About: Hi! I’m Skyler - a lifelong animal lover, active human, and someone who truly treats every pet like family. My experience with animals started as early as I can remember. In high school, I volunteered at a local pet shelter where I helped care for dogs and cats with all kinds of temperaments and needs. Growing up, my family also fostered many dogs, so I’ve been around a wide variety of breeds, personalities, and energy levels for as long as I can remember. I had two cats growing up and cared for cats at the shelter as well, so I’m very comfortable with feline routines, body language, and the quieter kind of companionship they often prefer. I even have some hands-on experience with a rescued pet pig thanks to a close friend. So I’m no stranger to learning the unique needs of different animals! I’m very active and love taking my own dog on new trails and adventures. Long walks, enrichment, and engaging play are things I genuinely enjoy, not just tasks to check off. I’ve also recently taken my pup through training classes, which refreshed my knowledge of cues, commands, leash skills, and confident dog handling. Because of my background, I’m especially great with: - Dogs who need structured walks and exercise - Pets who are anxious when their owners leave - Maintaining feeding, medication, and routine schedules - Reading animal body language and responding calmly - Giving lots of affection, play, and steady, reassuring presence You can expect reliability, clear communication, photo updates, and thoughtful care that keeps your pet’s routine consistent and stress-free while you’re away. I can’t wait to meet your furry family member! 🐾 I’m currently in between jobs, which gives me very open availability throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. My weekends can sometimes be busy, but my schedule varies and I’m happy to adjust with enough notice. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I’m active, organized, and used to planning my days around animal needs, walks, and check-ins. I care for pets the same way I care for my own… with attention, patience, and consistency. I closely follow any instructions you provide regarding feeding, routines, medications, and preferences. I know how stressful it can feel to leave your pet in someone else’s care, so I prioritize clear communication, photo updates, and making sure both you and your pet feel comfortable and at ease. My goal is to keep their routine steady and their environment calm while you’re away.
“Kim is phenomenal! I would highly recommend. She communicates quick and was super easy to work with. She took my appointment last minute and really saved me a lot of stress. She was very good with my doughter and I will use her again in the future if she is available! Thank you for helping me out in a pinch Kim!”

“Nicole did an outstanding job taking care of my cat while I was away! She was consistent in making sure his food, litter, and other necessities were well taken care of. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos, which assured me that everything was going smoothly. My cat was happy and relaxed when I returned, and I could tell he had been in great hands. I highly recommend her and will definitely trust her with my cat again in the future!”

About: Hiya! My name is Jenny and I have a current dog whose name is Kaya. My husband and I just adopted her. She’s 6 years old. I always loved having dogs. They are a real blessing and can be one's best friend. I've potty trained them all and taught them how to shake, sit, turn, stay/wait, come. You know those people who go to parties and hang with the adults? Well you would find me with the dogs 🥳 I work from home most days. Just ask if you have any questions :) I will take dogs on walks during my lunch/break if weather permits I have a fenced yard. We have a good size backyard with a park nearby. With a lot of good walking areas to take them out.
“Christy gave special care and attention to my senior dog. She was this little dog's, who had gone through many changes in a short time, first pet sitter and it went well. I will welcome Christy back and recommend her as a reliable, caring pet sitter.”

