“Anamika and her family kept my little dog, Gracie, while we were out-of-town for the weekend for a wedding. We had a meet and greet first, where we got to meet Anamika, her daughter, and their family's dog. Anamika was great with Gracie! She was an excellent communicator, keeping me updated throughout the day on how Gracie was doing; and she sent plenty of photos. She was very responsive to any questions I had and also made sure to check with me first, if she had any questions related to Gracie's care. Since Anamika sometimes keeps more than one dog, that was an added bonus for Gracie, as she was able to have a couple of playmates. I highly recommend Anamika as a Rover sitter and wouldn't hesitate to use her again in the future!”

Lauren even gave Fischer a little goodie bag the first stay with a bandana, a toy, and treats inside! Fischer loves playing with their two dogs and I couldn’t ask for a better sitter! Lauren is my go to from now on!”

“Lindan was absolutely amazing with Kane! From the very beginning, she was kind, caring, and made us feel completely comfortable leaving him in her care while we were on vacation. One thing that truly stood out was that we accidentally left one of Kane's favorite toys behind. Instead of waiting until pickup, Lindan took the time to drop it off that very evening so he wouldn't have to go without it. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to us and shows how much she genuinely cares about the pets she watches. Lindan also sent beautiful, high-quality photos and regular updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was comforting to know that while the humans in our family were enjoying our vacation, Kane was having a wonderful vacation of his own. She goes above and beyond for the families she serves, and it shows in everything she does. We are so grateful for the exceptional care she gave Kane and will absolutely book with her again. We highly recommend Lindan to anyone looking for someone who will love and care for their pet as if it were her own!”

I felt at ease knowing Anderson was well taken care of and on his own adventure while I was away on mine.”

“What a wonderful sitter. Eloise really went above and beyond. The vacation was so much better knowing she was looking after my cat Ben. She helped clean up kitty messes, brought in some packages and helped us with a food crisis when I ran out. What a gem. Highly recommend.”

About: I have a great understanding of cats. I appreciate the company of cats and other animals very much. I have always grown up with cats my entire life. I remember starting with 4 and over time, my family had at most 6 cats that surprisingly got along fairly well. We'd take good care of our cats from when they were young up into their senior years, plenty of sweet stories there. I always gravitated to hanging out with animals, even had a childhood birthday party at my local animal shelter. As an adult, in my apartment, we have two young cats and an older dog cohabitating well together; and I even take the cats on leashed walks regularly. Taking them to the vet is usually pretty uneventuful. Luci looks up to me for trust and love, trusting my judgement on walks and is very calm at the vet; I am so proud. I have also started volunteer work this year at the humane society which is going well. Additionally, I can: - take dogs on walks, - feed cats & kittens wet or dry food, - play with cats & kittens, - walk/take cats outside (leash or otherwise), - hang out with cats, - scoop/clean/empty animal litterbox(es), - give medicine to dogs or cats, - senior cat care, - take animals to the vet when necessary.
“Emily and Tyler provided excellent care to our cat, Rocky, while we were out of town. He was fed, brushed and watered exactly as instructed. And judging from the visit photos, Rocky enjoyed having them around each day. Highly recommended for your pets (cats or dogs)!”

“I can't say enough good things about Tommy. The peace of mind that I have knowing he's loving on my dogs makes it so much easier to focus on my job while I'm away. I'm so grateful for how awesome he has been and my dogs LOVE him!”

“Rosa did an excellent job of watching my cat which included playing with her, feeding her and hanging out with her. 😻My cat did not want to see me come home lol😹 I am already rebooking Rosa for my next vacation away. I recommend her highly to anyone that has a cat that needs some TLC🐈⬛🐈”

About: I’ve been around many different cat personalities over the years, and what sets me apart is my strong intuition and ability to read each cat’s individual needs. I’ve learned to be patient, observant, and respectful of their boundaries—knowing when to give space and when comfort is needed. Caring for my own fur baby through dermatitis was a major learning experience, as it required administering wipes, oils, steroid pills, and liquid medication. Later, when my cat was diagnosed with HCM, I became experienced and confident in administering four pills twice a day. These experiences made me very comfortable with medication routines and attentive care. I also take cleanliness very seriously and maintain a strict litter box routine, changing the litter every two weeks to help prevent infections and ensure a healthy environment.

