“Nancy was a blessing 🙏We were so fortunate to be able to find her. She and her family looked after our precious little fella impeccably! She met us straight away to see if we were a good fit and kept communicating throughout with photos and comments. He adjusted so quickly and fit in like part of their family. I could see from the photos how much care and love they gave him and the freedom he always had to roam in the garden, rest anywhere and the safety he felt with them be g at home! Thank you again Nancy! I’m sure Corey is looking forward to kisses and cuddles again soon 🫶🤗🥰”

You are now our number 1 go to.”

“Ashley is the best by far. We moved here over a year ago and have had trouble finding a caring knowledgeable sitter for my senior diabetic dog. There was a small issue of Ashley not being able to get a flight home in time for my girls stay. She went out of her way to make sure a wonderful lady was there to take care of them until she could get home. Ashley really went above and beyond. I know I have finally found the best dog sitter I could ever hope for. Thanks so much again Ashley.”

I truly appreciated the opportunity for a meet-and-greet to make sure it was a great fit and that their lifestyle aligned well with our family. Honestly, Bailey seems a little sad to be back home—which says everything about the love, fun, and excitement he experienced with Kyro and Nala. “Ashley was totally awesome! This was a last-minute booking as we left WNC after Hurricane Helene, and couldn't accommodate Casper where we were staying. She was totally calm and in charge, which Casper needs since his tendency to shepherd and try to be in charge is so strong. He needs to know he's not in control. Ashley took great care of him physically and psychologically. I'll definitely seek her services again if we're in the area!”

“We used Laura for the first time for our Aussie in Sept. She sent pics everyday and let us know how he was doing. Easy drop off and pick up and she was flexible with the time. Our dog had a blast and we could use her again for sure”

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with her! My dog adored her from the very first moment they met. She took exceptional care of him for two weeks, keeping us updated every day with pictures, videos, and detailed notes about how he was doing. She took the time to really understand my dog’s personality and quirks, making sure she could care for him in the best possible way. She even handled his daily ear medication with so much patience and care — even though that’s definitely not his favorite thing! Our pup was spoiled with long walks, plenty of playtime, and so much love and attention. When we picked him up, he was happy, healthy, and tired from all the fun. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and attentive dog sitter!”

“I used Joyce for the first time this past weekend ... Joyce sent me updates and pictures throughout Woodford’s stay. “Rosa did an excellent job of watching my cat which included playing with her, feeding her and hanging out with her. 😻My cat did not want to see me come home lol😹 I am already rebooking Rosa for my next vacation away. I recommend her highly to anyone that has a cat that needs some TLC🐈⬛🐈”

“Joseph and Christine are great! They are communicative, and I felt confident leaving my pet in their care. I certainly recommend them to other pet owners.”

“Gabby was a wonderful cat sitter who was timely, flexible and always sent pictures with thorough updates. It was clear the kitties felt very comfortable with her! I will definitely be using Gabby again!”

“Mary did a fantastic job caring for our cats! One of them is a former feral so I really wanted a pet sitter who could come at consistent times and wouldn’t go looking for the former feral to try to make our absence as stress-free for her as possible. Mary totally understood, came exactly when scheduled, and followed all of our care instructions perfectly. Her Rover report cards included great pictures of the cats, which helped us worry less about them while we were gone. We are so happy with the care Mary provided and will absolutely book with her again!”

“Ashley is wonderful! I felt very comfortable having my senior pup in her home and I am the epitome of person who treats her dogs like her children. Ashley made me feel at ease and she paid careful attention to all the little quirks of taking special care of my senior dog. She was warm and accommodating. I will absolutely use her again and I feel lucky to have found her! <3 Lots of updates and pictures!”
About: I have such a love and passion for all animals! I have experience with pets of all ages, shapes, and sizes and can administer medication. I am retired so I have plenty of time to care for your furbabies! It’s wonderful not having any sort of set schedule now because it allows me to be available on weekdays and weekends. I live in an apartment with my dog and two cats so any pet coming to visit would need to be ok not being the only baby. I do have a large crate if needed.
“Michele was amazing with my sweet girl. Edith can be a big handful but she was treated wonderfully. Michele was also very accommodating to my specific logistical needs and made sure that my friends picking Edith up were the right people. I would definitely use Michele again!”

