About: I didn’t grow up with dogs of my own but all my friends had dogs and some of my family did, too. I’ve been around Great Danes to little chihuahuas. I do take care of my best friends two dogs when she is working her 12 hour shifts which includes letting them out to potty, feeding them, giving treats and of course all the rubs and lovings. I currently work part time at a doctors office so my afternoons and evenings are very open. Doing care in the morning before work is also not an issue. I do start work at 7am, but I am happy to stay the night or get there early before my shift. I unfortunately would not be able to offer services in my home unless it was a caged or tanked animal because I do have 4 cats currently. One of my cats is absolutely terrified of dogs.

Ive lived with, trained, and taken care of dogs from age 15. Professionally, I am currently a counselor at Camp Bow Wow! Body language: I observe everything from your dog’s head to tail to minimize reactivity due to human- animal misunderstandings 2. Health indicators: although I’m not a vet, I was trained to recognize irregular symptoms a dog may be displaying such as stool texture and consistency, body temperature, excessive panting and drooling, gum color, etc. Anything your dog may be struggling with from itchy skin to something greater, I’ll notify you right away! 3. Communication: parents love hearing about their babies and seeing them happy and comfortable! By regular communication, this allows me to get clear instructions to follow, assess any changes needed in care or routine, and stay up to date in case of any rapid changes or emergencies. In addition, what sets me apart is my artistic attention to detail, which allows me to adapt to your dogs needs in a creative way. I like to challenge myself by finding ways to stimulate and enrich your dog while you are away! I’m very relaxed, quiet, and easygoing, but also spontaneous and go-with-the-flow should your dog get the zoomies! I’ll get mine out with him :) Lastly, I respect peoples spaces/ privacy and always clean up behind myself after using something in your space. About: I’ve taken care and handled of all kinds of animals from rabbits to dogs to cattle. Neighbors, Friends, and Family all come to me when they need anything for their pets. I’m very flexible when it comes to scheduling, and can always find a way to work around whatever’s best for you. I’m also a certified pet groomer and have done countless basic puppy training services. If grooming or training is needed during any services, we can discuss more about specifics. I work as a full time dog groomer so I’m always surrounded by pets. When I’m not doing that on my free time, I am constantly taking neighborhood dogs on walks, and pet sitting for friends. As well as helping out at local shelters and pet stores. I always make sure we have playtime to release any energy they may have had being home alone, or from being in the crate. Here’s what you can count on: • Meet & greet first — Before our first walk, I like to meet you and your dog so they can get comfortable with me on their own turf, and so we can go over any specific needs, routines, or triggers. • Secure handling — I double-check leashes, collars, and harnesses before heading out, and I’m attentive to gates, doors, and busy streets. • Reading your dog — With experience handling behaviorally challenging dogs, I pay close attention to body language and stress signals, and I’ll adjust the pace, route, or approach if your dog needs it. • No dog-park surprises — I won’t introduce your dog to unfamiliar dogs or people without your OK. • Updates you can trust — You’ll get a photo or video from the walk, plus a quick note on how it went (bathroom breaks, energy level, anything worth mentioning). • Emergency plan — I’ll ask for your vet’s info and any emergency contacts up front, and I know how to stay calm and act quickly if something unexpected comes up. • Respect for your home — If I’m entering your home to grab your dog, I’ll treat it like my own — doors locked, alarm set, nothing out of place. Communication is a big part of how I work — if anything comes up during a walk, you’ll hear from me right away, not after the fact.

About: A graduate of the Eastman School of Music, I'm currently a flutist with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra! I've been missing my spunky dog Kora who lives back home and have always grown up with dogs, which is why I've been a sitter for Rover since I moved here in 2021. Since then, I have done dog sittings, cat sittings, and even bird sittings! I love going for walks/runs, just hanging out, or curling up in the couch at home-- hopefully your dog loves some of these too! I've been taking care of dogs in total for around 15 years now, so I'm used to taking them out fairly frequently, getting up early for a morning walk, and bathing them. I am more than happy to take your dogs on a walk, or drop in and make sure they're well-fed and happy. I'm most experienced in home-care and will happily take care of your furry friends and house in whatever capacity you need! I've raised my dog Kora from puppyhood and am very familiar with the training required for puppies and dogs with reactivity. I have also fostered a handful of dogs (small dogs and large dogs alike) over the last few years and have experienced shy dogs who take some time to come out of their shells :) As a musician, I have a few hours here and there scattered throughout my day that I can walk or stop by/watch your pup. I'm a very active person and love being outside! I am more than happy to be outside/in your home with them as well! I unfortunately cannot house your furry friends because of my housing situation.

Rochester weather can be unpredictable! For the safety of your pet, I may shorten walks during extreme heat (90+) or dangerous wind chills. In these cases, we will spend the remaining time playing indoors or doing mental enrichment challenges, so they still get their energy out. Depending on your specific dog's tolerances and needs...

About: My love for animals has been my driving force in life. I’ve been taking care of and been around pets my entire life. I have experience with all types of animals, from cats and dogs, to reptiles and bunnies. I pride myself in how seriously I take caring for other peoples pets, I go above and beyond always, and I guarantee you I will love your pets as much as you. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every age, size, and personality since I was a little kid. Bathing, walking, and playing with my family’s or friends’ pets was a regular part of my day to day growing up. I have experience with training puppies and anxious pups, as well as providing necessary medicine to both dogs and cats. I formerly worked for Indy Pets Concierge, and thereby have lots of experience doing both drop-ins and overnights. I’m currently seeking part-time employment but am presently unemployed, so my weekdays and weekends are open to as much pet sitting as potential clients require! My pet care approach incorporates communication and soothing techniques specific to dogs and cats. Unless assured otherwise, I am sure to keep an eye on pets as they play outdoors. When going on walks along roadsides, I walk on the outside of the path (nearest the street) to be sure the dog is safe from incoming cars or bikes. I want to foster positive, loving relationships with each animal I encounter; in order to build a dynamic of trust I make sure to be patient, let them smell me, and talk to them in a calm tone. I have a dog who is happy to play with other dogs and would love to keep your furry friend company — he’s a giant teddy bear! I’m cautious of tics and making sure vaccinations are up-to-date so as to ensure physical health between animals.
