When we picked Tipper up she had all her things packed up and ready to go. We appreciated that because we were tired from our trip. We were also pleased that Tipper was tired too. This tells us she was given lots of attention and activity during her stay at Joanne’s. Tipper spent the afternoon and evening napping as we did too. My two pups were staying with her this weekend, and while one of my dogs was immediately very happy there, my other dog was very reactive and anxious around her dogs (this is normal for my dog - her dogs were great). Instead of it ruining our weekend, she pivoted and was so flexible and did drop in visits with our reactive/anxious dog. In the end, both of my dogs got what they wanted - Tilly got to stay and play and Sadie got to be comfortable at home, and got individualized attention. This was our first time leaving our dog with a caregiver and from the moment we met Angela she calmed our nerves and we knew she would take great care of our dog. Her home offered a great environment for our dog to play and relax. Angela sent us videos and pictures of our dog while we were away. She was patient with us and with our dog. We highly recommend her and we will use her again!
I was extremely happy with Jacob and Jasper absolutely loved staying with him. I booked with Jacob for 2 1/2 weeks while I was in Europe. I was nervous because that is the longest I had ever left my boy and I had only done a brief meet & greet a few months earlier. Jacob made me feel so comfortable when I dropped Jasper off and I left knowing that he was in great hands. He communicated with me & sent pictures/videos frequently while I was gone. By the time I came home I think Jasper was having so much fun that he didn’t want to leave! I will definitely be booking with Jacob again in the future!!