About: I have over two decades of personal experience caring for dogs and knowledge of dog behavior as well as 7 years of professional experience as a dog trainer and canine behaviorist. This is my job so I take it seriously, and am licensed and insured. Please take comfort in knowing that your dog is being cared for by a professional that is home with them. I only accept 1-2 dogs at a time for boarding so your dog is able to get one on one attention from me. I accept any breed and don’t discriminate. I have experience with any and all kinds of dogs, working police K9, sport dogs, service dogs, rescue dogs, as well as reactive or fearful dogs. I work from home and create my own schedule so aside from doing consults or sessions at a clients home for training, I’m rarely gone for more than 2 hours at a time. Dogs generally get to go outside for playtime and/or potty breaks every two hours. We spend as much time outside as they want and as weather allows. All boarded dogs will be cared for like my own. They will get plenty of time for one on one play with me (and possibly short training sessions for fun).
About: I've been a lover of dogs and cats since my childhood. After years of caring for other family and friends pets I finally have one of my own who is now my heart. I have learned so much from my pup and would love to continue sharing my love and heart with your four legged friend. I am very adapted to cat behavior and language. I understand every cat is different and am very willing to adapt to their needs and preferences. Though I require all cats to be fully potty trained and snipped while boarding or sitting. I work from home for all days of the week. We have a spacious house with an open yard. There will always be someone at home to watch your furry friend! We have a massive house with lots of rooms for your cat to explore. I have puzzles to mentally stimulate your cats. I can follow a specific set of rules for your cat. I will be sure to notify you if there is an emergency. I look forward to meeting your fur baby!

About: Since birth grew up with a family dog, German Shepherds, a Lab, and at 10 years old I was given responsibility for my own dog a Maltese, Le Petite Pookay( Pookie for short). When I went off to college my Mom stole(inside joke) adopted her and I haven’t had my own dog since but over the course of the past 20 years Ive watched plenty of friends and family dogs and pets. Some claim me to be the Dog Whisperer as even shy pups seem to gravitate towards me. This last year, while transitioning to the Charlotte. NC area I stayed with a Rover host and helped out. And now that Im in my own place, a two story townhouse, I’d love to continue to host and care for your fur babies. I really miss having a furry family member around but truly excited for the opportunity to take care of your animal loved one. I do know about providing excellent customer service, the importance of integrity and working hard with the importance of humility. Service is the heart of who I am and know the special bond our family furries hold in our lives. I can't wait and hope to care for your furry loved one soon! I work from home, so my availability to host is flexible and open. I also, don’t leave the house too often for long periods and will be attentive to caring for your pet. “Rachel was available last minute to my walk my dogs. She sent picture to keep me updated. I sincerely appreciate her timely response and being available so quickly”

About: I’m a proud dog dad to a 3-year-old Bernedoodle I’ve raised since she was a puppy, so I know firsthand what it takes to care for dogs at every stage — from the chaos of puppyhood to navigating special needs and behavioral quirks. Through raising my own pup, I’ve built real patience and hands-on experience with potty training, kennel training, and dogs that come with special instructions. My dog has her own unique needs around resource guarding and meeting strangers, so I understand how to read a dog’s boundaries and respond with calm, respectful care rather than force. When I’m not with my own girl, you’ll probably find me stopping strangers on the street just to pet their dog. I love taking my Bernedoodle to Skiptown to keep her socialized, and that same energy and enthusiasm is what I bring to every pup I care for. Your dog isn’t just a booking to me — they’re family I work remotely in the huntersville area, and I manage my own schedule so I’m very flexible on times I’m needed. I have weekends available as well. I’m free mornings till nights, excluding early mornings before 9AM. When caring for pets in your home, your dog’s safety and comfort always come first. I follow any instructions you leave to the letter, whether that’s feeding schedules, leash rules, or how your dog likes to be approached. I’m experienced with dogs that have special needs like resource guarding or stranger anxiety, so I know how to respect boundaries and never push a dog past their comfort zone. Your home and pup will be treated with the same care and respect as my own.
“I highly recommend Hannah! She took our dog Leo on a walk and was extremely responsive throughout the entire booking process. She very respectful of our home and easy to communicate with.”

“Katelyn took exceptional care of our senior pup,Koda. She was prompt with each walk. Katelyn made sure he was settled in before she left our home. She is #1 in our book. We couldn’t be more pleased with how she took great care of Koda. Thank you and we look forward to asking Katelyn to help us with future services.”

About: I have taken care of dogs, my own, friends, and neighbors since I was old enough to. I am reliable and care for all dogs. I am available most days as I do not have a job this summer. I typically wake up around 9 and stay up late so can come later at night as well. I spend time with the dogs, make sure they have food and/or water, and perform any other tasks they may need. Being trustworthy in your home is highly important to me.
“This was my first time booking Karley + from a dog mom + previous dog walker myself, I felt very comfortable with Karley coming into my home to walk my puppy. She was really nice + friendly, and had great communication which was very important to me. I've been looking for a occasional walker for my puppy and I know I'll be booking Karley again :)”

“Robin is great with all 3 of our dogs. The oldest is a 140lb Cane Corso and the two puppies are frenchies. She manages all of them very well. She is flexible and a pleasure to work with!!”

