About: Hi there! My name has since changed to *Romeo* as I am queer :) Ive had experience with all sorts of animals since I was a young! My heart however has always lied with dogs. Ive lived with, trained, and taken care of dogs from age 15. Professionally, I am currently a counselor at Camp Bow Wow! I’ve been working there for over a year now, learning and applying a wide range of skills. In this role I’ve learned some key skills on how to ensure companions are safe and happy: 1. Body language: I observe everything from your dog’s head to tail to minimize reactivity due to human- animal misunderstandings 2. Health indicators: although I’m not a vet, I was trained to recognize irregular symptoms a dog may be displaying such as stool texture and consistency, body temperature, excessive panting and drooling, gum color, etc. Anything your dog may be struggling with from itchy skin to something greater, I’ll notify you right away! 3. Communication: parents love hearing about their babies and seeing them happy and comfortable! By regular communication, this allows me to get clear instructions to follow, assess any changes needed in care or routine, and stay up to date in case of any rapid changes or emergencies. In addition, what sets me apart is my artistic attention to detail, which allows me to adapt to your dogs needs in a creative way. I like to challenge myself by finding ways to stimulate and enrich your dog while you are away! I’m very relaxed, quiet, and easygoing, but also spontaneous and go-with-the-flow should your dog get the zoomies! I’ll get mine out with him :) Lastly, I respect peoples spaces/ privacy and always clean up behind myself after using something in your space. I'd love to give your dog my unconditional love and undivided attention. Your baby is not just a pet, they are our best friends who depend on us. So Relax while you’re away, and leave the fun stuff to me! Looking for regular/ recurring clients :) I currently work part time on weekdays, twice a day for up to 7 hours. I love being outside, especially in the company of some furry friends. I understand that your dog may either be a nature pet or a couch potato, and I'm able to adapt to your pets needs depending on their personality. I'm clean, quiet, and active when need be. Cleanliness is a priority for me. Cleaning up waste properly and right away is a must, including picking up poop during walks.

About: I had a cat for 20 years and cage aninals when i was young. I have owned a dog with anxiety so patience was key. He needed Medication for that and his hips. I own two cats and a hedgehog. My cats come to a whistle, know how to sit and lay down, go to their blanket where ever it is. My older cat is great in the car and the younger cat I am currently training. I cut their nails and bathe them myself. Both are leash trained. I handle my hedgehog daily so that he is well socialized. My cats never bothered the rats or the hedgehog when let out of the cages. They would sleep woth the dog when no one was home. I work 12 hour over night shifts for my regular job. I am looking for day time and, when off night time or overnight opertunities to fit my shifting schedule. I work in Macedon and live in West Henrietta so I am flexible with locations. I am a quiet private person. I have two cats and a hedgehog. I previously owned rats, a dog, leopard gecko, and other caged animals Cages, boxes, bowls and, other cage items are cleaned daily as well as deep cleaning every 4 to 5 days or as needed. I enjoyed taking the dog as well as my cat for a walk! I have patience with animals with anxiety. I walk or handle pets that friends have such as snakes and birds.

About: My love for animals has been my driving force in life. I’ve been taking care of and been around pets my entire life. I have experience with all types of animals, from cats and dogs, to reptiles and bunnies. I pride myself in how seriously I take caring for other peoples pets, I go above and beyond always, and I guarantee you I will love your pets as much as you. I have a very flexible schedule, I spend most of my time at home or hanging out with family! I do get my brothers off the bus nearly every day, but other than that, my time is spent with animals! I have seven cats and two dogs, so I take their care very seriously. I have a fenced in yard, I feed them the best food, everyone gets so much exercise and love and playtime. I have more litter boxes that I need to ensure that everyone has their own potty. I do so much more than the bare minimum for all of my pets.