About: I am Jane, your friendly neighborhood pet sitter. With a genuine love for all animals and a lifetime of experience, you can rest assured your fur babies are in good hands while you are away. I go above and beyond to make sure both you and your pet’s feel comfortable and at ease while you are apart. Brody is my 12 year old yellow Labrador and we walk six to seven times a day. Brody is very gentle, sweet and gets along very well with other dogs. Brody has never met a stranger. Brody and I are willing to set up a met and greet, if you would like. I work from home so, I am flexible with my time. Also, I have experience with senior and rescue dogs. I can administer oral med’s, if need be. I work from home, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pup’s. I am available for Doggie Daycare after 8:30 am. Also, I am available for boarding on weekends and weekdays after 8:30 am. Brody and I live in a safe and wonderful community with great walking trails and a fenced in dog run. Lots of places to explore and play.
About: I have over two decades of personal experience caring for dogs and knowledge of dog behavior as well as 7 years of professional experience as a dog trainer and canine behaviorist. This is my job so I take it seriously, and am licensed and insured. Please take comfort in knowing that your dog is being cared for by a professional that is home with them. I only accept 1-2 dogs at a time for boarding so your dog is able to get one on one attention from me. I accept any breed and don’t discriminate. I have experience with any and all kinds of dogs, working police K9, sport dogs, service dogs, rescue dogs, as well as reactive or fearful dogs. I work from home and create my own schedule so aside from doing consults or sessions at a clients home for training, I’m rarely gone for more than 2 hours at a time. Dogs generally get to go outside for playtime and/or potty breaks every two hours. We spend as much time outside as they want and as weather allows. All boarded dogs will be cared for like my own. They will get plenty of time for one on one play with me (and possibly short training sessions for fun).

“Joyce is amazing! She is responsive and will take good care of your baby. I’m definitely using her again. My dog loved her, and she was accommodating with last-minute changes. I highly recommend her!”

About: My husband, Michael, and I have one dog of our own (a 13 year old blind flat haired retriever/border collie mix) and she means the world to us! We have been caring for dogs for over 12 years and we really love all breeds and sizes of dogs. We have fostered dogs and also worked closely with dog rescue organizations, helping with adoption events and finding loving homes for rescue dogs. We enjoy getting to know and play with new pups! Our favorite thing to do with dogs is to play fetch in the yard and to take them on walks. We will treat them like they are four-legged members of our family! Let us know how we can assist you in caring for your furry, four-legged family member! We both work from home and have a lot of flexibility with our schedules. We can structure our schedules around your needs. Let us know what you need and we will be happy to help! We love to take dogs on walks and play fetch with them in the backyard! We enjoy getting down on their level to interact with them and we love sweet pup snuggles!
“Nancy was absolutely wonderful! She graciously accepted my VERY last minute booking request, was easy to communicate/coordinate with, and a breeze for drop off and pick up. She was just what Mandy needed as we train her separation anxiety. I loved the pictures she sent of their time together. Was very nice to know my pup was in safe, loving hands! And her backyard looks like a dog’s paradise which was perfect for Mandy’s addiction to ball throwing!!”

About: We have taken care of pets since kids! We enjoy making your pet feel at home. We have a 3 year old lab named Blu. She is the sweetest dog ever and loves to play! You can trust that your pet will be safe and happy while you are away! I currently work part time, while my girlfriend works fully from home. This allows her to take after our dog Blu and watch over your dog all day! We do 3 hours a day of park play with potty breaks in between. Our dog is crate trained while we leave for periods longer than a few hours at a time. If your dog is also crate trained, we are happy to do the same. For house trained dogs we are happy to leave them out to free roam among request.
“Where do I start. Laurie is simply AMAZING and such a gem! She is so sweet, knowledgeable, responsive, and always goes above and beyond. She gave us a welcome bag for Petey with toys, treats, and other dog essentials, sends us pictures/videos of Petey, gives us advice, and overall puts my mind at ease knowing he is in good hands during the day. Laurie without hesitation agreed to take care of our 13 week old puppy. Even with us clarifying that he wasn’t potty trained and is teething she still agreed. It blew my mind how willing she was to take care of him. Thank you so much Laurie for all you do. You are simply amazing!”

About: I think dogs are inherently better than humans and I believe they deserve all the love and care in the world. I've had a dog since I was little and as an only child, every single one of them have been my best friend. My sole purpose is to make sure my best friend is happy and that's exactly how I would treat a clients dog! I don't have a job at the moment so taking care of the dogs would be my full time job. I make sure to take them out for a long walk (about 2 miles) every day on top of their regular potty breaks throughout the day. My baby is diabetic so I have experience with giving injections as well as oral medication. Whatever you baby needs, I can provide it!
“Bri and her husband were great! They were waiting for us when we arrived and made Nyla feel so comfortable, slowly introducing her to the other dogs. I got the cutest photos and regular updates. We will definitely be back!”

“Brent was great with Finnegan. He made sure the dogs had plenty of play time and love throughout the day, was easy to communicate with and was a really great person to watch our dog.”

About: I also invite friends that don’t have fenced in backyards to bring their small dogs to play in our fenced in backyard. No charge! Love small dogs. So sad that our last dog, a Cavalier passed away recently. I am home almost all the time. Dogs are never alone. I would treat them as lovingly as we have treated our deceased dogs. Cuddling with dogs is good therapy for them and us humans. We so miss all of our previous dogs. :( I am also experienced with dogs with disabilities such as totally blind and deaf. I am almost always home so pets are never home alone. We were so saddened by the recent death of our beloved Cavalier. Working with Rover has given me more dogs to love and cuddle. We have a home with a fenced in backyard, I would treat every dog as if it were my own. Love to take dogs on walks and play with them in the house and outside.

