About: I have taken care of dogs for my whole life I have always had a dog and I love them as if they are my own children! Your dogs will be in great hands I am currently back home from San Diego and am planning on staying in Illinois for a while and I want to make a living helping animals. I don’t have a full time job at the moment so I have all the time in the world. I have a car that I can get anywhere with ease at anytime. I am comfortable with all types of dogs and different attitudes. I have owned dogs my whole life so I am very experienced.

I am home nearly around the clock, and committed full time to giving great care and attention to my highly -valued dog guests. I have spent decades frequenting the lake county dog parks; studying their behaviors and interactions with other dogs and with people, which has been an invaluable learning experience for me. I have a very laid back and easy-going approach and style that I have had great success with in relating to and connecting with dogs and their pet parents. I am very tuned in to their body language, and very adept at reading their emotions. My home is on a 1/2 acre fenced in wooded lot with a cabin like interior and country atmosphere that is both welcoming , safe, and fun for my dog guests, and I make it a top priority to treat your dogs like family. I also have lake access with a private beach if your dog(s) like to swim. I frequent the lake county dog parks and would love to take your dogs along if that is something you are comfortable with. I am very flexible - and typically available 7 days per week. I am available nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideally allow for two days advance notice. Safety is my top priority. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in lot, and a very warm and comfortable dog friendly home, that was once a summer cottage close to Round Lake. I am on a quiet dead end road which is very safe for walks, as well as freedom to roam the yard. My goal is to customize my services to meet your dogs needs, whatever they may be. I will treat your pets as I do my own- like family- lots of fun, exercise and plenty of TLC.

About: I specialize in puppy training, senior pet care, and administering medications—providing loving, patient, and reliable attention tailored to each pet’s unique needs. I’ve had all sizes of dogs growing up and love them all! I’m currently working part time, and I have enough flexibility to fit your pets need in my schedule! Your pet means a lot to me even if it’s just a walk a day. I take my dogs out at least eight times a day on a leash. I take them for a walk twice a day. My cats are fed once a day and their litter is changed every other day.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 3 years old. I love my pets, past and present. Currently, I have 5 dogs and 2 kitties. I have PERSONALLY successfully potty trained 2 of the dogs my family has had. I’ve owned a range of very large and very small dogs. I’ve dealt with puppies as young as 3 months and seniors as old as 13 years for dogs and 16 for cats (the cat is still alive and doing well!) I am a university student so I will be able to take care of your pets mostly in the evenings. However, I am available until noon on most weekdays and completely free on any weekend . I have taken care of not only sick house pets but sick wildlife. I have so much love for every animal that I will cater to any needs necessary. I myself have a dog with a disability and he is my heart and soul; I would do anything for him and your pets too.

About: Hello, I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was 10 years old. I have watched, played, fed and walked friends or neighbors animals. I love and care for any size animal. My family used to own a 200+ English mastiff. I work Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., so pet care is part of my routine before and after work. In the mornings, I feed, walk, and spend time with pets before leaving. After work, I take them for another walk, feed them if needed, play with them, and make sure they have plenty of attention. On weekends, I have more flexibility for feeding, longer walks or other activities. I have a fenced in yard and walking paths all around in my neighborhood. I also have an open field near by to play fetch.

About: My whole life I've grown up with dogs and other animals. I truly care about pets and their well being. I'm pursuing a degree in animal behavior and welfare. I also have watched family pets growing up. I'm currently without a job so I'm available to watch your animal(s) full-time, part-time, or over night if need be. I do live an apartment, but I have plenty of walking space outside, cat toys and trees for anyone with cats. I'm willing to work on a schedule if you need strict walking times or for feeding. I'm willing to train for free using reward-based training techniques and I'm willing to bathe for free if you'd like.

About: We are animal lovers who would love to have your dog or cat stay overnight, for a weekend or a week! We currently have three dogs and 4 cats. We also have various foster dogs at any given time. Some are a little shy but they are all socialized and well behaved. We prefer to take the dogs on a walk when meeting but the interaction is entirely dependent on you and your dogs comfort level since you know your best friend best. We have a fenced in backyard perfect for running and playing. We try to walk the dogs several times a week. Although we have a crate, we don't use it unless your dog is not house broken or if your furry friend needs some alone time while eating. Come on by for a "bark, sniff and greet". We have plenty of doggie beds and cat perches so that your furry friend will feel right at home. We treat all dogs like family so you have no worries while on vacation! I work from home part time so I am available to take care of your furry friends. My personal dogs love other dogs and are very eager to greet new dogs. I have a fenced in yard that backs up to a creek. My neighbors on one side have chickens and on the other side the neighbor has a dog.

About: Hello everyone! I am a mom and wife who enjoys animal friends. I’ve raised and cared for many varieties of animals. I have experience with the tiniest fur babies to the biggest! Do to my current work schedule I will no longer be offering boarding services for dogs. However, I am open to walking and drop in services. My only requirement for bookings is that your fur baby has all the items needed to be comfortable. That includes food, leashes, harnesses, etc. Also furry loved ones should be up to date on all shots and not showing any signs of illness. If I am taking care of someone’s fur baby I will not double book. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause but I want to ensure safety, time, and attention for pets while they are in my care. Do to COVID-19 being a concern for some, we have followed the recommended CDC guidelines. Additionally, everyone within our home has been vaccinated. Should you like for me to wear a mask during my booked service time, please do not hesitate to reach out and I will be more than happy to accommodate. I work from home. I have plenty of flexibility to adjust to a dog/cat’s recommended routine. I have more availability on the weekends to provide services. If your pet is scheduled with me, I aim to provide them with lots of love and attention! I make sure to provide updates during each booking no matter how big or small it may be.
