Instead of waiting until pickup, Lindan took the time to drop it off that very evening so he wouldn't have to go without it. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to us and shows how much she genuinely cares about the pets she watches. It was comforting to know that while the humans in our family were enjoying our vacation, Kane was having a wonderful vacation of his own. There are so many words that can be used to express our appreciation to Erika. She’s a good person one of a kind, we’re so grateful for the warmth of HOME given to our lil Charlie. I had a last minute road trip to address a family matter, and Gianna was in the direction I was heading. We had two puppies, 12 weeks old as of this writing, so there is also that concern that the person you leave them with will care for them like you want them to. Gianna was very pleasant and accommodating, so we took the chance. My wife was super pleased and made it a point of telling me that going forward Gianna will be our go-to.
