Tipper is a high energy pup and got along well with their dog Honey. Joanne sent daily updates with pictures which we appreciated. When we picked Tipper up she had all her things packed up and ready to go. We appreciated that because we were tired from our trip. We were also pleased that Tipper was tired too. This tells us she was given lots of attention and activity during her stay at Joanne’s. Tipper spent the afternoon and evening napping as we did too. I had so many reservations and worries but after reading great reviews and then after our meet and greet I knew I had chosen the right person. Not only did Debbie and her family care for my dog but it was clear in the pictures I received daily that he was also given so much love to the point I wondered will he want to come back home lol. In addition to caring for our dog I told them due to a back injury Chanze was never leash trained and they took the time to leash train him as they went for daily walks. In every part of his care they went above and beyond what was expected. I will definitely be using Debbie and her family for our next trip. If you have any hesitation with using a complete stranger/an app to choose someone to watch your pet know your worries will quickly go away as this a wonderful family who will shower your pet with nothing but love.”

We couldn't have asked for a better sitter for our very active and rambunctious dog, Bucky! Rusty was very thorough in making sure he understood Bucky's routine before we left. We received daily updates with photos, and it was clear Bucky was treated like one of his own. He even helped administer Bucky's medication and skin treatment, which we really appreciated, and gave us a heads up that his skin was looking better, and when his collar had broken during play. My nerves were settled, as we were away for over a week! We will absolutely book with him again and highly recommend him!
I was extremely happy with Jacob and Jasper absolutely loved staying with him. I booked with Jacob for 2 1/2 weeks while I was in Europe. I was nervous because that is the longest I had ever left my boy and I had only done a brief meet & greet a few months earlier. Jacob made me feel so comfortable when I dropped Jasper off and I left knowing that he was in great hands. He communicated with me & sent pictures/videos frequently while I was gone. By the time I came home I think Jasper was having so much fun that he didn’t want to leave! I will definitely be booking with Jacob again in the future!!
