Very flexible -- (wasn't sure when, exactly, I would complete my 1000 mile drive, and drop off my goober dog). Benny was instantly comfortable with Kelsey even though we hadn't had time for a meet and greet. Kelsey kept me in touch with how he was doing in general, and checked in with me when she detected a brief limp. REALLY STELLAR experience -- cannot recommend highly enough.”