I’m currently a pre-vet major looking to take care of some furry friends :) I recently completed a NAVTA approved Veterinary Assistant Training course where I received exposure to medical and clinical experience. Im an active person who loves being outside. Long walks are no problem for me if you have a super active and outgoing dog ! Making sure your pets are comfortable and safe is my number one priority. I’m able to be flexible based on the pet’s needs and wants.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 13 years. I have 6 dogs of my own who are well cared for and get all of my love and attention. Dogs to me are like children who need to be well kept. I do my best to keep your fur friends happy as can be along with their owners. I do not discriminate against any breeds. I love and care for any animals as if they were all the same. I believe in quality service and I strongly recommend a person like me for the job. Things will get done Professionally and correctly. If any one has any questions or concerns I am free and willing to answer any of them at any time of the day. I am currently a college graduate looking for some extra side cash to save up for law school. I am currently a school bus driver for special needs children Monday through Friday. I have prior dog care experience. I my self care for six of my own dogs. I do not discriminate against size or breed of one’s animal. I quite honestly find joy in interacting with animals, it puts a smile on my face like no other job could.
About: I've been around animals of all kinds my entire life; cats, dogs, fish, iguanas, guinea pigs, rats...you name it! I've been the go-to sitter for my friends and family for years and take great pride in providing in-home care to their furry (or scaly) family members. There isn't a bigger lover of animals out there! I am the Development Director for ALIVE Rescue in Salem Lakes, WI and volunteer with the animals on a weekly basis. I am certified in fear free training and have experience handling dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes and temperaments from puppies to seniors. I have a reputation for cultivating immediate bonds with those that are often considered shy, timid, or unsure of people. I have a special place in my heart for these kind souls and truly believe that all they are is miss-understood. I do my best to offer them a safe space to be themselves – whatever that might look like. I take my time to earn their trust and let them drive how much and how quickly we interact. I believe in my heart of hearts that animals are the purest form of love we have on this planet, and I think they are able to feel that through my energy. I work from home full time which allows me to pay extra special attention to your fur babies. I can make frequent potty breaks, administer medications, or just provide love and cuddles throughout the day. Your pet is my number one priority, I'm here to help you and your fur baby and will take any and all care instructions to heart. I think it's important to keep any schedules and routines as consistent as possible and will take just as good care of your home as I will your four legged angels.

