About: I have grown up around animals and have had both dogs and cats my whole life, as well as various types of small animals. I spent the last year working as an attendant at a Dog Daycare and Boarding center where I learned a lot more about caring for dogs in addition to my previous dog sitting experience. I have experience working with and handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels, specifically large dogs with lots of energy. I have a lot of patience for dogs who get anxious while their families are away and can help them feel as comfortable as possible. I rode horses for 10 years and For several years I worked leading pony rides and handling farm animals for a traveling petting zoo which has given me a well rounded understanding for taking care of animals in general. I am a college graduate and in college I would often take care of my friend’s animals when they were in class or away. At the moment I only have a cat and would love to get to spend more time with dogs again. I work in theatre as a prop and paint artist and a lot of jobs in the field are for a couple weeks at a time and are not always the most consistent. I have full availability on the weekends and have a very flexible schedule during the week, specifically in the morning and evenings but also can likely do mid day. I have helped my sister train her dog and can help continue any training and/or rules you have for your dog while walking and taking care of them. I can keep a close eye on them if they are likely to get into trouble or things they’re not supposed to. I will give your pets lot of love and attention while you’re away. I can also play with your dogs and help get their energy out during the day. My dog is very playful and I often have to run around with him in the yard and play with him in the house to help him calm down.

About: Growing up dogs have been a huge part of my lifestyle and household. Having owned 8 furry friends in my lifetime, and 1 being a cat, it’s hard not to pick up on their language 😂. Especially with the energetic Pomeranians my mom’s side loved. Aside from this experience, family, friends, and neighbors have regularly relied on me to take care of their pets while they’ve been away. Approaching every dog I see in public has become a mission of mine and it makes my day interacting with high energy animals! Trust when I say the pleasure is mine! I currently work part time, Sunday-Wednesday. On Sundays I’m out of work at noon, and on the weekdays I work I’m out by 2pm. Thursday-Saturday my schedule is most flexible. I do like to stay busy so I prefer advance notice, earlier the better. Last second bookings are possible, just less guaranteed. I have a few packs of treats that I keep for dogs. The brands I’ve purchased include Old Mother Hubbard, WholeHearted, Zuke’s, Good Lovin’, etc. I usually mix it up because some dogs are surprisingly picky. Let me know of any medical problems or dietary needs. I’ve dealt with many unique medical concerns. Some examples include pets requiring doses of medicine each day, restrictions on physical activity, and ones with anxiety. Let me know any accommodations or special needs, I will follow! I also have a couple toys just in case.

About: I've had pets since a young age from lizards, cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, turtles, guinea pigs and birds. I have a small dog of my own so I know I can give your pets lots the love and attention too whether they have fur, scales, or feathers! I work from home so all pets get get a lot of attention during the day. For dogs staying in my home, they get 3 walks a day in the morning, during my lunch break, and in the evening. I work from home so all pets get a lot of attention during the day. I love to spend my time after work going on walks and would love a buddy(s) to come with me! I am available from dog walking or in home visits after 5:15pm during the week and anytime on weekends. I think the best way to care for a pet is do exactly what they're comfortable with. I intend to have very open communication with pet parents to understand the likes, dislikes and behaviors of their fur-babies to make sure that they feel safe and comfortable. I do have a dog of my own so I also want to make sure all your pets get along with my Jax, who loves other animals.

I have experience working with animals of all ages. I have experience working with incontinent dogs. I have experience working with cats who are on oral medications. I treat every animal as if they were my own! Consistency is important (routine, feeding times, exercise, etc). About: I have been living with dogs for my entire life and, since moving to Connecticut 6 months ago, I have been missing these furry friends! I have had the pleasure of working with 2 older dogs who had various age-related health conditions until the end of their lives and, in the last 4 years, have been able to raise and train 2 (very playful and mischievous) puppies. I work 9-5 in North Haven, CT and am available for early morning care and anytime after 6 pm during the work week. I am usually free all weekend and enjoy going on early morning walks and hikes! I find that with each dog, their preferences tend to guide my behavior around them. I have always been around dogs and puppies who required a lot of exercise and have bountiful amounts of personality and energy, but I also know that many pets, especially around new people, may require more time to warm up and may need extra care and attention. Ensuring the the owner's and dog's needs are met are my highest priority and I take extra care to note what a dog's daily and nightly routine is so to make sure I do not throw them off off from their daily life!

About: I’ve had dogs since I was six and started helping take care of them around age ten. I genuinely love having a dog around, and there’s nothing better than the companionship and snuggles. About: As a mom myself (both a dog-mom and human-mom!), I know how hard it is to leave your little fur baby behind to enjoy a fun vacation or business trip but I can assure you that with lots of photos and text updates that your little pup or kitty will be so happy in our animal-loving home! We are a vegan household so needless to say, we do not discriminate against any little or big creature (well, maybe just spiders!). Your pup will have the best care, all the couch snuggles, nice walks on grassy Pehlam Parkway dirt paths, fetch games and timely food/drink care! My 6 year old will endlessly read to him/her and my 3 year old will give them all the scratches! They are VERY good with all dogs big or small and understand the limits, they will never be left unattended with your pup! We lost our Golden Retriever and Coonhound this year and just looking to fill the small void in our home <3! So go on your trip and let us go on some fun exploring walks! I currently work from home full time and am very active and willing to walk dog at any time in any weather... and weekends consist of some sort of activity with our children that would require us to be out of the house for 2-4 hours, no more. We have a 2 bedroom apartment with a very large living room and very large windows that dogs love to look out of! You are welcome to bring your dog bed, we have plenty of space, and a nice dark hallway if they want some peace and quiet :)

Currently job hunting so until that changes availability is relatively open. Early riser and love taking my dog on early morning walks in nice weather. A crate and in house fence are available, as well as sectioning off into separate rooms if needed. Plenty of beds and sleep/play space available.
