I flaked and was not on time to meet her for the first time so that she could learn about our cat and house alarm system, and she was patient and understanding still. We are kind of fussy and picky people as far as trust goes with our cat and our house. Our house is in semi-public space within a neighborhood that draws a bit of notice if we aren't around consistently and adds some variables for safety, so it was nice to have someone who was local and understanding. It's been hard to leave town now that our cat is so high needs and frail, but this interaction was calm and reassured us that we can keep trying to live instead of feeling a bit "stuck" here due to her needs. Our little granny is 20+ years old, on 4 different medications, special food, is a bit wobbly on her feet etc. Ella was able to give her the meds in a pill pocket without issue and stopped in 2x a day. She was timely, trustworthy, and caring. We didn't expect her to stay long, but just duck in and out since Eliza sleeps most of the day and isn't high energy to play etc. but she still spent a bit of time with her and gave her attention to keep her company and stretch out her boring days without us. It was our first time fully using this site and now we feel reassured. Hire Ella!”

About: I grew up on farms in the south, so I've been around animals my whole life. I moved to Rochester specifically because of how dog friendly it is. I think dogs deserve to be treated like family because they are our family! I work from home taking care of pets is my main job. If i could fill every hour of the week with animals, I would! About: Hi, my name is Lindsay and I’m an animal lover through and through. I grew up in a cat‑loving family with the most adorable tabby and Persian cats. One of our Persians, Sweetie, was especially close to me. She passed away a few years ago, and losing her truly broke my heart—she was with me for so long and gave me so many wonderful memories. I also spend a lot of time with my family’s dogs—a brown Labrador, a German Shorthaired Pointer, and a pair of Boston Terriers—and I always make sure to play with them whenever we’re together. About: In highschool I was very popular in my neighborhood from doing there dog nails, to dog sitting, over night stays, and even medications. Even back in high school I had a part time and school and still made sure the fur babies were taken care of. To this day I still dog sit for my neighbor. I also worked at a doggy daycare for about 6 months then i moved, I learned so much while I was there in that short period of time from learning to gain respect and how to control a group of 15+ dogs . And was in a animal science program in highschool with a mentorship at a clinic, then tried to go to college for my vet tech degree but too expensive(still paying that off). I also do have a very energetic German shepherd who I train every day she knows pretty much everything(sit, lay down, roll over,paw, other paw,high five, spin, heel, center, look, leave it, back up, and wait). I also dog sat for my boyfriend's coworker who had an older pointer who had a seziure not only did I comfort the dog but I called owner asap then vet, I then called off of work. Just because it's not my animal doesn't mean I will love them any less. But the take away from all that is I have a lot of experience in the animal department. I'm currently working part time and have a lot of free time on my hands and love being around animals . I only work wensday-saturday the other days I'm free. But as you can see with my profile I do have my own fur baby but my boyfriend never works nights or weekends so she won't be alone. For the pets at clients housing not only will I respond to you text asap even if I'm busy, I will also ask for guide lines and try to keep your dog on the schedule you have them on consistency is key, especially when a change like you leaving happens. I also am a big over thinker so before I let the dog out if you have a yard I will always make sure the gates are close and secure and make sure there's nothing laying out that would harm them. When I dog sit I imagine as if it's my own dog.

“Thomas was wonderful with our airedale terrier. He sent pictures and updates about their adventures. Our dog has food allergies and Thomas was able to make sure he did not come into contact with them. We will look forward to hiring him in the future.”
“We had Sammie stay with Elliot and Dominique for nine days and we can't say enough positive things about her experience. They sent us daily pictures and texts letting us know how Sammie was doing. They went above and beyond to make Sammie feel loved. On pick up day, we received a very cute report card as well as a picture of Sammie which we have put on our fridge. All in all, we were very pleased with our experience with Elliot and Dominique and would highly recommend them if you are considering a place to board your pet.”
