“Lynn and Marty were fantastic sitters for my fur baby. I had been looking for a while for a good fit for my senior dog and ended up finding them a week before my trip. Lynn offered up a phone call so I could talk about the care and treatment I needed. I was so worried to leave my pup since she’d been having some health issues, but when it was time to drop her off, Lynn and Marty and their senior fur baby dog had the best vibes and wanted to make sure my pup was well taken care of. I could tell my pup felt right at home and loved exploring their nice yard. I got regular photos and updates on how she was doing and whether she’d eaten. When I picked her up, Lynn and Marty said they’d miss her and she looked relaxed and happy. I would definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend this gem of a place for pet care 🐾 💕”

About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I come from a long line of dog people, with generations of family members who have always had dogs in the home. If you ask me my favorite subject, the answer is always “dogs.” I’m the type of person who says hello to every dog I pass, attends dog trivia nights for fun, and spends my free time volunteering at Santa Barbara Humane. If there’s a dog nearby, chances are I’ve already stopped to say hi! My background as an animal lover goes beyond passion. I spent years working in veterinary medicine, gaining hands-on experience caring for animals that need a little extra attention and support. This includes puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with medical needs. I already love spending time walking around beautiful Santa Barbara, so I’m thrilled to combine my daily walks with quality time spent with the doggos of Santa Barbara! I have a flexible, hybrid schedule and can typically adjust on short notice. If I do go into my office, it’s typically for 4-6 hours. I love taking walks throughout the day, so it’ll be easy to add walking your dog to my daily schedule! I have a one bedroom apartment with a sunny balcony. I am able to close off various spaces around the apartment if needed. I’m also comfortable with pets on furniture and giving baths if needed.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs, young and old, and think the absolute world of these beautiful animals. I recently parted ways with my soul dog when he passed in March and have missed him every moment since. Despite this loss, I have not lost my love for dogs. Caring for your baby would be an absolute privilege and joy for me, and I promise to love and look out for them as my own. I work in home health healthcare but am typically available every morning before 10am and every afternoon after 4pm. My days can be flexible where I can check in periodically as well— I am happy to coordinate as needed. I’m also off every Wednesday and am available over overnight stays. When given instructions, I am pretty on top of it. Any requests I would be more than happy to accommodate. No need to be afraid to ask questions! I listen to instructions well.

During a sit, I offer all day hang outs for lonesome pets on the weekends, and I'll stay in each evening.
About: I have a cat and dog of my own. For dogs, I rescued my dog at 1 years ago and trained him to do all the basic commands (sit, down, roll over, paw) and trained him to not pull on a leash. I’m open to doing that with your dog if you want. For cats, I know some are more shy and some are more outgoing. I’ve cat-sat for my family and friends and I have been in contact with different cat personalities I’m available most days from 9am-5pm to walk dogs or house-sit your pet. I am also available on weekdays all day to walk or do a check in In our home, we have trained both pets to wait and get be released when the door is open to go out. We also have fences up to make sure in case they get excited but we also make sure leashes are over before door is even opened
About: I've volunteered at the Santa Barbra County Animal Shelter for the last 2 years and worked at The little Dog House as an assistant for 2 years, I've also helped look after my neighbors cats and dog for over a year now. I'm currently attending college part time, so I will have plenty of time to spend with your precious little friend. I am looking forward to helping you care for your furry friend! I have a fenced yard and a Labradoodle of my own to help your furry friend feel right at home. There is plenty of walking areas around to get fresh air.

Some of my dogs even had puppies, so I’ve had hands-on experience helping raise litters and taking care of young pups from the beginning. I’m comfortable helping with things like feeding schedules, potty training, teething puppies, basic grooming, playtime, and making sure pets get the attention and care they need. I’ve also cared for older dogs and understand they sometimes need a little extra patience and help, whether that’s giving medication, helping them move around comfortably, sticking to special diets, or just keeping them relaxed and loved. I truly love animals, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. My goal is always to make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m currently working part time and doing school at the same time so my availability is after 3pm Monday-Wednesday. Thursday-Sunday I have full availability! I currently don’t have a fenced yard but I am walking distance away from the beach! So me and many fur friends can run along and play at the beach. If beach isn’t your favorite environment, I also live near dog parks! No other fur friends in my home so I can dedicate as much time and energy to the fur friends!

Lynn offered up a phone call so I could talk about the care and treatment I needed. I was so worried to leave my pup since she’d been having some health issues, but when it was time to drop her off, Lynn and Marty and their senior fur baby dog had the best vibes and wanted to make sure my pup was well taken care of. I could tell my pup felt right at home and loved exploring their nice yard. I got regular photos and updates on how she was doing and whether she’d eaten. When I picked her up, Lynn and Marty said they’d miss her and she looked relaxed and happy. I would definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend this gem of a place for pet care 🐾 💕”

About: I have experience with my 2 dogs and our friend dogs for about 8 years now. We used to take them to walk , hike and beach whenever we could. All my family love dogs and take cares of our furry friends like our owns. I am housemaker with cute 2 boys who are high school and college. And 3rd son Bruno who is always with me at home. About: I’ve grown up around dogs, young and old, and think the absolute world of these beautiful animals. I recently parted ways with my soul dog when he passed in March and have missed him every moment since. Despite this loss, I have not lost my love for dogs. Caring for your baby would be an absolute privilege and joy for me, and I promise to love and look out for them as my own. I work in home health healthcare but am typically available every morning before 10am and every afternoon after 4pm. My days can be flexible where I can check in periodically as well— I am happy to coordinate as needed. I’m also off every Wednesday and am available over overnight stays. I welcome dogs into the home as well and am always willing to take them out to the beach, on trails, and any adventures in general!

About: I treat dogs with the Golden Rule. Dogs have short lives and it’s up to us to make them full of love, friends, long walks, and sunshine! I’ll treat your pup like I treat my own, and with any special care precautions. I have loved caring / training my own dogs and grew up taking care of my family dogs as well. I am quick to understanding their little special ways of communicating. Work from home most days and have a balcony, a lovely little courtyard, and a dog park in my complex for fresh air. I can, and enjoy taking morning, afternoon and evening walks at one of the several nice walking paths nearby. I have neighbor dog friends that I watch occasionally and would love to come play if your dog prefers dog company. My complex is highly secure, and I live in a lovely safe and walkable area. I have a courtyard and dog park and courtyard facing patio.
