Chisato kindly allowed us a meet and greet prior to our reservation to alleviate my concerns and allow my dog a chance to visit her home. During my dog's stay, I received very regular text updates with lots of pictures, video, and descriptions of her day. She took my lazy pup out for many slow walks, and did a wonderful job managing her medications and dietary needs, including a medicated bath. I was extremely happy with Jacob and Jasper absolutely loved staying with him. I booked with Jacob for 2 1/2 weeks while I was in Europe. I was nervous because that is the longest I had ever left my boy and I had only done a brief meet & greet a few months earlier. Jacob made me feel so comfortable when I dropped Jasper off and I left knowing that he was in great hands. He communicated with me & sent pictures/videos frequently while I was gone. By the time I came home I think Jasper was having so much fun that he didn’t want to leave! I will definitely be booking with Jacob again in the future!!
