About: I've always had a strong connection with animals. Growing up with dogs, I started helping care for our family pets when I was about 8 years old, and they've been a big part of my life ever since. Our Bichon, Spirit, passed away four years ago, just before his 17th birthday. Having him for nearly my entire childhood and into adulthood taught me a lot about the responsibility and commitment that comes with caring for a pet. We also have Ella, our 10-year-old Maltipoo, and I've spent time caring for my dad's Boxer. Being around different breeds and personalities has given me a good understanding of how every dog has its own needs, routines, and temperament. I also gained hands-on experience volunteering at a grooming business and an animal shelter during high school, where I worked with dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities. What started as a side job caring for pets has grown into something I want to pursue more seriously. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and to stay at their house. I’m a teacher but I am off for the summer. He basically goes everywhere with me. If he isn’t able to come with me I make sure I’m gone for a certain time and come back to let him out and play with him.
