About: I’ve had pets my entire life! I grew up with both cats and dogs and lived on a farm, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of temperaments and needs. Today I’m a proud cat mom to two, which means I know cat body language, feeding routines, litter box habits, and how to help an anxious cat settle in a new environment. Whether it’s a quick check-in or an extended stay, I treat every pet like my own! I work full time, but my job allows me to come home over lunch. I can offer midday visits and potty breaks in addition to mornings and evenings. This makes me a great fit for dogs who need a break during the workday or cats who just want company and a fresh bowl of food. Pets are part of my daily life, not an occasional hobby. My home is pet-proofed and set up for animals to feel comfortable. I’m attentive to safety basics (secure doors/gates, no accessible hazards, fresh water always available) and I keep owners updated with photos or messages during visits so you always know your pet is safe and happy.

A little bit about me.. I grew up surrounded by animals from horses, pigs, bunnies, chickens, turtles, and many stray dogs. My family often rescued them from the street, and that’s where I learned how to care for them and, most importantly, how to truly love them. As a child, I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but I soon realized I’m too sensitive to handle see them in pain or saying goodbyes. That’s why I’ve poured my heart into this work, because every dog deserves to be safe, loved, and treated like family. I spend most of my day with the dogs, making sure they’re safe, comfortable, having fun and well-loved. I occasionally teach online yoga classes, but during that time, my husband is home and helps care for them. Between the two of us, your pup will always have someone nearby to supervise, play, or just relax with. I care for dogs in my home as if they were my own. Dogs have access to both indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the day, they’re free to relax inside or play in our large, fully fenced backyard under supervision. I maintain a clean, calm, and safe environment with plenty of water, rest, affection, and playtime. Since I’m home 24/7, I provide constant attention and adapt to each dog’s personality, energy level, and routine. For dogs who need extra care, such as those with medical or emotional needs, I offer gentle, individualized support. My husband also assists during the day, especially when I’m briefly teaching a yoga class. Our goal is always to make your dog feel secure, loved, and part of our family.

About: I’ve been pet-sitting since I was in high school, now going into year 7 of pet sitting. My unwavering dedication to personalized care for each pet is what I always focus on. I understand that each pet is unique, with its own needs and quirks, and I try and go the extra mile to tailor my services to meet those individual requirements I currently work in person 3 days out the week (MWF) as a college professor at AAMU but I make sure you pet’s needs are my first priority. From waking up early to give them attention & exercise, sharing my lunch break with your furry friend to take a walk and have a bathroom break, to helping me take breaks during my work hours for us to both stretch and go for a walk. Having constant communication with the owner & providing regular updates through messages, photos, or videos. Being prepared for any emergency by having a plan and knowing I need to bring your furry friend if an emergency may happen. Lastly, ensuring the safety within the home by removing anything that may be hazardous and keeping your furry friend in their designated area when needed to avoid any mishaps.
