“Ashley was totally awesome! This was a last-minute booking as we left WNC after Hurricane Helene, and couldn't accommodate Casper where we were staying. She was totally calm and in charge, which Casper needs since his tendency to shepherd and try to be in charge is so strong. He needs to know he's not in control. Lentil had such a great week with Katie and her family. This was Lentil’s first extended stay away, so we were nervous, but Katie made us feel so comfortable. She was flexible with timing, incredibly accommodating and communicative, and sent us pictures everyday. Peace of mind about your pet when you’re traveling is so valuable, and Katie delivered that for us. We cannot recommend her enough!
Kimberly has been taking care of Athena during our trips for years now, and every time I appreciate her more! Athena loves her chuck it balls more than anything, and when we forgot to pack extras, Kimberly made sure Athena had backup! She goes above and beyond every time, and as a very anxious pup parent, I can’t overstate what a relief it is to be able to enjoy a trip without worries because I can always know our girl is in the best hands when she’s with Kimberly.
Aquisha is a top-notch dog sitter. She overcame the challenge of my dog not eating well while boarded by trying different things until my dog started eating well again.
