“We asked Maura to stay with one of our dogs in our house for 5 days, and things went great! She sent updates when we checked in, and also on her own. We told her this was our first time using Rover, or any service like this, and she was really helpful with our few questions. Jameson is new to our household, so she provided great feedback when we got back home. She was great with Jameson, and we'd absolutely reach back out to her again! Also, she brought in out HelloFresh box and put it in the fridge - above and beyond!”

About: I have taken care of a wide variety of dog and cat breeds since I was old enough to stay home on my own. Professionally, since I was licensed, I have been pet sitting, walking and doing drop-ins for family, friends and neighbors. I have experience with dogs of several breeds and ages, with specialized care regimens. With cats I have a healthy experience and I still pet sit for a parent who has eleven cats, all with unique personalities and needs, and I live with two of my own. I posses the patience required to care for your pet who may require extra time, attention, and understanding to meet their care needs. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of advanced age who need specialized care such as medication administration, teeth brushing, incontinence assistance and working with hearing loss. Beyond older pets, I am familiar with dogs who may be unpredictable with others and have experience with redirection, avoidance and communicating to others to not approach. Finally, I have experience with anxious pets that require reassurance, quality time and play to be fulfilled by their sitter. I am currently not working outside of pet-sitting and have the time and drive to provide the level of care your pet deserves. My own cats are on a specific feeding schedule and do require my being home to feed them around 2pm every day. I aim to take all considerations into account to provide for you and your pet family. About: I’ve always been around animals and have grown up caring for pets of my own, along with helping family and friends take care of their pets while they’re out of town. I genuinely enjoy being around animals and feel like I naturally connect well with them. I’m very responsible and always want pets to feel comfortable, safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. I’m currently home from college for the summer, so my schedule is very free and flexible! Besides a few summer classes during the week, I have a lot of open availability throughout the day. I’m available for pet sitting, check-ins, or walk-ins anytime between 9 AM to 5 PM and I am happy to work with specific times if needed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always make sure they are comfortable and keep them on their routine. I love making sure that they stay active by being outside and taking them for walks making sure they get plenty of exercise and attention. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, cared for properly, and feel comfortable while their owners are away by spending quality time with them, playing with them, and giving them love and attention.

About: Its not rocket science. I love animals and provide a lot of petting and physical love, and physical activity compared to the other pretenders. Grew up in Sweden, army veteran. When dogsitting I have a hobby, I play bridge at city hall in cornelius, so sometimes id be away for as much a 4.5 hrs. I can also not play... I can't have a pet at my place save for a few minutes. “Lily is amazing. She was available on a Friday evening with short notice, and agreed to sit my 16-mo old mixed breed rescue Bo in my RV at Cherry Hill Park in College Park, MD. She was on time, has a charming personality and an incredibly calming and loving demeanor with dogs! Bo has some separation anxiety, but the second I met Lily I knew he'd be in the best of caring hands. An hour into my outing, Lily sent a pic of Bo completely chill and snuggling with her on the couch. Thank you Lily!!!”
