About: I believe in maintaining your pet's routine as closely as possible, minimizing stress and making their time without you feel seamless. I'm not just a sitter; I'm a dedicated, compassionate companion who genuinely loves animals and treats every pet as if they were my own. As a teacher, my summers are completely free, making it the perfect time to dedicate myself to pet care. I live only a half block from a large park and am very close to the lake, which is ideal for long walks. I genuinely love walking, so integrating multiple walks throughout the day for your dog is a pleasure, not a chore. This prime location also offers easy access to plenty of green space for playtime and exercise. Services include feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box/cage cleaning, medication administration, and plenty of cuddles. I'll also bring in your mail and water plants, giving you complete peace of mind while you're away.

About: I have had dogs almost my entire life, and I know I can take care of them, play with them, and bond with them. I usually have no problem with dogs, no matter how aggressive or aloof they are. I also know how hard it can be to leave your pet at home alone, and I hope I can help you feel assured they will be taken care of. I work remotely and on my own schedule, so I can take care of your pet just as easily as I take care of my own! Whenever or wherever you need me, I'm there! I will take good care of your pet by listening to your instructions and paying attention to the particular need of the dog or cat. Each animal is different, and has unique needs.

“Donna and Stephen have truly been lifesavers over the past few weeks. They are incredibly timely and dependable, and they are always willing to help when they can. I also LOVE receiving multiple photos of my pup enjoying the walk so I know how happy he is to be out with them. Would strongly recommend this wonderful team to walk your furry friend!”

“Alexis was great, professional communication, prompt, personable, and confident with Winnie. She took Winnie on a good long walk as she said she would. Very professional, would be happy to use her again!!”

“I highly recommend Andrew!!! We had to quickly set up regular dog waking with him due to an injury and he has been amazing with our very stubborn dog, taking her on long walks when we couldn't. We are really appreciative for his care and hope to schedule many more walks with him in the future!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 12. I work with my girlfriend to make any pet feel at home. She’s had a cat for 7 years. I’m working part time Tuesday and Wednesday so I’m available to work with pets any other time. Just let me know a couple days in advance. My girlfriend has a cat that she can put away if needed. There isn’t a yard but there is a park nearby where we can take the dogs to.

About: I’ve been caring for animals my whole life, with hands-on experience raising four cats and helping my dog recover from CCL surgery—along with potty training her as a puppy. I also volunteer as a dog walker at Wright Way Rescue, working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I’m patient, energetic, and a true animal lover! I am a student saving for college. During the summer I am free all week-ends and weekdays. I work part-time at a restaurant no more than 3 days a week. My shifts are usually at night and last about 5 hours. I’m happy to wake up early or come over late if need be. I’ll follow your pet routines as closely as possible with your provided instructions. I’m punctual and communicative with clients, as well as respectful of your time. I know not all animals are comfortable with strangers so I will follow their lead and give them as much love or space as they’d like. I can preform any animal upkeep such as bathes, paw-wiping, and litter cleaning. Additionally, I’ll send lots of photos of photos of your fur-baby.

About: Having grown up with cats and dogs (and being the eldest of two sisters), I've primarily been the one to replenish the food and water bowls, clean the litter boxes, and pick up after the dogs' potty trips. It's a job I take in stride and do with pride. :) I'm a full time grad student at Northwestern, but I only have class in the afternoons from Monday-Wednesday. Otherwise, I'm completely free during the weekdays and weekends! I have both dry and wet cat food in my apartment, as well as several pet bowls. I also have a cat harness, leash, cat carrier, and potty pads — just in case.

About: I’ve had dogs throughout my entire life, and currently care for a one year old puppy, a senior rescue dog, and a cat. Since I was 10, I’ve been trusted by neighbors, friends, and family to walk, bathe, feed, and care for dogs of all kinds. I have hands-on experience with everything from energetic and playful puppies to shy, timid senior pets who need extra patience and love. Whether your pet is high-energy or needs a calm, reassuring presence, I’m confident in providing care that fits their unique personality and needs. I’m currently home from college for the summer and working a part-time job from 10 AM - 2 PM. As a pet parent to a young puppy, a senior dog, and a cat, pet care is already part of my everyday routine, and adding more pet care feels natural and fulfilling. Whether it’s a quick walk or a weekend of sitting, I’m happy to fit it into my schedule and treat every pet like they’re my own. I have a fenced in backyard and two social, friendly dogs. I’m a very active person and love to take the dogs out on walks or have playtime. Whether I’m at my home or a client’s, I always prioritize the pets’ comfort, safety, and routine.

Fernando & Elizabeth R.
“Fernando has taken care of our dog Granger for 2 1/2 years now, first as a walker and now both a walker and as home daycare. Granger has anxiety and does not warm up easily to new people or situations, but Fernando took the time to win him over. He is trustworthy and reliable and clearly loves dogs. I feel good knowing Granger is safe and happy while I am at work. I highly recommend Fernando!”
