About: I grew up on a farm caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, We often cared for multiple generations of animals at once, including mama pigs, boars, and their piglets. At one point, our family had more than 23 German Shepherds, giving me extensive experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, personalities, and energy levels. About: I work in education and have summers (and holiday stretches) off. My dog recently passed away. He was a large / elderly / mobility-assisted / diapered / blind / medicated dog I had adopted almost 8 years ago. I had adopted a hospice dog in 2023 as well - she was a large breed with multiple cancers, so I am also familiar with that type of end of life care. I love dogs. I have used Rover often and now I would love the chance to use our empty home this summer to pet sit for others! I have an open summer! I work in education and have summers off. I do not have a schedule that I must adhere to. This is a flexible time for me. There are no other pets in our home. I know this is important for some to feel content with their pet being cared for, so this might fill a need that is harder to find!

About: We provide a home with love and care. We are used to dogs that may need a bit more attention and we have a yard to play and run in. There are two days a week where your dog would need to be trusted at home with a doggie door. Talk with us about those days but otherwise someone is with that pup We have a fenced large yard for them especially if they like the outdoors. There is space in the house for their own bed, crates and will always have accessibility to the indoors and outdoor. We do have a 6ft fence for those that can jump. We can accommodate one family at a time if requested.

I'm currently fully available for walks and check ins. anytime after 6am and before 8pm mon-fri. weekends are the same although availability might vary. I also have no problem with long walks to ensure they are properly exercised. If there are specific directions I will follow them.

About: We have been around dogs for a very long time. As a couple, my wife and I, got our first dog in our wedding trip. Since then, we could not live without at least one dog in the house. We owned an English Cocker Spaniel, an American Cocker Spaniel, a Lab mix, a Dachshund, an American yellow Lab. We currently own a chocolate merle American Cocker Spaniel. We also take care of cats. We are retired, and available at all times during the day to love and care for your dogs and cats. We are performing our duties seriously, without skipping over anything. We are extremely careful about dogs' and cats' safety. We have medical training and on walks / trips we carry a backpack with medical emergency supplies. We like to think ahead and be prepared for any situation.
About: I started working at a veterinary hospital at age 12 and continued there until college. The vet had a doggy daycare and boarding facility where I worked. I also have watched dogs in my home for 15 years. I am an oncology nurse and work (only 32 hours a week- 4 days). I am gone from 7:30 am until 5 pm during the week and have a family member come over around lunchtime to let my dogs out for a potty break and walk. I am home on the weekends and if I am out and about- it’s something I can bring the dogs to (hikes, parks). I have 2 school aged kids at home. I have a fenced yard in our townhome but it is small. My backyard backs up to a green belt so potty breaks are often done there, on a leash. I also do longer walks (30 min) morning and night. I have a black lab who is very friendly with others. I have a large kennel and a small kennel in my home if needed. My home is doggy proofed (locked cabinets and trash cans) so I let them have full reign of the house if potty trained.

About: I can guarantee that I will love your dog almost as much as you do! I have been pet walking and sitting since I was 9 years old. I have experience with dog training as well as dog performance events and dog shows. I will be home full time while I am watching your pet and I own my home which has a fenced yard. I have two dogs at home that absolutely love other dogs. I am happy to do as many walks as your dog wants and also love to do things like set up a little agility course for the dogs to play on. Your dog may even know a few new tricks by the time you get home! We can't wait to meet you and your dog! I am home full time everyday except Mondays and Tuesdays. On those two days I work about 10 minutes from the house and come home midday to walk the dogs. I have a fenced yard as well as a couple of beautiful open space areas for dog walking right here in the neighborhood. The health, safety and happiness of both your and my pets are always my number one priority. I have a fenced yard and two extremely friendly dogs who can't wait to make friends with yours! I also have a few different crate sizes available should that be something that your dog needs. If I am at your home I would be coming with my 5 lb dog (with your approval of course!) but could leave my other dog at home if needed.
