About: Hi, I'm Mia! I love pups of all personalities and energy levels! I've had dogs for most of my life, and I've dog-sat for friends and family for the past 4 years. I'll be sure to treat your fur baby with the utmost kindness, respect, and compassion. I'm also comfortable with bully breeds! I'm a graduate student, so my schedule is very flexible! Usually, I keep my early mornings and evenings free, but I'm also happy to drop by in the middle of the day for potty or play time (or much needed stress relief for myself!). My schedule’s flexibility is amenable to last minute bookings and cancellations too. I love all animals, and approach each with respect, care, and patience. I am happy to send photos of your fur baby each time I stop by, take pups for a short walk around the neighborhood, or a longer walk too. About: I have had pets for as long as I could remember. Although my family started with small animals at first, when I was in high school, we got our first cat, a Scottish Fold named Cali! Now I have two dogs, Taco and Willow, and a snake, Java. I am also currently a vet student and have worked in the veterinary field for about 5 years. I have also been in the animal care industry for about 6 years. With my experience, you can rest assured that someone experienced in animal care, animal behavior, and veterinary medicine is taking wonderful care of your dog! Asides from knowing how to perform medical procedures for animals, I also love to train dogs. I’m very interested in behavioral medicine and enjoy training my own two little ones. Taco is task-trained by myself alone. Do you have a behaviorally complex or reactive dog? No worries! I have experience handling reactive and anxious dogs, even having managed to train one to be able to walk on the same side of the street as other dogs! All of my background and knowledge will help me take the best care of your family members! *Please note that on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I am only available past 5. On most Tuesdays and Thursdays, I am free in the morning until noon. For this reason, I offer the best quality care for lower prices!* I am currently a student working part-time, so my current weekday availability is after 5:30 PM (though my weekend schedule is far more flexible). Going on walks and stopping by to care for animals is a great way for me to destress so you’ll know that I am enjoying my time with you loved ones and thus are taking the best care of them! I understand how to read animal body language very well from all of my years working in the vet industry. I know how to approach both confident and fearful animals, as I have a slightly anxious girl myself. I always use treats, attention, and toys as a way to gain their trust and strongly believe in positive reinforcement training, as well as a fear free approach. I know how to ensure that the room is dog/cat-proofed and what signs to look out for should your pet not be feeling well. Important to note that I am fear free certified!

About: I live on a farm and have taken care of animals most of my life, including dogs, cats, chickens, and cows. I've also stayed over at some of my friends houses to take care of their dogs whenever they leave on trips and need a sitter. I'm currently on summer break from college and have plenty of time to take care of your pets throughout the day and even overnight if wanted. I can take care of your pet in your own home in whatever way you would like. I am happy to take dogs on walks and play with any animals. I will also abide by any house rules or routines that I am told.

About: I currently have a dog of 2 years that I have had since he was 7months old. I am very comfortable with administering medicine, controlling dogs on leash, reading body language, etc! I work a 9-5, but can step away during the work day to provide your dog with walks as needed. I am home after work and on weekends to provide care for your dog! I have a very friendly dog named Arlo who loves other dogs and can keep your's company! I already feed him and take him on walks, so your dog would fit perfectly into this routine we have!

About: I grew up in western Michigan with beagles, bunnies, and guinea pigs. I love all animals but big dogs are my favorite. I have a senior rescue cat and have fostered many dogs. I would love to take care of your pets! I am a retired school teacher and administrator. After retiring, I worked in the PetSmart salon as a bather and groomer for 4 years. I am available 24/7 to take care of your pets. We have a large home in Irvine with a fenced yard. I am also happy to come to your home to care for and walk your pets.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is how deeply I care for the pets I watch. I truly see them as part of the family and always try to make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. I have experience working with both energetic puppies and sweet senior dogs. I’ve also worked with rescue dogs, and I understand that they sometimes need extra patience, compassion, and time to feel secure. We have a pet-friendly home with plenty of space to relax and play, along with a great setup for potty breaks throughout the day. There are lots of quiet, safe places to go for walks. Pet care fits really naturally into our daily routine because we have flexible work schedules. There’s almost always someone here to give the dogs attention, care, and plenty of love. We also gave a dog who loves new friends!! If necessary we have the space to create separate areas for dogs who do best on their own. For house visits, I can check in after 5pm on week days and any time on weekends. I'd love to schedule a meet-and-greet to build rapport, discuss expectations, and understand the pet’s routines and quirks. I'll take notes about feeding, playtime, medications, and emergency contacts. For home visits, I'll respect your home, communicate regularly, and stay vigilant by following all pet saftey precautions.