About: Hello! I have been taking care of dogs for over a decade. I’ve typically worked with small and mid sized pups, but I have always been relied on by neighbors, friends, and family to walk, feed, and care for their pets. I love animals of all shapes and sizes but above all else values safety and well being for the dogs I care for. As a versatile pet owner and caregiver, I can understand the difference in care needed to best support dogs of all ages. Specifically, understanding the needs of elderly dogs as well as the watchful eye that needs to be kept on mischievous puppies. I currently work full time remote leasing a small team, so my schedule is built at my discretion. Given my typical schedule, weekends, early mornings, and evenings are usually best but I am flexible to care for your pups as needed. I am local to the area, own a vehicle, and work remotely. Perhaps most important though, is that I have two pups of my own who I hate to leave unattended. I can relate to your apprehension of leaving your animals with a stranger and only wanting the best for them. That’s why I will treat your pets as I treat my own so you can rest assured that they are being loved, safe, and well-cared for
“Debbie is absolutely wonderful. I was very anxious about having someone walk my dog while I was on a business trip because he can be difficult at times on the leash with pulling. She reassured me multiple times that everything was going to be OK. She sent me messages videos, and pictures throughout their walks to let me know he was doing OK. I would highly recommend her services.”

About: I've lived on a farm & taken care of pets to include: cats, dogs, guinea pigs, birds, horses & cows since I was 7 years old. I enjoy animals & caring for them! I will accommodate requests as I receive them. I currently have a flexible schedule and look forward to working with you to provide the best care for your pets. I will follow client requests and care notes to ensure that your pet is cared for at the highest level. I look forward to working with you.
About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals my entire life, from guinea pigs, turtles, a rabbit, and fish to many beloved cats. My childhood was filled with the joy and responsibility of caring for animals, which shaped my deep love and respect for them. As I got older, our family welcomed our cat Powder, who was with us for many years and even flew across the world with us when we moved to America—an experience that taught me so much about cat care, patience, and trust. Living with my best friend and her spirited orange tabby further helped me understand feline behavior, especially with more “spicy” personalities, teaching me how to de-escalate, read body language, and move at a cat’s pace. Later, I cared for my own cat, Bean, who required daily medications and special care due to dermatitis and a heart condition (HCM), giving me hands-on experience administering pills, liquids, and topical treatments with empathy and consistency. Though losing him was incredibly hard, it deepened my compassion even further. I also have a beautiful niece named Sadie who is the sweetest doggo you will ever meet, along with my partner’s parents wiener dogs, a life filled with animals is the best life to have! Today, I share my home with my sweet cat Sweet Pea, and caring for animals continues to bring me fulfillment—knowing I can provide them with the patience, kindness, and attentive care they truly deserve. Pet parents can feel confident knowing I will care for their pets as if they were my own, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and well-being at all times. I am certified in first aid/CPR for cats and dogs as well. I am currently working part time/ transitioning out of my job (2 days a week ). I am flexible in hours for the rest of the week that I am not working. However even on days with my job I can make time to drop by after work if needed! I live in a one-level home that’s safe and easy for cats to navigate, with plenty of toys and enrichment to keep them engaged and comfortable. Cats in my care are fed both wet and dry food as directed, and I clean the litter box daily to ensure a fresh, clean environment. I make playtime a priority, usually try spending around 20 minutes a day (or shorter sessions multiple times a day) engaging cats in active play, encouraging running, jumping, and climbing—especially activities they naturally love. I focus on maintaining routines, providing stimulation, and creating a calm, loving space where cats feel secure and cared for.
“We had our first visit with Katy this week. She was very responsive, prompt, communicated clearly and came for a ‘Meet & Greet’ prior to our scheduled walk. She interacted great with Ava and Ava took to her immediately. Katy followed the care instructions for Ava and we’re looking forward to having Katy walk with Ava again this week!”

“Kathleen was very attentive to the special needs of my two pups for their meds, food and differing personalities. She was very flexible with timing and I also received regular updates on the furbabies assuring me that their first boarding experience with her was a great one.”

“Katie and her family took such good care of Gimli. Katie kept us updated with daily pictures and texts so we could relax and enjoy our time away knowing he was content. The kids and Shea and the enclosed back yard were icing on the cake. Heartily recommend.”

“She was sooooooo wonderful with taking care of my sons dog, Hugo!!!! She was available for a last minute trip we had to go on and was truly a blessing! Hugo had a great time and she took great care of him for those 4 days. I will definitely book with her again!!!”

“Crystal was great! Our high energy and goofy Bernedoodle had an amazing week with her and her pup Benji. She sent lots of updates and photos during the week. Definitely recommend.”

“Dennise was great with my senior pup. Very patient and accommodating. Pretty Boy was very comfortable with her. We will definitely be back for another stay!”
