About: A little bit about me, I am going on to my second year at MCC and after plan on joining the Air Force! I currently have a part time job at a restaurant but have gotten the unfortunate news that they will be shutting down my store so I am looking to have this as a part time job for now then hopefully transition it into a full time job. I have been taking care of animals since my early teenage years starting off with a close family friend and her 2 poodle mix’s. They would be dropped off at my house around 9:00 am and then get pick up at 6:00pm. I have bathed, cleaned, and even trained some dogs (simple commands). In addition, I have also taken care of multiple furry felines and have had many cats of my own so I am also quite familiar with their needs as well. I am wanting to soon be Pet CPR and First Aid Certified. I have always been interested in pet-care I just didn’t know how to go about it until I found out about rover! I will be putting all my focus on pet-care as my full time job. Since I am just starting out I will only have weekday availability 11-9 and will only offer drop in’s and walk services Monday-Friday and house sitting Tuesday-Thursday. I have been around pets for a long time and feel I am able to pick up on signs if anything might be wrong with your furry friend.

About: I’ve been working with dogs for over 10 years and currently work in a professional boarding environment, caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. Whether your pup is energetic and playful or calm and cuddly, I’m comfortable meeting them where they’re at and making sure they feel safe and loved while you’re away. I offer boarding, drop-ins, and walks, and I’m very attentive with every dog in my care. I send frequent photo updates so you can feel completely at ease, and I treat every pet like they’re part of the family. My fully fenced 0.26-acre yard provides plenty of safe outdoor space for exercise and play. My goal is always to provide dependable, structured, and loving care so both you and your dog feel comfortable from day one I currently am a stay at home partner and can provide your pet with lots of love and attention they deserve! I have lots of free time and would be able to provide lots of walks, hikes, puzzles, and entertainment. I take all doggies out for 2 walks a day. Lots of time is spent playing in the backyard if it isn't too cold/hot. Since I'm home all the time your doggy gets my undivided attention the entire time. They can sleep with me up in my bedroom on my bed or the dog bed I have in my room, whichever you prefer.

And she was so willing to do all kinds of extras that come with a large home and land—including putting out corn for our wildlife friends and making sure our gardens didn’t wilt in the unexpected heat wave. Our kitty absolutely adored her, and she wants us to go away again soon so that she can snuggle and play with Ona again :) Thank you for everything, Ona. It was a joy to have you watching over our home.”

About: Often available, caring, playful with animals, currently have 1 dog (Mountain Cur). I volunteer at Pet Pride and so I have experience with pets. When I was 8-10, we had a dog (German Shepherd/Yellow Lab). I am willing to do anything besides keeping dogs here over night. I work part time (two days a week) 2 miles away from home. I help take care of family members' dogs, mainly at get togethers. Working with animals is my passion and by doing this, I can pursue my dream. When watching dogs, I will play with them, walk them, and do anything else in my power to make sure they're taken care of. I really hope you will at least consider me for a sitter for your pet(s).

“OMG. MacKenzie is a true dog whisperer. Our pup, Marlowe, is 9 months old and suddenly started barking and growling at strangers. He did the same during the initial meet-and-greet. MacKenzie was not deterred and managed to put him at ease, playing in the yard with him. After we left for our trip, she sent photos, videos, and texts throughout the weekend with updates about their adventures. She even took him along to meet her family and their dogs (they got on like a house on fire and played in the fenced-in yard for a long, long time. Suffice it to say, Marlowe didn't want to leave their house). MacKenzie stayed at our house for 2.5 days (we came back to a super neat house, a happy puppy, and a lovely welcome-back note). Marlowe had plenty of puppy playdates and he actually tried to get in the car with her when she left. We have already asked her to come back for our next trip, that was a no-brainer! What a loving, caring, and careful sitter. MacKenzie is a joy and super responsible and responsive. You can't go wrong with her.”

About: I’ve taken care of some of my family and friends pets for about a year now. I really enjoy taking care of them, playing with them and taking them on a walks. I’m a student at St John Fisher, I also play football, most of my football stuff will be in the early mornings. So I just need to be able to work around that and my class schedule I will show up to the house and take care of the pets and anything that needs to be done with them, I am open to exploring options
