I felt at ease when she would send me pictures of them and give me updates. One dog needs a daily pill and it was no trouble at all for her. Unfortunately my dogs did make a couple of potty messes but she did not complain, just explained to me that it happens and was very professional but approachable about everything. About: I’ve had a lot of hands-on experience caring for pets and I genuinely love being around them! I’ve dog sat and stayed overnight for my neighbors multiple times, taking care of their dogs and keeping them on their normal routines so they feel comfortable and stress-free. I also worked at the front desk of a dog grooming salon, where I helped keep an eye on the dogs and got to interact with all kinds of breeds, sizes, and personalities. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