About: I've taken care of cats and dogs since I was 15. Family, neighbors, friends, and even bosses have turned to me for their pet care. I have a 9-5 job. I am available Sundays and Saturdays, and have flexibility on Mondays and Thursdays. I may also be flexible on an as-needed basis. When I pet-sit for others, I respect/adhere to their criteria (e.g., indoor cats are kept indoors, dogs needing fences are kept in fenced areas, etc.). With my own cats, I make sure they get all the cuddle and playtime they need. I do the same when dog-sitting (my sister's Golden Retriever is a bundle full of energy!) I feed my cats wet food twice a day and ensure that their dry food and water bowls are kept filled. When pet-sitting (dogs or cats), I always follow the feeding routine as requested by the owner. I always pay close attention to pet behavior, being mindful of any unusual behavior. I make sure to let the owner know of such behavior to determine whether any emergency action is needed. I am also very chatty with all pets, so rest assured that they won't feel lonely!

About: In highschool I was very popular in my neighborhood from doing there dog nails, to dog sitting, over night stays, and even medications. Even back in high school I had a part time and school and still made sure the fur babies were taken care of. To this day I still dog sit for my neighbor. I also worked at a doggy daycare for about 6 months then i moved, I learned so much while I was there in that short period of time from learning to gain respect and how to control a group of 15+ dogs . And was in a animal science program in highschool with a mentorship at a clinic, then tried to go to college for my vet tech degree but too expensive(still paying that off). I also do have a very energetic German shepherd who I train every day she knows pretty much everything(sit, lay down, roll over,paw, other paw,high five, spin, heel, center, look, leave it, back up, and wait). I also dog sat for my boyfriend's coworker who had an older pointer who had a seziure not only did I comfort the dog but I called owner asap then vet, I then called off of work. Just because it's not my animal doesn't mean I will love them any less. But the take away from all that is I have a lot of experience in the animal department. I'm currently working part time and have a lot of free time on my hands and love being around animals . I only work wensday-saturday the other days I'm free. But as you can see with my profile I do have my own fur baby but my boyfriend never works nights or weekends so she won't be alone. For the pets at clients housing not only will I respond to you text asap even if I'm busy, I will also ask for guide lines and try to keep your dog on the schedule you have them on consistency is key, especially when a change like you leaving happens. I also am a big over thinker so before I let the dog out if you have a yard I will always make sure the gates are close and secure and make sure there's nothing laying out that would harm them. When I dog sit I imagine as if it's my own dog.

About: I've owned dogs and cats all my life and have a wealth of experience watching and caring for animals for both friends and family. I'm well-acquainted with the needs and understand the body language of dogs, cats, and birds. I also am experienced with the more advanced care of senior animals as well as the delicate approach necessary for anxious animals. I work part-time with a flexible schedule and plan to be a student in the near future. I'm typically free on weekends and I am happy to work with you directly and adjust my schedule as best as I am able to fit your needs. I am well-accustomed to the routine care needed for animal care, with special attention given to ensure that your pet is not bored. Playtime is very important for your animals physical and mental well-being! I'm also experienced with administering medications and following any special instructions to the letter that your pet may need. I absolutely love animals and you can be sure that I will treat your pet with the same care that I would give my own.

About: I’ve been using Rover since 2020, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets🐾 I also worked with Puppy Yoga Club, caring for 6–8 puppies during weekend classes where I would keep them safe, supervised, entertained, and well cared for throughout the day. I’m very patient, responsible, and comfortable with dogs of different personalities. My goal is to make sure your pet feels happy, loved, and safe while you enjoy peace of mind. 🐶❤️🐱 My schedule is pretty flexible, I currently work another job for about 8–10 hours per week, so I have plenty of availability throughout the week for walks, house sitting and pet care. I’m happy to communicate ahead of time and work around your pet’s routine & needs. My goal is to make scheduling easy and convenient for both you and your furry friend! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. When caring for a pet in their home, I make sure to follow the owner’s instructions and keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. I pay close attention to doors, gates, leashes, and anything else that could create a safety concern. I will also make sure food, medications, toys, and other pet supplies are handled exactly as instructed. I understand that being welcomed into someone’s home is a big responsibility. I treat every home with respect, keep things clean and organized, and make sure pets are comfortable in their own environment.
