She was very friendly and patient as she explained to me how it worked as we went through the how to's of watching the pups. They took right to her and could not get enough of her attention! I felt at ease when she would send me pictures of them and give me updates. One dog needs a daily pill and it was no trouble at all for her. Unfortunately my dogs did make a couple of potty messes but she did not complain, just explained to me that it happens and was very professional but approachable about everything. I will definitely be using her again.”
