About: Hi, I'm Philip! I grew up with animals, and have always been around them for as long as I can remember. I started helping to take care of our cats, dogs, fish, and birds at home when I was about 7 years old, and have taken more complex and more numerous animal responsibilities since then. I've cared for cats, dogs, birds, fish, and even lizards for friends, family, and community throughout my teens and adult life. Daily pet care is as much a part of my routine as much as it is for the pets. I'm a scientist and engineer by trade, and I try to incorporate data on behavior, hygiene, and diet into my pet care practices (while prioritizing data from you, the pet parent!). I respect each animal's unique situation, and always do my best to make sure their needs and sensitivities are met. I've been told that I spoil pets by devoting so much time and energy to them, but so far none of the animals have complained! I promise that your fur babies will be in good hands. Thanks for considering me! I'm currently working part-time, and I currently live in an apartment with my partner and our cats. I'm not currently able to offer board for animals, but I am happy to check in, walk, or pet-sit/house-sit any day after 1pm, overnight on weekends, or overnight on pre-scheduled days of the week. I keep a list (whether mental or physical) of each pet's unique needs, and I incorporate their care into my daily routine. I always start by checking in with the pet themself, and let them know I'm there with them. I'll move on to other priorities and needs, as I'm informed about them. I always make sure to spend enough time with a pet to learn their habits, as well as their "tells" if something is wrong. I'm also big on open communication, and am happy to send text, photo, or video updates during each visit!

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my strong safety background and experience with dogs of all ages and needs. I’m CPR certified through both lifeguarding and memory care, giving me the ability to stay calm and respond quickly in emergencies. I have hands-on experience with both puppy care (including basic training, housebreaking, and socialization) and senior dogs (gentle handling, administering medications, and adjusting routines for mobility or comfort). I also prioritize keeping dogs active, happy, and mentally engaged, whether that means long walks, playtime, or calm companionship. But, I love to be active because I have a love for exercise and I am on the UCSB’s Women’s Soccer Team. I treat every dog like family — with patience, consistency, and love. I’m currently working part time as both a college mentor and an event staff worker for UCSB athletic events. I have a dog that I’ve had for 10 years and have had other animals in the past that are like children to me. I am currently on the UCSB women’s soccer team and love to be active. I obviously want to make you feel as comfortable and confident that your pet is being cared for and safe. I would love to send pictures updating how the day, nights and walks have gone. As a pet owner of a dog that is a runner, I know how crucial it is to make sure doors are closed. I am also used to having a dog that gets into trash and clothes, so I know how to be organized for the safety of the environment.

About: My secret weapon is gentleness. Some animals are fearful of strangers and my priority is to build that trust. I’m a quick learner and will follow any instructions to a tee! About: I had taken care of my pet dog for over 6 years, got her when she was 4 weeks old and we enjoyed every second together! I work at a local coffee shop for 4 hours 5 days a week. I am usually working the morning shifts leaving my afternoons completely available for other activities such as taking your sweet pet for a walk. Since losing my pet I have learned to love my friends and families pets as my own. I cannot bear the idea of losing another pet therefore, I truly enjoy spending quality time with my friends pets.

About: Hi !! :-) I grew up with about 4 cats and a cocker spaniel since I was about 8 years old, and have experience with taking care of pets with visual impairment or hearing loss. I have a soft and patient heart for elderly/senior pets after the passing of 3 of my own childhood pets— and I’m capable of caring for pets of any age/condition. My first two cats were bonded, and I’m super comfortable taking care of multiple pets at a time as well!! ~⁠♡ I also have some experience monitoring and taking care of kittens for friends :) As seen in the pictures above, I absolutely love taking silly pictures of pets and if requested am more than happy to take and send some alongside any updates or check-in’s :) Currently at home, we have one senior tortoise shell kitty and a Shiba Inu that I love greatly. About: Growing up, I was known as the girl who dog sits for everyone in the neighborhood. I’m independent, responsible and have a huge love for animals. I would love to hangout and care for your pet and house while you’re away!! I graduated from UCSB in June with a degree in Environmental Studies and now have lots of free time, meaning your pet will have my full attention and care! About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life—growing up with two dogs and two cats since I was three years old. Caring for pets has always been second nature to me. One of the hardest parts of being in college is being away from my own furry family, which is why I love helping others care for theirs. I’ve fostered multiple litters of kittens and have raised three dogs from puppyhood, so I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and energy levels. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just keeping your pets company while you’re away, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I am a student at UCSB currently on summer vacation working part time at the Ritz Carlton. On my days off I am available for walks and house sitting all day, and on days I do work I am available before and after work. About: I've taken care of dogs in my family since I was ten (walks, baths, and feeding) and have stayed overnight taking care of my aunt's dogs, one old and one young. Plus, I've met many dogs from friends who tell me that their dog usually doesn't like people, and I think it's because dogs recognize I'm their dawg! I will be very busy over the summer with summer school and a part-time job, so I can only provide afternoon/weekend walks and overnight pet care on weekends (including Thursday and Friday nights; maybe Sunday nights depending on when owners will be back Monday morning). I am an active person and love to spend time outside, so your dog will get a good walk in guaranteed! As for overnights, I am very attentive to detail and would follow your instructions to a tee, while also making sure your dog is doing well and is comfortable; I would treat them as my own.

About: I’ve always had a special love for animals, and although I’ve never been able to have a dog or cat of my own, I have experience with dog sitting and cat sitting; whether it be day long or month long at my house, or frequent visits to others houses. I've dog-sat young puppies and elder dogs needing extra medical care. I've had 2 years of experience volunteering at local animal shelters as well! I am a full-time student at UCSB, I am usually free all day on weekends but I’m able to communicate how my class schedule will fit around caring for your pets. My name is angel I’m a recent graduate from Dos Pueblos High School with lots of free time before starting college at SBCC and I’d love to spend it caring for your furry friend. I had my first puppy in early 2024, she is a terrier/husky mix full of energy who kept me busy and taught me so much about dog care. Although we had to rehome her due to household restrictions, she sparked my deep love for all dogs and animals in general, and I promise to treat yours with the same care and attention. I live in a very dog friendly neighborhood with a fenced front and backyard, and a large grassy park just a block away. I also have a medium sized crate available and can prepare fresh meals like chicken with peas and carrots upon request. My typical routine with my dog included feeding her three times a day (morning, after her afternoon walk, and before bed), daily walks to the beach and park, and lots of playtime to match her high energy. I have had two cats and a dog for most of my childhood. I also volunteered at the Berkeley Animal Shelter for 10 years and worked with all kinds of dogs and cats. I have experience with many types of dogs and cats. I am committed to being there for you and your pet. I love animals and walking them and spending time with them is a task I genuinely enjoy.
