I have a close connection with a well-respected, professional dog trainer. I can usually get helpful tips and techniques on short notice, which I have used to successfully train puppies on basic commands (sit, stay, etc). I have 1 cat (2yrs old) who is neutered, indoor, and very shy.
“Brianna took great care of my Phoebe! I was glad Brianna had dogs of her own to keep mine distracted while I was away for the weekend. Highly recommended! Thanks, Brianna!”

“Bianka and her family opened up their house to our little Max for 2 nights and we were updated the whole time. She followed our routine and Max was a happy boy when we got him. Thank you!”

“Nadine and her family were wonderful in taking care of our dog, Stella, while we were away. They were very attentive to Stella’s needs and personality and kept to her regular routine. Nadine kept us updated of Stella throughout her stay which is important when apart from your pets. We will definitely be using Nadine and Daniel again as dog sitters and highly recommend them to anyone considering a sitter for their pets.”
