About: I’ve taken care of pets for the past five years. I’ve been reliable in walking, feeding, and all around caring for friends pets and look forward to being able to do that for others! I love hikes and walks, so I’m eager to keep pets active, but am always down for a good pet cuddle. I never grew up with dogs or cats of my own, so pet sitting has been a consistent way for me to get all the animal loving I need! I am a college student and work part-time, so I’m used to having a consistent routine and managing my time responsibly. During pet sitting visits, I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, bathroom breaks, food, and playtime throughout the day. I especially enjoy taking dogs on walks or getting outside with them when possible. For overnight stays, I’m able to settle into the pet’s normal routine and make sure they have plenty of companionship and care while their owners are away. I’m happy to follow each pet’s established schedule and routines so they feel comfortable and at home. I have my own car, so can easily make it to a home at any point, whether that be over a few nights or just a quick visit. I am experienced with dogs and cats of all sizes and am willing to adjust to whatever meets your needs best.

About: Hi there! I'm a mostly stay at home mom with a healthcare background and have fostered for several dog rescues over the years. I work 1-2 days a week at a hospital but my husband works from home. We have 2 dogs (a German shepherd and a frenchton) who like new friends. We have a large yard with a fenced in dog run, a park across the street and 2 older kiddos (8 and 11) who love snuggle time. Your pup will enjoy pack walk and lots of time with me since I'm home often. We also hike and go to the park during weekends! I’m happy to provide lots of photos and videos while we’re caring for your pup. We do ask that dogs are crate trained, non destructive and house trained. Let me know if I can help! I’m home often and my husband works from home. I love to go on walks and hikes and would love a buddy to do that with. Our German shepherd is older (11) and our frenchton doesn’t exactly love lots of exercise lol We have a fenced yard with a dog run for pups to play in. Your dog will be walked on a leash and kept safe. We do ask that they are crate trained, non destructive and house trained. I’m experienced with medications, supplements, special needs. Your pup will rarely be left alone.
About: We have been around dogs for a very long time. As a couple, my wife and I, got our first dog in our wedding trip. Since then, we could not live without at least one dog in the house. We owned an English Cocker Spaniel, an American Cocker Spaniel, a Lab mix, a Dachshund, an American yellow Lab. We currently own a chocolate merle American Cocker Spaniel. We also take care of cats. We are retired, and available at all times during the day to love and care for your dogs and cats. We are performing our duties seriously, without skipping over anything. We are extremely careful about dogs' and cats' safety. We have medical training and on walks / trips we carry a backpack with medical emergency supplies. We like to think ahead and be prepared for any situation.

Kerry was wonderful! She took great care of our cat and actually bonded with her which doesn't always happen. Our cat is shy and quirky! She created a game with her to fetch her treats - it was super she engaged so well with the cat. She sent pictures with each visit which I really appreciated. We will definitely use Kerry again.
Alexandra was a great sitter to our two high energy dogs! They needed lots of walking time and she always walked them for as long as needed! Our dogs can be shy towards new people and they warmed up to her quickly! We followed all instructions and was quick to respond to our questions as well as ask questions to us when needed. We will definitely hire her again for future trips!
Shelly and Matthew were fantastic! I could immediately tell they were animal people upon meeting them and introducing them to my cat. I knew they would give lots of love to my cat while we were away and they did - you could tell from the communication and the photos shared. We will be using them again!
Adriannah is amazing!!! She was so wonderful and patient with my very shy pup, always going above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, brushing him, and even putting in his ear drops when he had an infection. I would definitely trust her with any pet :)

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
