About: Alongside taking care of my own pets, I have three years of professional experience working with hundreds of dogs daily at a pet care facility. I have been professionally trained to handle feeding, bathing, and medications, including insulin injections and needles, while maintaining clear and professional communication with owners. About: Taking care of pets has always been a giant part of my life. I currently have two cats at home, but I have also owned dogs in the past. Amazing pet sitter again! I’ve had Ella do drop-in visits for a bunch of vacations and she never disappoints! This was our longest yet, but she took on the additional requests (extra mail, trash, doing cat litter, etc) with no issues at all. Cannot recommend her enough!!!
Elise was such a caring and attentive pet sitter. We have a cat and a four-month old puppy that she watched over a few days. She took notes with our visit beforehand, cleaned up puppy accidents, provided detailed reports with many photos, communicated clearly, and loved on our sweet animals. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