About: Since birth grew up with a family dog, German Shepherds, a Lab, and at 10 years old I was given responsibility for my own dog a Maltese, Le Petite Pookay( Pookie for short). When I went off to college my Mom stole(inside joke) adopted her and I haven’t had my own dog since but over the course of the past 20 years Ive watched plenty of friends and family dogs and pets. Some claim me to be the Dog Whisperer as even shy pups seem to gravitate towards me. This last year, while transitioning to the Charlotte. NC area I stayed with a Rover host and helped out. And now that Im in my own place, a two story townhouse, I’d love to continue to host and care for your fur babies. I really miss having a furry family member around but truly excited for the opportunity to take care of your animal loved one. I do know about providing excellent customer service, the importance of integrity and working hard with the importance of humility. Service is the heart of who I am and know the special bond our family furries hold in our lives. I can't wait and hope to care for your furry loved one soon! I work from home, so my availability to host is flexible and open. I also, don’t leave the house too often for long periods and will be attentive to caring for your pet. My first floor level is open for your fur baby to free roam, but can also crate if preferred. I have a few areas with tile for easy cleaning. In addition, I have a backyard with some enclosure but have a tie down to attach to collar or harness for first and last pet relief but my subdivision has a dog walk trail for walks and extended exercise.

About: I’m a proud dog dad to a 3-year-old Bernedoodle I’ve raised since she was a puppy, so I know firsthand what it takes to care for dogs at every stage — from the chaos of puppyhood to navigating special needs and behavioral quirks. Through raising my own pup, I’ve built real patience and hands-on experience with potty training, kennel training, and dogs that come with special instructions. My dog has her own unique needs around resource guarding and meeting strangers, so I understand how to read a dog’s boundaries and respond with calm, respectful care rather than force. When I’m not with my own girl, you’ll probably find me stopping strangers on the street just to pet their dog. I love taking my Bernedoodle to Skiptown to keep her socialized, and that same energy and enthusiasm is what I bring to every pup I care for. Your dog isn’t just a booking to me — they’re family I work remotely in the huntersville area, and I manage my own schedule so I’m very flexible on times I’m needed. I have weekends available as well. I’m free mornings till nights, excluding early mornings before 9AM. When caring for pets in your home, your dog’s safety and comfort always come first. I follow any instructions you leave to the letter, whether that’s feeding schedules, leash rules, or how your dog likes to be approached. I’m experienced with dogs that have special needs like resource guarding or stranger anxiety, so I know how to respect boundaries and never push a dog past their comfort zone. Your home and pup will be treated with the same care and respect as my own.
“Katelyn took exceptional care of our senior pup,Koda. She was prompt with each walk. Katelyn made sure he was settled in before she left our home. She is #1 in our book. We couldn’t be more pleased with how she took great care of Koda. Thank you and we look forward to asking Katelyn to help us with future services.”

“I’m so glad we found Karley on here! She’s so wonderful and goes above and beyond like bringing in packages for us or rolling in the trash cans from the curb. Calvin is always tired still from his walks when we get home so I know he gets some good exercise on his walks! We will continue to always use Karley in the future whenever we need help with a dog walk! Highly recommend!”

About: I have taken care of dogs, my own, friends, and neighbors since I was old enough to. I am reliable and care for all dogs. I am available most days as I do not have a job this summer. Being trustworthy in your home is highly important to me.
“I highly recommend Hannah! She took our dog Leo on a walk and was extremely responsive throughout the entire booking process. She very respectful of our home and easy to communicate with.”

“Robin went above and beyond to make sure that our dog Freya adjusted to a big routine change when I went back into the office. I was a little nervous leaving Freya but Robin made me feel confident that she was in good hands. She has been flexible and responsive and just really made this whole transition easier on me and Freya! So thankful for her!”

I took a break from pet care while I was pregnant, and after I had my baby. I’m excited to get back to it! I’m currently looking to work part-time, so pet care fits into my routine very well! I’d love to be able to earn income by caring for your pets. I live in a townhome. We do not have a fenced in yard, but it’s a wonderful neighborhood for walks! I am willing to discuss boarding pets in my home overnight, especially after meeting them.

“Julia was amazing with our two pups! She was incredibly patient with our senior dog, taking her for gentle walks and even cleaning up after her when she had accidents in the house. She also gave plenty of attention to our energetic dog, keeping him active with long walks and playtime in the yard. I couldn’t recommend her enough!”
“Debbie is absolutely wonderful. I was very anxious about having someone walk my dog while I was on a business trip because he can be difficult at times on the leash with pulling. She reassured me multiple times that everything was going to be OK. She sent me messages videos, and pictures throughout their walks to let me know he was doing OK. I would highly recommend her services.”

“*Highly recommend for Senior Pet Care.* Erin was awesome with my little guy, Teddy Bear! He's an older, fussy shitzu and he likes to take his time on walks. Letting him do his thing at his pace (doing a lot of sniffing in one spot, scampering to the next, then trotting back to check his work LOL) takes a lot of patience. Plus she took the most amazing pictures of him! I can tell by his smile he was having a great time, on his terms. I really appreciate her kindness and her flexibility.”
