She stayed with our dogs and was available even though the HVAC company couldn’t arrive until 9pm. I highly recommend Amanda and look forward to having her take care of our boys again.”

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is my natural ability to understand a dog’s demeanor and adapt to each dog’s individual personality and needs. As a dog owner myself, I have hands-on experience caring for and training two dogs. I successfully potty-trained both of my dogs and taught them a variety of tricks, commands, and skills. My patience, attentiveness, and ability to build trust with animals allow me to provide personalized, compassionate care for every dog I look after. Currently I am in school part time so I have plenty of time to play with pups and give them a happy, healthy, fun day away from their family. About: My years of pet care experience range from animal rescue to boarding facilities to volunteer work to doc training and to hospital care so I have a wide range of pet care experience. I work in the animal field, and so it is a daily job for me not to mention taking care of my own personal animals My animals are my children, and I would treat others animals the same way. I believe in being respectful of people’s opinions and the ways that they take care of their animals.

About: I have watched a friend’s mature dog in her home while a family member was hospitalized. I have always had rescue animals in my home it is always been a priority for me to love animals and treat them with the respect that is so well-deserved. I have two rescue kitties that I care for every day. I am semi retired, spend special time with my fur babies and exercise every day. I would like to rescue a dog, but if I could spend time and love other people's pets, it would be a very rewarding experience. Since I have two kitties, I prefer to care for pets in the clients homes. My one kitty is 16 years old and I don’t want to subject her to change an environment. Every morning, I am greeted by my kitties, before eating breakfast I give them their morning treats. After exercising in the afternoon, it is dinner time for them so I feed them, they nap and then we bond later in the evening, while one sits near me and the other one sits on my lap. Having cared for several dogs in the past, I take them for walks, engage in playtime and take time to bond. At one point in my lifetime I had three rescue dogs who all got along famously. They were an extension of my family and sadly, eventually passed from old age. I will love your dogs in the same way and treat them with kindness and respect. Their comfort and security are my main concern, along with your peace of mind, knowing that they are safe and secure.

About: Throughout the years, I've cared for an array of different animals and other species, of my own. For the past 3 years, I've been blessed, to have established trusting relationships with pet parents, and their pooches, at the same time, doing what I love, taking care of animals, walking dogs, and pet sitting, (during that time), in lower Manhattan, before recently making the move to NC, thereafter, joining Rover, where I'd like to continue, what I believe to be, my true purpose in life. I take animal welfare extremely serious. I am attentive, and in tune, to the animals body language, and communication. Caring for animals, in this life, is my calling, and what I'm meant to do, in the name of all animals, in the Pet Care Industry. Previously, I was working part-time, (outside of petcare) to earn a paycheck, while establishing and building new relationships with pet parents, and their pooches, through the Rover Platform. Am I grateful, now I am able to make a full time commitment, on account of new clients, whom have afforded me the opportunity, in caring, for their fur babies. I Thank You.