About: I am an experienced cat and dog sitter, either alone or multi-pet household! Having lived with 4 cats and 1 dog growing up and then with raising one cat on my own, I am very familiar with the unique dynamics of a feline + dog, solo dog, or solo feline home (different diets, oral hygiene, cleaning mult. litter boxes, administering oral meds, varying play times). Rest assured, I will take the time to know your pet to ensure they feel safe and loved while you are away <3 Currently, looking for a full time job, so I have plenty of time to play and care for your furbaby! Available anytime and day of the week. I prefer to visit the hooman's home to meet the furbaby and start establishing a relationship. I am very detail orientated and want to know as much about your typical routine, so they don't get as stressed. Some of those details include if they are food and or toy driven, knowing any silly quirks they may have, and grooming (oral hygiene, grooming, etc.) routines!
About: As you probably saw from the headline, I have recently started to dog sit for friends and family... And it just turns out that I enjoy it. Granted, these dogs are well behaved, and have been raised well. I grew up with parakeets, and I still have them. I like most pet animals, and I want to continue to learn more about how to best take care of them. As I am still learning how best to take care of dogs, it is important to me that we would do a meet and greet before deciding if we are a good fit for each other. I am not a dog trainer by any means, so please be understanding of that, and please be realistic. I am here to hopefully walk or sit for your dog, and I will always do it to the best of my ability - but I will need to be shown how you do things with your dog, and what to expect. As an example, the first dog I sat for had a tendency to dart towards the front door of the house I watched, so I had to be extra careful when going in and out of the house. As a bird owner, I check on them before work, and multiple times after work. When I have sat for dogs, I will feed them in the morning and walk them before work. After work, I would walk them again, as well as check on their water and food. The dog I am sitting for next (which is a family member's dog), I will kennel him at night, as well as when I am going to work. This is at the owner's request. Same idea on schedule for walking him before and after work as well. I am not a host, so this will depend on how your house is setup, as well as if the dog is used to the routine. For a more specific example though... When I sat for a friend's dog recently, I let him sleep on the same bed as me, which was a very new experience. (Would you believe that it tried to climb in my sleeping bag, too?) I did this for the comfort of the dog, even though it wasn't something that would have been my preference. I also made sure to check and top off his water and food about twice a day. Anything else that you expect should be discussed with me, so that we can have similar expectations and be on the same page.
About: I am a big animal lover. I plan on treating and taking care of your sweet fur baby as if he or she or they are mine because that how I would want someone to take care of my fur babies. I understand the worries leaving them with a pet sitter because I am a pet owner and have had a lot of anxiety leaving my pet with a person even if it a person I know and trust. I can provide special care if needed I had blind fur babies before as well have had a lot of senior and puppies that needed a lot of attention , care and love. I have two shih-tzu one young (Gerber) and one senior( Toby). I require all pets be up to date with shots as well flea treated. I currently have a part time and only work about 2days a week. If that. Due to working short hours and day I am blessed being able to be home most of the time with my own dogs. As well be able to have this side hustle of taking care of people fur kids. I have a fenced back yard and currently saving for the fenced in front yard. I actually have a double fenced back yard section to help to get my own pets safe. I did it because I find my big back yard great for exercise and play time but I love having a decent side section double fence just for sense of security.
About: Since being owned by 7 cats ,I specialize in outstanding cat care, always aware of changing health, feeding habits or mood. That being said, dogs are my other passion and I was loved by a scotty and 2 collies of my own along with many different breeds I have cared for outside of my home .My special skill is paying close attention which has improved the life of senior dogs by finding innovative feeding styles and wound /illness attentiveness. I am a jewelry and bead designer and have a flexible schedule as most of my shows are online. This opens my days to loving pet care, last minute feeding needs or walks with dogs. I have cared for many pets in their people's home over the years and have handled every situation with care and integrity. It makes me happy to interact with owners during their time away when I know they miss their darlings.Photos and comments always assure owners and show how happy their pets are in my care.
About: I've been volunteering at pet shelters since I was 15. I'm a retired military veteran who just loves dogs. When taking care of your dog I can take them out on runs or on long walks depending on your request. If your dog prefers to cuddle on the couch that could easily be arranged too! Growing up I had three dogs and know how they are important members of the family. They hold a special place in our hearts and I will give them the utmost respect, love and care while taking care of them. I will do my very best to make sure your fur baby is well taken care of, so well that they will be barking to have me come back! Also if you choose me to dog sit expect lots of dog pictures! I love doing photoshoots! I'm going to school part time so I have a very flexible schedule when it comes to drop in visits or walking! For home stays please let me know early in advance! With walks I'm aware and will physically check the temperatures of sidewalks to ensure the safety of your dog's paws. I'm also always on the lookout for broken glass or trash that might cut their paws. If requested I also don't mind taking dogs to local trails for a nature walk!
About: I grew up with a dog and loved him very much. He passed away, and the family has not yet gotten another, but I miss caring for a dog. I love all dogs and cats of any size and any animal, for that matter. I am incredibly attentive to animals and always love giving them care, even when they are not mine. I am almost always home and able to pet sit through the day and overnight. I am currently in college, but taking classes online, so I am constantly available to tend to your pet's needs. I am a very active person who can take your pet on walks or runs more than once each day if need be. If your pet enjoys resting, I will also do it with them as I complete work on my computer and will pay close attention to them or snuggle with them if it's what they like. I will care for each pet depending on their specific needs, whether they need to have walks, use the bathroom often, or receive personal care. My home is very safe for pets, as it was already set up for a dog in the past with carpeted stairs and a yard to play in. The yard has a fence around part of it, but it is still open, so if I take your pet outside to play, I will use a leash and keep them in the yard safely separated from any danger. The only other person living in the home will be my mother, who is also an animal lover, but is generally at work during weekdays.
About: I’ve been taking care of pets (dogs and cats) since I was in middle school. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and helped puppy-sit dogs through the Canine Companions collegiate chapter at my university! I am also comfortable with any size pet, I’ve cared for puppies and kittens all the way up to Great Danes! I’m currently a student, but I have a lot of availability. My class load is light and I’m not on campus much so I have very flexible availability! I am good at following whatever instructions left for me relating to any of the pets’ needs. I have taken care of animals before for other as well as my own pets so I’ll make sure they’re treated well and get lots of love and care!
Beach Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
Faith was a fantastic pet sitter! She communicated really well & kept our pets very well cared for while we were away. Faith went above & beyond by cleaning out food dishes & guinea pig crates. She even got our piggies a new water bottle! We will definitely be booking with Faith again in the future. Thanks Faith!

Isabella was great with our two huskies, she was always there to take care of them, play with them, spend time with them, overall be a great caregiver for my not so little ones. We appreciate Isabella’s work ethic and will absolutely be reaching out in the future when we are in need of a great sitter!
