1. Caroline P.

“Caroline was super accommodating with our young puppy's (and our) needs. She was up for us walking along with her, so our puppy could get feel more comfortable around her for the first meeting. Definitely will be requesting Caroline again for help with our puppy!”

2. Andrew H.

“Andrew was on time and totally respectful. He was very calm with our hyper puppy and did a great job of letting the pup come/warm up to him. We had a few requests (sitting at sidewalks and heeling by people) that make walking the pup a little more work. Andrew was more than happy to work with all of our requests. Definitely recommend!”

3. Matthew Y.

“Thank you Matt for not only braving the cold temps (coldest yet this winter). But also for bringing Zeke home tired enough for a long nap! Thank you!”

4. Daniel H.
About: My family has always had dogs, so I have many years of experience caring for them. I have helped raise two chocolate labs from puppies and have taken care of our two adopted dogs. For many years I have also regularly taken care of family members and friends' cats and dogs when they leave town. I adopted two cats with my partner after never owning one previously, and have since grown very comfortable with caring for cats as well over the last year. I am currently taking classes twice a day in the late morning/afternoon for a master's degree in medical physics. I am available for house/dog sittings or dog walking in the late afternoons/evenings/weekends. I am happy to take care of pets in your home as often as needed but am currently unable to house pets as I live in an apartment complex.

5. Makayla M.

“Makayla was wonderful! My dog loved her and she went above and beyond!”

6. Morgan A.

“Morgan is awesome !!! So attentive and loving with the pups. She is also a great communicator, I always know exactly what mood my pups are in :)and how their walk went.”

7. Emilia L.
About: Hi there! I’m Emilia — a rising sophomore at the University of Rochester and a lifelong animal lover who believes pets make the best teachers (and comedians). For over 7 years, I’ve been lucky enough to care for dogs, cats, and all sorts of furry (and sometimes feathery and scaley) friends for busy families and professionals throughout Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia. I’ve also spent time working at an animal shelter, where I cared for a wonderful mix of animals, each with their own quirky personalities and lovable charm, and helped many of them find their forever homes. But beyond all that, my greatest teacher has been my beloved pit bull, Jubal, who has taught me the true meaning of patience, unconditional love, and the importance of belly rubs at just the right moment. Because I’m a pet parent myself, I know firsthand how much love, attention, and silly voices go into making sure our pets feel safe and happy — and I promise to bring that same care to yours. Whether your pet is big, small, shy, neighborhood social butterfly or a little spoiled (no judgment — so is Jubal), I’ll treat them like family and make sure they get all the love and attention they deserve! I am currently in school, but my schedule is flexible and I can arrange to have most of my day available to provide your pets with as much attention as they need. Booking in advance 1 or 2 days is preferable so I can re-arrange my schedule to best accommodate you and your pets. My approach to pet care is centered around love, compassion, and respect. I believe that pets thrive on positive reinforcement and encouragement rather than strict discipline or punishment. I treat every pet I care for with the same attention and respect that I give my own, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable. I’m also an active person who loves going for walks and playing outside, so I’ll make sure your dog gets the exercise and mental stimulation they need to stay happy and healthy. Rest assured, I’m dedicated to providing your pet with a fun, fulfilling, and loving experience while they’re in my care.

8. Rachel M.

“Rachel was great! Sharlocke was much happier when I came home from work on days she would walk him. Rachel also provided pictures from every walk which always made my day!”

9. Emily D.

“Emily is lovely and my Maddie immediately felt comfortable with her. I was able to schedule with her same day which is great. We will definitely be contacting her regularly. ?”

10. Saoirse M.

“Suzanne is caring and very dependable. I am so glad that I found her in our neighborhood. Thank you!”

11. Geoff D.

“Geoff was very responsive in booking up the walks, came for a nice meet and greet and then was great with communicating and completing the dog walks as scheduled. We will definitely contact him again if the need arises. Thanks, Geoff!!”

12. Ricky P.
About: I've walked and exercised dogs. Fed them. Snuggled them. I have a pretty laid-back personality, so I hardly stress out even when a dog is barking at me. I understand they need to get use to a person first sometimes. I work a super laid-back job from home so I have plenty of time to spend with any pets throughout the day, whether they be dogs who need walking or cats who need snuggling. I follow the routines outlined by my clients, and use my intuition to know what the pet is needed or feeling in the moment. It probably sounds corny, but it's the best way I know how to describe it. An attentive person can tell when they're upset or when they're at peace.

13. Jocelyn B.
“Jocelyn B. is wonderful with Pets, any pets. She took my hard to walk pittie Karma for many walks and since then I am able to walk her so much better. Also, Karma has separation anxiety and Jocelyn B. has allowed me to go about my errands by just coming over and sitting with her. Jocelyn really has a way about her. Personally, Jocelyn has a very relaxing demeaner and brings calm to anything she does. Beth B.”

14. Brooke A.
“Brooke loves all pets and all pets love Brooke. My cat has become her cat and she loves him like he’s her own. My family’s 3 cats and dog are always excited to see her too. She takes great care of my cat while I am away and he is devastated when she goes away. Would highly recommend her to pet sit at your home!”

15. Jacqueline C.

“Jacqueline is an excellent dog walker. She is always available, extremely kind to my dog, and does an excellent job of communicating. The reports that she gives me on my dog always make my day: photos, a description of the walk, and more. She is everything that a dog walker should be and I feel fortunate to have linked up with her.”

16. Elizabeth D.

“Elizabeth is an all star! She was caring and attentive and reliable with my young puppy!”

17. Isabella S.
“Isabella has been a responsible and loving pet caregiver for many years now. Isabella loves her animals more than anyone I know, and attends to them with the utmost care and attention. Isabella has even cared for other people's pets while they are away - ensuring that other people's animals remain safe, taken care of, looked after, and loved. Isabella enriches the lives of her own pets - as well as other people's pets when they are in her care. I would recommend her pet care services to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter that is responsible, reliable, caring, kind, and goes above and beyond.”

18. Cassidy H.

“Cassidy has been fantastic with my dog Zion. Quick, clear, and frequent communication and pictures. He seems to enjoy the visits and she goes above and beyond to give my needy boy all the belly scratches he desires.”

19. Sari B.

“Sari did great with my dog Elsa. She even went a little over on the time to get my dog more exercise. She’s trustworthy and responsible. I recommend her.”

20. Paige S.
“Paige took great care of my dog Precious! Paige was able to get a read on her body language and was happy to play with her or just hang out and cuddle. She made sure that Precious was taken on lots of walks around our apartment and kept her fed and hydrated! I can tell how much Paige loves animals from the moment we met and from different interactions I've seen Paige have with other animals I think they like her back!”
