“Benjamin and his dad did a great job taking care of our baby for two weeks. We had to leave him last minute while he wasn’t feeling his best, and they made sure he got his medication and came back home healthy, happy, and full of energy. It was clear he was well cared for and loved during his stay. The only downside was communication. We didn’t get daily updates or pictures and only received check-ins when we reached out to ask. Also, while the booking was under Benjamin’s name, we only interacted with his dad, who handled drop-off and pick-up. Overall, we really appreciate the great care they gave him, and we’d recommend them for their kindness and attention to pets. With more consistent communication, it would’ve been a perfect experience.”
About: I’ve cared for animals most of my life, including dogs, cats, fish, chickens, and small pets. Friends and neighbors have trusted me for years to care for their pets while they’re away. I’m home full time with a flexible schedule, so your pets will get plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and supervision. I have three easygoing cats and a quiet home on acreage in New Market. I’m fully insured and certified in Pet First Aid & CPR. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I’ll care for them like they’re part of my own family. I’m home most of the time, so pets get regular potty breaks, attention, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. My schedule is flexible during the week and weekends, which makes it easy to stick to routines and give pets plenty of care and interaction. I pay close attention to routines, behavior, and comfort levels, since every pet is different. In my home, pets are supervised, kept in a low-stress environment, and treated like part of the family. I also keep owners updated regularly so they know how their pets are doing.

About: We have raised and take care of all three of our dogs! We also pet sit my sister’s Golden Retriever sometimes! This includes feeding, walking, playing, exercising, bathing, etc. We have crate and potty trained all three of our personal pets. Our dogs sleep with us at night and are allowed on our furniture. Any dog we keep is treated like our own! My husband and I both work full time jobs, but my husband Brandon is a school teacher so he is home all summer. Your dogs are rarely ever crated… only if we have an errand to run. Our typical weekend is spent at the dog park, in the drive thru at Dunkin’ for pup cups, and lounging on the couch! My husband is home during the summer, and we have a fenced in backyard, so the dogs are let out to play and potty multiple times during the day. We feed our dogs twice a day- once in the morning & once at night, but let us know if you have a different schedule and we will keep your dog on it! We have three dogs of our own that sleep with us at night and are allowed on our furniture. Blu is three and loves to play with new friends! Ellie is four and would prefer to lay on her bed and chew her bone! Any dog we keep is treated like our own!

She communicated well throughout the entire time, which I really appreciated, and I could tell she was very attentive and genuinely caring with them. My cats can be pretty scared and stressed in new situations, but despite that, Hunter did her best to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for them, and that meant a lot to me. I’d definitely trust her to watch Mina and Maya again in the future.
We had a great experience with Ashkan. This was our first time using him. He responded quickly to messages and sent photos every day. He explained how he manages his guest dogs when we dropped Charlie off and we left feeling confident that Charlie was in good hands. Charlie was much more relaxed than usual when we picked him up. We are so glad to have found Ashkan and will check with him first the next time we need to board Charlie.
