About: I grew up with dogs my whole life. For the past 3 years I’ve taken care of dogs for multiple families, stayed over to care for pets overnight, worked as a dog walker, and always love playing and meeting new pups. I have cared for multiple pets at once, am consistent with feeding and walking schedules, have cared for pets of all ages, and love to share updates and pictures of your pup. I am a graduate student based in Lake Bluff who loves animals! I have a car and a lot of morning and evening flexibility with some mid-day flexibility as well to feed, walk, or check in on pets. I am also available for overnight stays to ensure your pet is cared for overnight. Because of my flexible schedule, I am available for last minute bookings to help care for your pet in any way needed. I can’t wait to meet new furry friends! I feel comfortable staying in clients home if needed, dropping in to walk or feed pets, and crating pets if needed. I’ve had repeat clientele for whom I’ve cared for free roam and crated pets, dogs with special care needs, stayed overnight both short and long term, and worked as a dog walker. My own dog is a small, 18 lbs, friendly dog who loves to meet new friends. I have experience with my own and other pets and thus have a good understanding of animal body language, building trust, and understand that a good pet sitter should get to know your pet on their own terms. I am also willing to do meet and greats to ensure both you and your pet are comfortable with the match.

About: I’ve cared for a variety of pets of all ages, from energetic puppies to independent cats. I am comfortable caring for senior pets, ensuring they get the proper attention and care they need- as long as instructions can be provided to maintain routines and medical needs. I currently am a full time Software Engineering student at Loyola University! Currently, most of my coursework is online other than Tuesdays and Thursdays. This limits my availability on those days for additional pet care. My flexible online schedule allows me to dedicate plenty of time to care for pets throughout the week, ensuring they receive attention and care they deserve. I can easily accommodate feeding schedules, playtimes, and check-ins, making pet care a natural and enjoyable part of my routine. I provide a safe, comfortable, and pet-friendly environment for all animals in my care. My home has a large yard with fencing where I can comfortably walk one’s pet outdoors while remaining safe. I have two cats and one dog in the home, so I do carefully manage introductions and limit interactions if needed to ensure all pets are comfortable. For dogs, I can crate or pen if needed, providing them with personal space, or allow them to roam safely on a leash outside while ensuring they are well cared for inside. For cats, I prioritize an stress-free environment, providing personal space and ensuring quiet areas to retreat to. I understand feline body languages and can understand shy, playful, or independent cats to ensure their comfort.

About: I have grown up with cats and currently have a 6 year old German Shepard named Jamie :) My girlfriend also has 2 cats that I love to hang out with and help take care of! I have a full time job outside of Rover, but am often at home during the day: able to do dog walks or drop ins for your pets. I have full day availability on Saturdays. Treating your pet like my own. On walks I’ll always make sure they’re on a leash, while staying alert to my surroundings, and check in for cues about tiredness/energy levels while making sure they get their activity in! At home will make sure they get all of the attention and care they need.

About: From the beginning, my wife and I have shared a love for pets, especially dogs. I formed a home where our first child was a furry, four-legged friend. This beloved first canine child strengthened my love and taught me profound parenting skills, and I have passed that legacy on to our two teenage children and our three-year-old son. About: I have been caring for dogs almost as long as I have been alive! I am available in the afternoons during the week, and anytime on the weekends. I can care for your dog as little as a short home visit, or a nice outing at the park. Your dog’s safety is a MUST in my book and always my first priority. Anything that could possibly put your dog in harms-way will not be tolerated. When it comes to long stays away from your dog, I highly encourage communication in any shape or form. My phone will always be in arms reach when it comes to taking care of one’s dog. Overall, I can guarantee your dog will always feel safe and loved while in my care.

About: I have had the honor of having many furry best friends since childhood, such as my feisty cat, (Moning, RIP) and three guinea pigs (Mr. Wheeks, Oreo, and Bella, RIP.) I also have a long history of taking care of my friends' fur children, both cats and dogs alike. I am a medical student who is currently on summer break and am hoping to fill my days with your bundles of joy! I am a medical student on summer break so my availability for the summer is generally wide open! I am available for regularly scheduled walks or drop-in's for the duration of the summer. My goal is to not just be a person who walks your dog, but be you and your dogs' friend! Your pets safety, as well as mines and your own, are my top priority. When performing drop-in visits or walks, I will make sure to immediately tend to your pets while keeping alert of the environment around me. In terms of drop-in visits, I will make sure to have your house key/code on my persons at all times and will make sure to ensure that everything was as it was left and make sure that when I leave, doors/gates are locked and secured.

About: I’ve grown up with a taken care of dogs my entire life. We have a lively and loving home full of two children and our 1.5 year old dog. I will make sure your dog is fed, played with, walked and loved on constantly. I am currently a med student, so I have classes from 8 am until about 2 pm and then I’m available to be home studying and taking breaks to walk and love on your pet. We have an apartment so no fenced yards here unfortunately. But we have walking trails around the complex and I would love to walk your pet around there. I have two children (2 and 7) who are ultimate animal lovers too. I have a 1.5 year old dog who loves all animals. She is very high energy but extremely sweet and non aggressive.

About: I grew up with a dog and loved him very much. He passed away, and the family has not yet gotten another, but I miss caring for a dog. I love all dogs and cats of any size and any animal, for that matter. I am incredibly attentive to animals and always love giving them care, even when they are not mine. I am almost always home and able to pet sit through the day and overnight. I am currently in college, but taking classes online, so I am constantly available to tend to your pet's needs. I am a very active person who can take your pet on walks or runs more than once each day if need be. If your pet enjoys resting, I will also do it with them as I complete work on my computer and will pay close attention to them or snuggle with them if it's what they like. I will care for each pet depending on their specific needs, whether they need to have walks, use the bathroom often, or receive personal care. My home is very safe for pets, as it was already set up for a dog in the past with carpeted stairs and a yard to play in. The yard has a fence around part of it, but it is still open, so if I take your pet outside to play, I will use a leash and keep them in the yard safely separated from any danger. The only other person living in the home will be my mother, who is also an animal lover, but is generally at work during weekdays.

About: Aside from having my own personal dogs in home most of my life I have been volunteering working with and training rescues for 2 years now. Two hours in the Morning, two hours around lunch and all evenings are all free to care for the pets. Walks, fetch and training all available. If dogs are kid and animal friendly I will be able to give them lots of socialization in those environments plus lots of outdoor activity. Have experience working with dogs that don’t interact with other dogs very well.
